Very good tomyam! Thick and spicy - I asked for extra spicy and they delivered. Price reasonable as well. There was a band playing, they weren't too bad. Overall a nice dining experience. Didn't get to try much else as I was alone - I'd come back here again.

Excellent service. Food: Tom yum chicken = very good. Recommended Salted egg prawn= excellent choice Belacan kangkung = normal Omelette = normal Steam jenahak = very nice.

Came here the day before Raya for dinner & was super crowded.We came when the restaurant opens & ordered our food right away but the food arrive 1 hour later ,even plain water also took a half hour to arrive,alot of food is unavailable after we ordered & the waiter was not very friendly too…saw alot of ppl ordered & waited very long & complained too,which was quite disappointed…luckily the food was good ,not recommended when it is crowded unless you dont mind to wait..

Grilled seabass, prawns and squid is mouthwatering. Seafood noodles is outstanding. Everything is freshly made. Highly recommended seafood place in the Pantai Chenang area.

I and my friend going to Chenang beach looking for dinner, end up we choose Telaga seafood restaurant. From the appearance the restaurant look clean well managed and got many customers when we come. The waiter is nice and fast when taking our order and send our drink in no time but depends how busy they are we need to wait a bit for the food we ordered. I can say the price is reasonable and not so expensive. The atmosphere is nice, during my visit they have busking performing here, we enjoying our delicious seafood and has live music performance.

Good place to have dinner near pantai cenang. Right beside an overpriced expensive Chinese seafood restaurant. Clean environment if u eat indoor. Food wise ok la, I ordered all these for Rm155 like that. Had a good dinner. Pet very friendly- if u like cat

I decided to try something other than seafood for dinner at this restaurant. They do offer an alternative option, which is Western food. While the prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are a bit small. This could be forgiven since seafood might be their specialty, as indicated by the name, Telaga Seafood Restaurant. However, the restaurant has a great atmosphere, thanks to the live busker who mostly plays songs from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

Huge restaurant in the middle of a busy business area. They can cater 150 pax at one time (our company staff) so kudos to that! The dishes were all delicious and came in accordingly but the rice took a bit of a long time. The dishes portion was definitely huge that lead to a lot of waste. The live band was good too 👍

The food was amazing! Just heads up, the place is surrounded by cats who come to you when you're eating. The waiter was a little abrupt but I think that's just how they are. There's live music and overall atmosphere is great.

Located strategically facing the main road in Pantai Cenang. It is quite wide and contains different seating arrangements around the restaurant. At night it is lively with band singing could be heard from far.

Delicious veg noodles, spicy lobster, black pepper crab, garlic grilled prawns and grilled seabass. All seafood was shown to us before being cooked. Service from Tasleema was perfect, she was friendly, polite and really helpful. The only downfall was that the crab required to get your hands stuck in to get the meat using a plier, would have been easier if this was done for us like the lobster.

Nice seafood restaurant with good food. We sat at the outside area at first but there were a lot of flies so we moved inside and it was much better. Price is decent. Service was great.

Great taste of seafood restaurant situated in market place at walkable distance. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly to explain different dishes for you to try. Thanks to Daniel who is best to attend customer for their needs. Crab and tiger prawns are good here. Tom yam curry is quite thick and tasty. Live band add great ambience to your food.

The staff at the entrance was really supportive and his recommendation was very helpful. Luckily there was no queuing when I visited there and I was served earlier than what I expected. The ambience there was good as well with live music. But only cash payment is available for bill under rm100...

Nice place for some good seafood. We were warmly welcomed. We had the steamed lime and chilli seabass, local fried rice, chicken fried noodles and the black pepper beef. The fish was fresh and extremely well prepared and the fried rice and noodles were good too. The beef was a bit rubbery in parts and did not taste that great, hence the one star deduction. The service was efficient and friendly. The live music was pretty cool and unobtrusive, playing softly in the background. Will try and come back on our next Langkawi visit.

We order the set for 210RM that includes a frozen lobster, about a dozen shrimps and 4 tiger shrimps (small size) along with the a little basket of fries. All considering, the lobster was very well cooked. The fried squid tempura were served last although we ordered them before everything else. Anyway, the guy who took our order followed up promptly when he realized something was missing on our table. The clear seafood soup has a nice lime and lemongrass bite with plenty of seafood for 22RM. We ordered mint tea, but it’s just regular Lipton tea bags with a few mint leaves added to it.

The restaurant is having a very nice view and very comfortable. They have closed and opened area to dine in. I like the waiter and waitress service - fast and friendly. Food served very satisfied but the taste not as per expected especially with the siakap tiga rasa. Taste of the food is not match with the price.

Love their ambiance and the vibe here - especially with a live band singing at the restaurant. Grilled fish (7/10) was to die for - fresh and tasty grill! But the sambal was so-so. Malay sambal squid (8/10) was good! A bit spicy. Tomyam soup (5/10) was not what i expected. Too watery, can’t taste the galangal and coriander. Watermelon juice (9/10) is a must - very refreshing. About RM3* for a jug of it. The only downside was we had to wait for the waiter to come to us to take our order. Saw a couple of tourists left because no one attended to them. The restaurant was crowded when we came. But if you have the patience and don’t mind the heat (we were seated next to the walking lane and main road) - do come!

Great place to eat fresh fish brought to your table before it's cooked ! Live music brings a real buzz to an already vibrant atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable

We had snapper from BBQ, rice, tempura squid and kale in oyster sauce. Fish was good, tempura squid very nice but kale was terrible - too hard and bitter not really cooked enough. We liked that you can select your fish that you could see all fish offered before.

Service is very good, food is very tasty. I recommend it. We were 3 times already hear :)

Actually, we found a seafood restaurant above at 10.30 p.m, but most of the restaurants closed, so without an option, we entered this restaurant. The food was tasty and delicious. The black pepper prawn cost RM 95.00. We ordered tomyam soup, vegetables, and egg fry, and it's a decent price for these three foods. The total bill for all these foods is RM165.00

Try it once if you're staying in PANTAI CENANG AREA. Especially the sea food items. Lobster 🦞 and fish is good taste but the price is more expensive. Breakfast here is providing English breakfast and Indian breakfast options , if you're staying in Sandy garden 🏡 resort. Service is Good here spacious Seatings and open ambience setup is nice 🙂 .

Food is below average given the superior price. Ordered western, thai & middle east food. Service is poor. Restaurant was nearly empty, yet took more than 10 mins for waiter to get order. No waiter oversee the tables. Overall: wont repeat, not worth it.

They've got display of seafood that you can choose from and the kitchen is also open so you know it's a good place as you enter. The food had very authentic taste. Only thing was that they didn't bring one of our orders. After telling them to cancel if not made.. twice... We had to go and check and realize it wasn't made and make the payment without that item counted. I guess if you can be clear of your order with the server beforehand, the place if wonderful.

Good food. Nice music. Fast service. Family friendly. Parking is free. Just drive behind the restaurant and park inside the hotel areas. Deposit Rm 5 and get a stamp on your parking receipt from the restaurant to obtain your Rm 5 back.

If you are a tomyam lover please visit this restaurant for their tomyam. One of the best i have ever had! The portion is very satisfactory and the taste is amazing. Look for Daniel when you come here for the best service and a cool conversation!

The seafood alternative options appeared to look very good in the pictures but not satisfied with the taste and cut of meat. My partner and I ordered mix grill and lamb chops, and the lamb was very fatty. I guess they don't specialise in other foods except seafood. The atmosphere was very good with live music, staff very friendly and very efficient table service. Will visit again to try their seafood menu
