This
is
the
most
expensive
meal
I
had
in
LangkawI—100RM++
for
a
measly
plate
of
tuna
pasta,
fish
and
chips,
a
small
small
cup
of
cold
brew,
and
a
glass
of
iced
tea.
"Expensive"
is
a
relative
term,
but
considering
how
mediocre
the
food
was,
and
the
fact
that
even
that
beachside
resort
I
stayed
at
didn't
charge
this
high
for
an
equivalent
meal,
this
was
way
too
much.
Besides
the
mediocre,
overpriced
food,
what
really
killed
the
experience
was
the
wait
time.
I
went
here
during
the
peak
hour,
which
was
around
7-8pm,
just
at
sunset.
There
was
a
15-20min
queue
at
the
entrance,
and
an
astonomical
1
hour
(!!!)
wait
time
for
the
food.
I
came
prepared
to
wait
since
it's
peak
and
popular,
but
imagine
waiting
for
approx
1.5
hrs
for
overpriced
mediocrity!
It
also
doesn't
help
that
there
were
vere
little
food
options
to
choose
from—the
day
I
visited,
I
was
told
that
there
were
no
pizzas,
nachos,
bread-soup
bowls,
garlic
breads,
cakes,
shakes
(and
this
was
sunset
time,
on
a
saturday
evening)
Was
recommended
to
go
here
by
a
local
who
spoke
highly
of
the
place,
but
while
I
understand
why,
I
wouldn't
really
recommend
this
to
anyone.
All
this
place
has
going
for
it
are
vibes
and
views.....which
you
can
still
easily
get
at
literally
ANY
of
the
beachside
eateries
in
Pantai
Cenang
who
actually
are
well-eqipped
to
serve
you
cost-appropriate
meals.
