Ordered salad and spring roll as an appetizer but it came along with the main dishes. When asked to serve the salad and spring roll first, was told to wait aa there are so many orders where in fact there were rarely people when we dine and mostly their food is already served. I wanted to order fried rice, not available. My husband wanted to order lasagna, not available. Better inform your customers beforehand than letting them see tour menu and order and then it's not available. Ended up ordering bolognese pasta, fish & chips and mac & cheese. Food was just fine but service should improve.

Nice coffee and cake shop. The Hokkaido cheese cake and the milkshake both were good quality.

Great deserts. Try any one of the Shinjuku bake deserts. The Apple Lemon fizz was also fantastic

Hello Secret recipe is one of our fav bakery. They have delicious cakes which are best in town. I always ordered or take out cakes for all my special occasions.they customize designs also as per your requirements but you have to inform them 2-4 days prior for photo n design cakes. They have only one without egg cake options which chocolate cheese cake . If you are looking for yummy Creamy texture and mouthwatering taste please visit this bakery. they have other stuff too like shakes , tart cakes ,muffins , combo food snacks. All are good we didn't tried the food options beacause we are vegitarian and they have dishes with chicken n all so . But overall this store embiance n products are amazing 😊☺️

the WORST experience that you can get. first of all, theres no air-con works in the restaurant. secondly , after 30 minutes waiting then the manager came and told us that they cant served what we ordered. the chicken is overcooked and blame the timer? i mean dont you habe your own cook? seriously the worst

We ordered takeaway from this bakery, and returned the very next day for more! They have a great selection of desserts, with cakes, brownies and cheesecakes. The ambiance is great, but we chose to takeaway. The burnt cheesecake, carrot slice, walnut brownie, blueberry cheesecake, Hokkaido triple chocolate cheesecake and salted caramel macadamia cheesecake were all delicious. We tried the Absolute durian, and it was my first experience with tasting durian. I would not recommend it as the taste is not something I would enjoy.

After walking along the main shopping street in Pantai Cenang trying to find a nice cafe and struggling! We found this place (which is a chain anyway). Is has coffee & cakes but also full menu items. So we ended up having a main meal which was tasty and ended it with some cake!

They forgot part of my order, the fresh juice was basically just ice cubes and the other drink I ordered was way too sweet and had a weird thing floating in it. Definitely do not recommend this café/ restaurant

Very nice place for dessert. Many different choices of good quality. Prices are a bit on the high end but it is worth it. It is a big chain so you can easily find a store in most places. Definitely recommend it if you are craving European-style dessert.

Food is good, but the waitress forgot to serve my food, I waited 25 mins.

This is my 2nd time visiting this outlet. First time and 2nd time are d same. D place is a bit messy. Table being used by management staff maybe to do their works as papers and books and laptop on the tables. And this time.. Even boxes for cakes was left on the table. Sadly.. For the second visit. The air-condition still not functioning. Don't know whether they are broken or electricity saving by the outlet, it's really not convenient and hot. Lastly.. Management should do something abt the ventilation in the kitchen. When they cook something. The smell covers the whole outlet. And we came out with food odor on our cloth. Hope something can be done. Tq

The staff seem to be tired in the evening, but the food is good, the drinks are good and they've got really good selection of cakes. The cakes are wonderful of what we tried. Can go with kids.

I searched Langkawi for days to find a good place to serve me some good coffee. I found this place via Google map and oh boy did i find the jackpot . They serve a good coffee ; The Best in Langkawi. Of course not a specialist coffee but a good one non the less . The sweets are good to . The Japanese Carry is also good. This is my second time here and all the things I order is top notch. Goooooooooooood place
