Suitable for groups. I stayed here for 3 nights room A8. 2 queen beds for RM150/night. Location is just next to beach. I had a great time here, it's very relaxing to stay at this motel. Please expect homestay style of facilities and amenities instead of hotel. Please bring your own towel cos their towel is old and worn out. water bottle or thermos flask to refill water from dispenser at lobby. Got two soaps, but no shower gel/shampoo. Got two glass mug for you to make coffee but no coffee provided. The environment is like a village, you can make friends with your neighbors, everyone is friendly here. For transportation without car, the receptionist told me to call grabcar, there's a lot grabcar just waiting outside, instead of taxi. The Bangladeshi worker also helpful. Travel Agency AB Asthar Travel is just at the motel entrance. It's convenient to book for island hopping trip RM30/person. Their van will pick you up and drop off directly at AB motel entrance.

1. Big room with two double beds. 2. Toilet with hot water shower. 3. Kettle with two mugs and tea+3 in one coffee provided. 4. The beach is right in front of the room (at least my room B10). 5. The motel is located in the middle of the main road of pantai Cenang where all the shops are. 6. The rooms and the surrounding area are clean. 7. Last but not least, the room rate is very reasonable and affordable. 8. Will definitely return in syaa Allah.

I enjoyed my stay for 3D2N here. It is nearby Pantai Chenang with a lot of activities both day and night. Many stores are located along the roads, and it is convenient to buy chocolates and other items. Only parking space is limited, but there is also public parking available.

Very strategic place where the room just behind the Chenang beach. Affordable and handful staff. Only one problem here, parking as located at hot area.

Enjoy 1 night here. Location at the centre of Cenang beach. Easy food and beach access. Very cheap price. I booked the double room at the roadside (RM 100). Big room, comfortable bed. After check in, the staff assist us to the room and help us carry our luggage. What a great services from a budget motel😍 But the management have to improve the hygiene. Got dust in the room and toilet. The bedsheet and pillow case also bit smelly.

The mattress is too firm and can only provide 2 towels for 4 people, even if you ask from the reception, it will not be provided, but the location is very good, the bathroom is equipped with exhaust fans I hope you can provide 2 carpets, because you have provided a faucet to wash our feet

Staffs are friendly but the owner is very rude and cruel, I think. We asked for some cold water. She showed us a filter and when we toom water from it, it was boiling hot. When we complained, she didn't take the matter into account and behaved rudely with us. Anyways, rooms are cosy and atmosphere is good too. I recommend this hotel if you're visiting Langkawi.

I really enjoyed staying there... it’s special attraction is it’s location. There is not much facilities within the motel, but you can enjoy the view from your room and balcony. There are lots of attractions nearby this beach front motel...

I stayed a night at this motel in the cheapest room. The AB motel just besides the Sea with a long beach. you'll definately enjoy it but the hotel is old one. It is not as much as i like based on its costing. But Maybe for the easy access to the beach you can rent a room there.

All Was Good,Just Cz Of Behavior Of Cleaners can’t Appreciate, Suppose,If We Got Any Issu We Say To The Reception Of Their Or There Manager. And There Stuff Also Got Any Issu They Can Talk With There Boss Or To The Manager. They Can’t Direct Angry With The Guest.

I have to stay here coz best location very near to the beach cenang, n lots of shop nearby just walking distance even with my babies friendly stroller ,wheelchair, just no floor mat at the front door so bit sandy , the room just normal n boring not modern , maybe can put bit decorations to cheer up the room,price reasonable cause all ground floor n walkable to the beach ,need to to walkin to book ,no apps available

Two stars are for the perfect location. The condition of the rooms is good, too. However, the staff and especially the owners are not likeable here at all. They don’t smile as it is a sin, all the time with a cold sad face. They don’t answer back when you thank them even. Although it is a family-run business, it is not welcoming.

No bathtub, but have a shower heater... and the room is nice with 3 plug at least (I forgot) Bring extension... Iron is outside of the motel lobby.. So, everyone need to share.. Tho, I wish they mop the floor nicely.. Its kinda sticky.. but overall.. a best place to stay as its close to every place you wanna go.. and its not for introvert and those who want peaceful O.o coz lots of people in this area XD But this is the best place to stay tho...

can be a ordinary Motel or Not just a ordinary Motel, if you just look for a cheap place to sleep in Cenang, you're in a right place (rm60++) Or !! if you upgrade for a slightly expensive around RM 150,you can get a room at beach side with sea view,fit for 3-4 person... budget and luxurious that i stayed for a week there.. the only problem is,some of the room looks not so new and abit cheap quality...

Room is ok w double queen bed. Suitable for family, easy access to beach if u stay at beach view room. Not provide warm water. Only hot water at lobby. I stay here just because of easy way to the beach, thats all.
