The salad served overly chilled like having icey cold wraps/ salad

Pls change the tortilla it’s like u eat a rubber👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻even there was a puget but they refuse to sale it ..I think they want sale it tomorrow ,, they just want sale out the rubber tortilla . Second the lady staff was rude speaking to every customer especially for a big family waiting their turn for 20 minute,,in the end she told them (we are close ) when the customer ask why u didn’t tell us early (again) she answer we close)it’s just that rude words.n not friendly at all.. They are not coming to u to get a free food ..that people overseas tourist .Tq

Barley put any amout of meet, vegtables and sauce compared to whats given in other subways. Half of the items were missing indigrients even such as salad or tuna. Also the restaurant is dirty and ugly.

Please get rid of your front of the house employee (Malay girl). One of the worst service experience I've had in all the Subways I've been to in Malaysia. Muka masam. Kalau tak suka kerja jangan kerja.

Bad service.. Double Standard.. Cashier 12/12/21 - 1830hrs... MALAy girl... Horrible, unfriendly staff... If you’re a local avoid like the plague. If this is the kind of staff Subway hires, best avoid their stores alltogether.

Firstly,i had no option to order salad as the packaging wasn't available. Secondly, i ordered wrap for which the stuffing wasn't sufficient to such as only3 capsicums, limited or no olives. I think this might be my worset ever subway experience

I just bought oatmeal cookies, i never really care how specific the price are, but i know for cookies, it was around rm 2.65 or something but less than RM 3. I guess the staff just didnt want to open the coins or dont have coins, but she charges me RM 3 as i gave her rm 5, but she gives me balance rm2 but she fold the money and without coins. I dont really mind but your staff didnt have integrity and honesty in working, is it? The staff was a woman, around 30-ish. I bought at 3.07pm today.

Subway is as usual like any other subway, just the ppl need to add a little big extra of stuffs in subs. We have to ask/remind them to add a bit. Also no bottomless drinks, machine doesn't work. Overall if you want to have a decent sub for Rm 13-15 average, can go here! Cheers

Today is 30Dec2023, 10:20am. Subway still closed, but the business time is 9:00am - 10:00pm 😂😂😂😂

Today around 2 pm I went to this Subway, however they told me that they run out of bread 🍞 and I need to wait 2 (two) hours to get bread. This was the second time when I experienced the same situation- no bread - no service at this location. Why they cannot predict that bread is going to finish sooner that they see that no any bread left ?
