Great location on beach. Rooms are basic, linen and towels changed frequently but cleaning of rooms not as regular. AC good, kettles and fridges in rooms. We stayed in the garden chalets, gardens great and well maintained leaf blower early in morning not always appreciated. Hotel has recently been taken over and service is improving. Staff always friendly.

1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. The breakfast served was delicious and came in variety of choice. During my 4 days stay, the menu was different everyday. 3. The apartment I booked was spacious, came with a fridge and a kitchen sink. The rooms are clean. 4. It is situated strategically in front of the beach and shops. 5. Parking space is based on first come first served. Definitely will be my first choice of stay in the future.

One of the worst rooms and services in langkawi. Room was not cleaned. We were told we can’t check in early since the room is not ready! When checked in at an UPGRADED BEACH ROOM it was not clean and aircond not working. They did not check anything before we check in. Toilet was rubbish! Dead animals on doorway. Haunted looking chalets. We checked out WITHOUT ANY REDUND OF rm600 in 30min of check in!! I felt so disgusted I did not even sit in the room the whole time while arguing with the staffs. I will report to the tourism community as we paid the tourist fee.

Location is good, right beside a fun bar in Cenang. It has its own car park so it's good for those who want to drive in Langkawi. However everything else was below average. Rooms weren't cleaned when we arrived. Floor was covered in dust and dirt so clearly it wasn't cleaned after each guest. Bed sheets didn't smell good and had holes in them. Bathroom had lizards, and the sink was so small that it couldn't fit anything. Quite a nightmare because it didn't look anything like the pictures. Staff was generally nice and helpful though. Overall, I wouldn't return.

I am staying here at the property and I checkout tomorrow morning i.e 22-Sep-23. I am amazed at how this property hits the spot on all aspects. Not sure what made this property get a 3.9/5 on Google. 1. Food: Crazy spread with high quality prep. The view on rooftop is to die for. 2. Location: Right at the heart of main market and on beach shore. 10 steps to beach. 3. Staff: Super humble and accommodating. 4. Value for money spent: I'd give a 10/10

Really recommend! Very worth the money to stay here. Close to everything and the most important, good food and friendly staff. The rooftop was amazing. The sunset and beach view was superb! The room is also extra large.

Ok if you like very busy areas, no pool and sea is not visible through so did not swim. Breakfast was good. Staff did not seem to know what was happening within the resort. We asked about laundry service which is advertised on the Web only to be told no laundry service was available, we then spent the day sorting this instead of visiting areas of interest. When we returned we then asked about the laundry service and was told they do provide this. Shower made the whole bathroom wet. No toilet paper in room when we arrived

Location was great but everything else wasn’t. The hotel and room aren’t the cleanest. Room was very plain and sad. Bathroom was just not nice. You wet the entire bathroom when you shower, which is a little dangerous cause it’s slippery. Wifi was non existent in the room but worked great on the beach. Told reception and they answered that it’s getting fixed. We were there four nights and it never worked. On another issue the staff was helpful.

Average hotel i can say. Rooms were good but the bathroom was wet when we came in and a few bugs were found, after all, you can go to the beach directly which is a good thing, i guess was nice to stay here.

Rooms ok, just bit disappointed as took us 90 minutes to check in due to they want to charge us different rate and much higher, as the rated was much lower when we book 1 month ago, I ask for coffee and creamer at 6pm, still not sent even after 4 hours, Lots insects, room need some pest control care. Room not cleaned up until the second night stay, Nothing replenished!!

Good value but very noisy - Good 6-night stay. Pleasant staff and room cleaning. Building structural issues have led to room doors that require considerable force to open/close which is very noisy. This results in a constant stream of slamming doors heard floors away. Quite hard to relax at times.

location wise is one of the great ones. With natural surrounding for the sea facing rooms. Sands, coconut tree, wooden look room exterior. Like most motel surroundings, old rooms seriously need refurbishing and make over. Lower your expectation in rooms, it will be ok.

Great place. Near to almost everything i need to go. Easy to get foods, merchandise etc. Beach? U can go whrnever you want. Just 2 minutes walking distance.

The room is very clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was delicious only kuetiau goreng and bihun Singapore tasteless. I tried their Rojak Pasembur Set with Orange Cordial drink this is really delicious 👍 the staff here very friendly and helpful ❤️ near to eating areas, mall, souvenir shop, underwater world park. The cafe located at Rooftop and facing the ocean, super beautiful sea view while enjoying my food and drink. At rooftop at nite got free Big Screen Movie with open area and the windy is just so relaxing! Really recommended this Langkapuri Inn Resort ❤️❤️❤️

Just right in front of the shore where I could reach less than a minute, enjoy very soft sands, and fire show at night. It's also located on the main road, so I could go to markets, restaurants, and others so easily. Especially next to the hotel, there's a corn burger store. Its set menu is good.

A nice beach view hotel near a lot of shops and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious although the bathrooms could be better. I stayed at the main/ new building and am overall happy with the place.

Good vibe. There's a chalets, and there's a higher room for the sea view. Friendly staff at the receptionist. Very helpful. Here are the photo of the view. Private parking is provided.

Rented Junior Suite for two nights and yet the room has no chairs and mini table/desk... looks empty the room...no so user friendly/conducive room....the hotel also does not provide breakfast or dining as their cafe/restaurant are totally close after reopening due to PKP.....

Location is good. high floor facing beach room with balcony has nice view. The room is quite simple, the bed cover is old, towels are old. Cleaning people always forgot something after cleaning.…No warm service from the reception lady, even after double charged our tourist tax, wasted our time to get refund, no sorry at all! So rude!

I made a call and reservations a month earlier with hope to get the room that I told them I wanted (regular holiday maker to this place) unfortunately on the check-in day, the room was rented out to another group. Such a disappointment. Try to understand for their business perspective. They gave us another room. Another disappointment! No water supply since 8:15 pm to almost 1.5 hour later. Now, the next day! No freaking water again! At peak hours after my morning exercise and just before breakfast! I had to call them all the time shouting for water! What if I was in the middle of the loo ???? Who’s paying for my phone bills??? I bare this place for future trip after all these years!!!! B

Good value for money, and excellent location. Welcome drink was refreshing, and breakfast had many choices. Loved their rooftop restaurant. Their sheets smells nice, and rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Receptionist staff were friendly. It's rainings frequently, and the room were somehow leaked with water from outside (from previous tenant). The kettle were filthy. I had to scrub before use. Overall, not so bad at cheap rate actually. Breakfast buffet were RM20/person.

Not many choices for breakfast. Room service not doing their job as not cleaning the room on our second day here. The pro side is the location is near to the beach and walkable along Chenang Walk

The only thing I'm happy about this hotel is the location which is very close to Chanang Beach. For the condition of the room, just decent. I was only given a bath mat on the third day of my stay. The friendliness of the service of the staff is also decent. The condition of the buildings also needs to be tidied up even more because many of them look worn out with time. This hotel has the potential to be able to provide even better services and facilities for the guests who stay.

We had a good time here. It's not the most amazing or fancy hotel but for the price and the location. The house keeping were good, room cleaned every morning. it's really good to stay here.

I’m staying here 3D 2N ….. the receptionist cannot understand the English need to explain 2 times ,the room is Oky only cannot expect too much normal standard room. welcome drinks is so refreshing the beach view from the room and the cafe is amazing ….the breakfast was nice got many choices to choose taste was good and the cafe is very clean and look pretty… the hotel environment nice walking distance got a lot of food shops,dobby, and shopping places. beach is very near to walk in distance…. Overall I’m enjoying my trip sure will come back and stay here … Thank you

Nice hotel, good location. The rooftop buffet breakfast has a reasonable variety & the view, over look the beach is amazing. The down size is that all the guest returning from the beach, shower just outside the front entrance, then walk through the lobby & enter the elevators, then walk along the corridors to their rooms, the floor gets very slippery & is extremely dangerous. I tried to speak to reception but they said they think it's OK.

this hotel located at Chenang Beach. just a few steps away, you'll be at the beach .. the room was nice. some room got seaview and some street view .. don't worry, if you're to the beach and come back to the hotel full with sand. their rooms no carpet, only tiles .. so, shouldn't be a problem for you. room come with breakfast. my advice is, please go to the cafe early. you can enjoy the sunrise. because the cafe is located at the rooftop. best view to start your day. if you drive a car, please take note that parking area quite limited. the price is reasonable and affordable.

I honestly love the location and it's near the beach and the night market. That's the highlight and win point to this hotel. <3 However, there are just few factors that made this not an exactly easy and pleasant stay. Firstly, they have issues with their doors. Was with my family and we kept having issues trying to enter each of our hotel room, because the key card detectors were faulty. Instead of fixing the issue, we just kept calling the front desk to help us open the door whenever we get back, since the keys weren't gonna work, which makes this inconvenient :( Also to note, there was a person that kept brushing off when we remarked on the door and just said it's fine it's fine. I'm not sure how to express it right but I guess a patron's concern should not be shrugged off. At least the women who attended to my concerns try to assist to the best of their abilities. Next, the room was not fully sorted, like ensuring the previous patron's leftover foods are thrown out from the fridge. Tissue box wasn't even provided, including a hairdryer unlike the rooms that have such items. Methinks the hotel management are probably aware on these key concerns. Maybe they are overworked/understaffed that's causing such cases. Someone who leads in the management should ensure that every room provided to each guest must be sorted at satisfactory level at least. So much potential this place. Just need some polishing and upgrading, especially the doors. Hope the next time you'll have massive changes. Only vocalising to ensure awareness of each patron's quality of stay.

the services and management here, they have a heart of gold. on the morning we were suppose to leave to KL, but my dad sadly passed away. it was rough and we had to find a place to stay to wait for my dad to be released from the hospital. but instead of finding a new hotel and spending our money. they gave us free shelter and didn't have to pay a single cent. free AC, free shower, free heater, free breakfast and they cleaned our hotel rooms. i am the eldest son of my dad and i have a mom and lil brother to take care off. once im successful i’ll definitely come here and doubling the payment fees of the hotel. i love you guys lah.

Spent a day in Langkawi Island. Booked Langkapuri Resort to stay for that day. There were no high expectations except that it would be well dealt with. Overall it was good but some things didn't feel good. The check-in time was three o'clock, so the receptionist was asked to check-in early, but she refused. This policy of the hotel was not appropriate. I was returned an hour before three o'clock. Apart from this, the variety in breakfast was less, the rest of the location is good. Roof top for breakfast is good, front beach is also nice, bathrooms are also nice. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Not great, we had to move room as the shower was not working, the room we were offered was filthy, vert bad toilet & shower, no internet, had to get key repaired several times, to get into room, would not recommend this hotel

The kitchen was closed. But its near to the cenang beach/walking distance. some of the items in the rooms was not so clean especially the cattle. they should change it to new one instead. & at a time our room key was not works & at the reception was no people/staff to help & surprisingly the security guard can help to open our room & we are shocked.
