We went on the Sunset Cruise with Crystal Yacht on 14/12/21. We were glad that we went on the cruise. It was a great experience. The captain and the crew were very friendly. However, there was one incident that we weren't too happy about. We had a shuttle to and fro from the hotel on the day. We were in time but was delayed due to another pick up at another hotel. There was another group of passengers who do not know how to respect other people's time. We and the driver waited for them about 20-30 min! Although this is no fault of the driver, I think the company should be strict with the pick up timing and put a clear instruction that client needa to be there at a certain time and failure to do so, the client would have to make their own arrangements for transportation. What frustrates us even more, the same group of people made us wait another good 20 minutes after we disembarked from the cruise.No apologies,nothing! I think this kind of things just spoiled the experience for us. Hopefully Crystal Yacht could take a look into this anf improve on that in the near future.

What a great way to spend an afternoon. This is the larger of the boats and we had a terrific group of strangers who just worked together and had fun. The booze flowed, the food was average but plentiful. I wouldn't swim in the sea as it is, on inspection, quite polluted. The views of the islands and the sunset are quite spectacular.

Better choose the private cruise if u need privacy sunset dinner. If u dont mind, being in a cruise with other >50 strangers you might like this trip. Yet, the view is priceless 😍

It's worth every penny... just a suggestion. They started the buffet quite late and i noticed everyone could only go for first round and some manage to go second round. But later i saw the crew throwing away the remaining food into the trash... it was really pain in my eyes to see that. I believe more people would have gone for more than second round if they have started the buffet a little earlier. Since it's free flow of alcohol we felt hungry again after few drinks but sadly we reached the deck by then. But overall we love the whole experience. We will surely bring back our families one day. Btw we saw a group of dolphins 🐬 near our cruise🛳 🤩🤩🤩

A must visit place when in Langkawi. It's a sea cruise during sunset time which also includes dinner. It's a boat with two levels where people can lay back and relax in the amazing nature around. We had around 20 people in the boat. The cruise would depart at around 5.30 pm and last for 3 hours. There is option for one to get into the water as well, in the net they put in water. We get to see the sunset and mountains around the vast sea. Towards the mid of the journey, they start with dinner which includes chicken satay, prawns, rice and veggies, chicken fry, bun and vegetable salad and cut watermelon. Though the menu is limited, it was good as well. You get unlimited beverages as well. The overall experience was really good and worth every moment spent.

Simply superb. The crew made us feel right at home, the food served was very good. One should experience the Sea Jacuzi of swimming in the net let down at the back of the boat.

What an experience!! I have to say amazing environment. Staffs are very helpful. Views are great. Clean washroom. So if you want to change your cloth to take picture, you will be able to do it. It's a package with buffet dinner and drinks. I loved this surprise.

Fantastic sunset cruise trip at Crystal yacht; the onboard location is Genting Resort Langkawi Hotel, consider a fancy yacht party with unlimited Gin, Rum, liquor and beers. Good bbq food as well. Worth joining it with the price that you pay it.

this was very magnificent experience for me and my friends.we spend there at 4pm till 8pm. staff was very helpful and friendly.the food was delicious.he had the best time with the ride!

Wonderful trip!! We took the cruise on a hot sunny day hence it was perfect sunset. Do bring your swim wear and sun block. The cruise is nice and drink is good enough to chill with your friend. Dont forget the net jacuzzi which is a great experience. Dinner is acceptable only at the price. A must when going to Langkawi.

You have to book a seat before boarding any cruise a day before. Spend a bit more for a better experience on a yacht. If you have enough budget, go for the one with fewer passengers. Trust me it'll be worth it.

We are lucky to have clear weather for this sunset cruise trip. Great activity for family, friends and couples to have chill and relaxing moment together. Captain and his team are very friendly and always ensure you have your drinks and food served.

Great experience. But one of crews was rude to visitors. Teach lessons about it.
