A great company, and I'm very happy I met them and could dive with them in Langkawi. The owners are honest, knowledgeable and quite friendly. The instructors showed a lot of care for the students. They ensured the gear fit me perfectly, which made the experience much better than the PADI Discovery I did with a different company. Everybody worked really hard to make this a great experience despite difficult water conditions.

Went for fun dives with Warda, who was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and attentive. It was great that one instructor is only overseeing 2 students per dive as the visibility might be quite challenging. There’s loads of stuffs to see - sea slugs, moray eel, seahorses, frog fish, clown fish, lion fishes and others. Felt safe throughout and proper preparations were made before the dive. Would definitely recommend the team to those interested to dive in Langkawi!

Such an amazing instructors. It was a fantastic experience. D and Wardah were so friendly and welcoming. They gave us delicious biscuits and coffee in the break between our dives. For sure I will be coming back. Deserves 6 stars.

Got certified for open water diving here at langkawi scuba, the instructors were very knowledgable and provided us with techniques for our dives. Felt safe under their care throughout the course as proper preparations were made prior to the dive. Friendly environment, manage to exchange experiences which was eye opening. Recommended place to get certified at langkawi.

I have engaged Langkawi Scuba for my Open water license together with my kids age 10, 12 & 13. Warda and JC have helped us a lot in overcoming our fear of water and they also had the patience to handle my young kids. I lost my fear when i am underwater with their care. They made the whole process a lot easier then i thought. A truly professional instructors and i am glad i choose Langkawi Scuba to obtain my open water license. I wish Warda and her team all the best.

Super safe and professional organisation. We dived as a family of 3 (48, 45, 11). From quick responses to emails, through easy deposit payment via PayPal to a great day of diving, this crew were on top of there game. Dive sites are only about 20 mins by boat from the office. What made them stand out from the crowd is that they have a maximum ratio of 1 x dive master to two students. Saw barracuda, sea horses, frog fish, scorpion fish, eels and loads and loads of soft coral too. The boat fills up fast so make sure you book well in advance.

Learning to dive with Warda and Dee, the couple who own and run this dive center, has been the most thrilling and satisfying experience of my life! I came to them with deep-water phobia and near-zero swimming knowledge, and they transformed me into a certified, confident scuba diver, over the course of just a couple of weekends! Their expertise, training approach, friendliness, patience, care for my comfort level, and warmth made me comfortable with them and my new environment very quickly. Their knowledge of local diving sites, most of those discovered by and known only to them, and their rockstar boat captain, Mr. Lee, made this experience really special. Thank you so very much!!

Very well run dive shop, on Cenang beach. My daughter took the open water course thru them, and it was a great experience. We did 3 days of diving with them, and the personal attention during the dive prep and during the dive was exceptional and not something I had experienced at any other dive shop. Would highly recommend.

I completed my Open Water PADI scuba course from them and my friends did Discover Scuba. It was a great experience diving with Warda, Doriane and the team. They are very professional, responsible, encouraging and easy to work with and their invaluable guidance made me a good certified scuba diver. I highly recommend them if you are doing your scuba in Langkawi.

Langkawi scuba made my first experience of diving unforgettable. Although the visibility wasn’t good and there was every potential for me to be nervous, their communication and professional attitude chased any potential worries away. Doriane was an amazing teacher, just the right balance of fun and serious and I felt so safe with her in the water. I’ve wanted to dive for so so long and after such a positive first experience I know I will be taking every opportunity to be underwater. Thank you to the Langkawi Scuba gang !!

Did a few dives with these guys, really fun, safe and professional operation. They are very open about the limited visibility but don't let this put you off as the dive sites are beautiful, intricate and interesting with plenty to see. New divers will have a great experience exploring the underwater world seeing the classics (there are plenty of 'nemos'). Experienced divers get the perfect opportunity to fine tune their skills and enjoy the complexities of macro life. The seahorses are experts at hiding in plain sight and the experienced eyes of the guides are invaluable for getting the most out of the experience. The location is beautiful and the sea is so warm you don't even need a wetsuit! Had a wonderful experience with Langkawi scuba and hope to dive with you all again.

My friend and I booked some fun dives with Langkawi Scuba on a recent trip to the island and thoroughly enjoyed it. The visibility in the water isn’t great, maybe 2-4m tops, but Warda and D were very up front about it so it wasn’t unexpected. This didn’t detract from the experience; they know the dive sites really well and we were able to see loads of marine life when we got up close to the coral, including some seahorses - a first for me! Small boat, with 1:2 instructors:divers, surface interval on a secluded beach & well maintained equipment, what more can you ask for!

Amazing set up with friendly staff who are a lovely balance of being safety conscious and lots of fun. They know the local dive sites really well and they only take small groups for a more personal experience. Even though the nature reserves are still closed (covid) and visibility is only 2 - 4 meters we have had some fantastic dives. Beautiful coral, fascinating variety of wildlife and warm water. We saw honey comb moray eels, sea horses, puffer fish, sea slugs (nudibranch), grouper, and sea urchins. Also otters on the beach and dolphins once when we were heading back. And thanks so much for helping our 14 year old get his diving cert - a lifetime of enjoyment lies ahead! He is very happy!

Amazing weekend! Yes it's true - the visibility isn't the best at times... but don't let this put you off, there's still loads of really cool stuff to see (sea horses, loads of beautiful soft corals, loads of really colourful fish, moray eels, and if you're really lucky like we were on the second day, maybe you catch a glimpse of some dolphins). The dive sites themselves are really interesting and the scenary (both above and below the surface) is incredible. The dive instructors are amazing! Really friendly, very knowledgable, and really good at explaining things in simple, easy to understand ways. Will definitely be coming back.

Great dive centre! I did my open water PADI certificate at Langkawi Scuba and it was a great experience. Warda and Dee are super friendly and really good teachers. Limited visibility in Langkawi but we still saw some great wildlife. Would 100% recommend diving with them :)

Warda and Dee run a great dive shop in Langkawi. I came to do a PADI refresher and 2 dives. Warda was very calm and clear when explaining, and very professional and knowledgeable. We had the best time out on 2 amazing dive sites - and were lucky to get 10/15m visibility vs the usual 2/3m! Saw some amazing wildlife (seahorses, lion fish, manta ray and so much more!) and Warda was brilliant at spotting the animals and making the dives so fun and enjoyable. Brilliant experience - thank you!

My girlfriend and I came to Langkawi as total beginners in scuba diving but were keen to learn and get our PADI Open Water license during our stay. The team at Langkawi Scuba made our experience both incredibly fun, exciting and effective. The guidance and patience of our wonderful instructor Ruth allowed us to overcome some initial apprehension, and by the end of our 3 days we had successfully completed 4 amazing dives and feel confident that we are proficient enough to explore the waters ourselves going forward. Cant recommend this experience high enough, huge thanks to Ruth and the whole team for making our stay in Langkawi as valuable as it was memorable.

"During our open water diving course with Langkawi Scuba, we experienced an amazing array of underwater life, even with limited visibility. Our two outstanding instructors skillfully guided us through the fundamentals of diving, and provided in-depth training that enabled us to become certified open water divers."

Did my PADI open water course here, and I can say the instructors are the best! I felt safe at all times, they are so patient and explain everything so well! They really try to give you the best of what the sea has to offer and make you always feel comfortable and safe. My instructor was Warda, she is such an experienced diver and so good at spotting marine life. The first day, even if the visibility wasn't so good we saw 2 seahorses, lots of fish and coral, a puffer fish, fire coral, scorpion fish, barracudas, and we found Nemo! The boat ride to the diving site was also fun, we saw one eagle going for a fish in the water, in the break we had coffee and nice conversation. The second day visibility was much better, we saw seahorses again, corals, scorpion fish, crabs, a porcupine fish, butterfly fish, baby barracudas were following us around haha. We even rented a camera and took some great underwater photos to remember my first ever dives! Overall it was an amazing experience, and now I am a certified open water diver!

I took my Open Water course here! Everyone was very welcoming from my first walk-in to my last dive. It is a very small shop with tight-knit atmosphere. Also an all-women instructor team! I was lucky to be the only student with my instructor, which meant I had plenty of time and feedback to work on my position and buoyancy. My instructor Doriane was patient and answered all the questions I had. The visibility is quite limited but it didn't prevent me from learning and enjoying - according to my dive master friend, this made me a good buddy as I learned to not wander too far on my own and keep track of my buddy often. I didn't feel limited by the visibility and had a great time thanks to Doriane spotting a lot of wildlife, managing the schedule so that my last dives were 100% fun and managing to get a safe deep dive ! I definitely recommend doing a course or fun dives here.

I did my open water certification there. Everything was well communicated and well organized. I enjoyed it to get my license there. I gave four star (and not five), because after I did some divings at other places, I heard some other things that Langkawi Scuba couldn't tell me. One example is, the weight. At Langkawi they always told me I should use 2 kg weights, although I struggeld at the end of a dive with getting down. When I did my first fun dive, other instructors told me, it's obvious that I need 3kg weights.

I would give 6 stars if I can, 5 is not enough… I recommend with my full heart the Langkawi Scuba school if you are looking for trustful, professional teachers to learn scuba diving! I was terrified of learning scuba diving - I already gave up once couple of years ago with a different school - but now, years later, thank to Warda’s care, patience, and kindness, I managed to defeat my fear. She took care of me and never let me out of her sights. She took time to explain everything and show me multiple times all the necessary steps I needed to learn. Safety is always first for them. Finding trust in a teacher is very important to me and Warda absolutely have my trust. I will always remember of her calming look under water when I needed confirmation that I can do this 😊 I recommend Warda and her whole crew, with them, you can be sure you learn diving according to the PADI requirements. Thank you Warda, I hope I can scuba dive with You again!

Great place to discover diving! Warda and Dee we're such kind and passionate people, we had a great experience with them. The 4 of us being inexperienced divers, we first got some instructions on safety and use of the gear and then practised in shallow water, which made you feel much more confident. We were with 2 divers per instructor, and underwater they were constantly checking in and pointing out the beautiful underwater life. Would definitely recommend to go scuba diving here!

I have just done my PADI open water course here and could not have had a better experience. As a beginner I was quite nervous and Warda and Dee were so patient and kind, taking their time to explain information multiple times if needed. I did 4 open water dives with Dee and he was great, showing me different fish and aspects of sea life throughout the dive while teaching me what I need to know. They both put me at ease immediately and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who is is looking to dive in the area. Extremely grateful to both!

Great experience, a different one due to low visibility in the water, but the pleasure and patience of Wanda and Dee makes it to be of millions. Wanda was nice and corrected my position and adviced me along the way so I can improve my beginner skills. I enjoyed it very much. It felt like going out in the water with friends. I have seen for the first time sea horses and a huge jellyfish.

True divers with passion for the ocean and for teaching. In Langkawi there are lots of places with little shops alongside the mainstreet that offer 'diving as activity' (alongside with trips as island hopping, cablecart and such) to basically anybody that wants to pay up. If you want to dive, DON'T GO THERE, since don't even ask you if you have experience and have been sending people on trips with uncertified people and let people that can't swim walk on coral. Langkawi scuba is completely different: awesome divers with big hearts that are amazing teachers and who think safety is more important then a few bucks. You won't be diving at the Marine park but go to sites we're they're the only ones diving. Sometimes visibility is very poor (on one dive it was 1-2m!) but they still managed to keep things safe and fun by showing us frogfish, seahorses and nudibranches. In other dives the vis was 10+m (we got lucky!! Average vis is lower) and we saw lots of great sealife, e.g. A big group of huge mackerels, lionfishes, Scorpionfishes and much much more! and even a coral-replanting-warda (shopowner) because we came across a big leaf of coral that was destroid by anchors of fishermen that housed a special type of night seastar she was trying to protect.

My wife and I took the PADI Open Water course with Warda and had an amazing time. We were total beginners and after three days of training with Langkawi Scuba we felt like we had a solid grip on the basics. We always felt safe and like we were taken care of. Warda and her team were very attentive to our many beginner questions and I really appreciate Warda taking the time to slow down the lesson for my wife who is not a native speaker of English and struggled with the more technical material. Thank you so much Langkawi Scuba!

I booked a Fun Dive via e-mail thru Warda a couple weeks prior to my arrival. No hassle at all. Excellent team. We were guided by PADI Instructor with only 2 divers per PADI Instructor. Despite low visibility, we had so much marine life to watch. Our awesome dive guide/instructor, Laura, made me felt safe and relaxed. I enjoyed the dives.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience diving with the team at Langkawi Scuba. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Special thanks go to Zach, our instructor. The team were very open about the visibility constraints, but we still spotted a lot of marine life, especially on our second dive, where we had considerably better visibility. We really liked the fact that the student to instructor ratio was 2:1, which made the experience feel more personalised and relaxed.

I just finished my PADI open water with Warda and Plamena. Warda owns the dive shop and she was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I did my confined dives and course work in Canada. When I contacted the shop Warda responded in a very timely manner and was very accommodating. I was quoted a very fair price and given a good honest description of the dive conditions. All 4 open water dives were very different. We saw many many different kinds of sea life. My favourite were the sea horses, frog fish, clown fish, and the barracuda. As you'll read in other reviews the visibility is lower around Langkawi but all the dives were safe and very well briefed. We had one dive were the visibility was 5+ meters and it was so amazing. Both Warda and Plamena were great dive instructors and also very friendly. I would highly recommend you try diving with the wonderful people at Langkawi Scuba.

We had a great time diving with Warda and Dee, and got our PADI license with them! They are amazing teachers, very patient, helpful, and honest. Prior to the course, Warda was great with communication, and the price was very reasonable. During the training and theory, both Dee and Warda were very knowledgeable and focused on safety and technique. For the dives, they took us to some sites that no one else knows about and we were able to see incredible things in the sea (we got lucky with good visibility for our dives). Also they were generally really fun to be around, and full of positive energy. We highly recommend Langkawi Scuba!

(Translated by Google) This place does not deserve to be called a scuba diving center Although it is very cheap and suitable for beginners but ultimately safety and cleanliness should play a major role in diving. If an open water course lasts only 3 days no knowledge can be conveyed here Dafon aside, the underwater world is not worth it here and the view is very bad it is worth my while not to dive here. The club is friendly but diving over there has to done only in very specific season. Check before as the water visibility is 0.5m or less during November. You may count on your hand the things you see.. it’s a different experience but the divers should warn you of how bad it is. They would say it is approximatively 2-4meters but is actually 0.5m.. nothing seen and dive felt dangerous with people hitting into walls and urchins everywhere. The center might be good but this is not a place to dive. They should take their boat to the clear dive sites and not the close ones only

Did my open water certification with Langkawi Scuba, and Warda was an excellent coach for us. I appreciated that she offered the right amount of guidance to help us learn / remember important points and knew when to step back so we could be independent divers elsewhere. They are also forthcoming in refunding you for the dive if the waters are too choppy/not safe for diving. Grateful for the heart and effort that went into this - thanks for being a part of this special addition to my 2023!
