Visited 19th March 2023 and very disappointed. It was my bday and was for dinner with family. Ciciskas was over cook, vegetables ( onions ) was terrible taste. Lady who takes our order was not helpful ( lady with alot tattoos ). Don't recommend this place for friends or people at all Disgusting

Cozy place in town. Čičinskai tastes like čeburėkai. Expected much more interesting taste, so not very impressed.

It is a beer bar known for some traditional recipe "Cicinskas". Deliciuos! Half portion is enough to try it, if you hungry take full portion

Fantastic rustic setting, food is fresh and very tasty, prices are competative. Recommend to anyone who wants a taste of not only local culture but Panevezys itself!

Very delicious čičinskas dish, but the atmosphere is not good - bad smell in whole restaurant, outdated and cheap interior, in need of renovation
