Rooms actually look like pictures. Love the location. Unfortunately, cleanliness is the number one issue here. Every single corner of the room was topped with dust and sand dust. From the living room coffee table, dining table, TV console table, next to the mini fridge, vanity table and also the safe box. I couldn't put my things anywhere except the bed! I didn't sit on the balcony bcs the chairs were dusty so I didn't bother to wipe it down. The toiletries were clean but I found the water would puddle up and took some time to drain down. Hence, it was difficult to wash down the sand properly. Water pressure wasn't good. Tv was only in the living room, and not an issue for me. Based on the reviews I brought my own night lamp, otherwise you'll have to sleep in total darkness if you're not used to it. Otherwise, with the strategic location and size of the rooms, they could've potentially do so much more. With my room type, I actually like the balcony bcs I can observe the crowd at cenang day to day. If they really take care of the cleanliness and upgrade the furnitures here and there, I will recommend it otherwise it's a no. Oh, i really hate the door it was hard to lock and unlock with the keys. There wasnt any water boiler in the room too. Maybe you have to request idk. I didnt touch the instant drinks anyway it was dusty.

Paretto “Seaview” Hotel. Be very careful when booking your room here as many of the rooms do not have a view at all. I screwed this up and we got a dungeon facing a roofed-off, trash-strewn area at the back. The hotel itself is faded, unkempt, and shoddy. It’s like there has been no upkeep or maintenance at all since opening; it paint is peeling, furniture is old, and the reception looks like someone’s messy oversized storage cupboard. That being said - the staff were hospitable and helpful and while the facilities were sub-par, rooms were pretty clean. And the location, right opposite the Cenang Beach square is hard to beat. Lots to do, see, and eat in the area. This is a two-star hotel in a four-star location. Good for backpackers or those on a tight budget. I’d give it a miss for all other folks; there are better options in the area.

“Location,space, convenient ” Pros: Location: best location in Cenang but with that you need to bear with the fire show music till midnight. space: spacious room with a living hall. Comfort: generous amount of pillows available. convenient : all shop is very convenient to get to from here. Cons: room 215 restroom don't drain well. The sound proofing not that good. It's not wheel chair friendly as there is 2 steps to washroom. 25 Aug 2023

The room is clean. But they don't have any desk lamp, so it's quite dark if we off the main lights. The location is great, it's near to pantai cenang and many duty-free shops, restaurants, café nearby.

The rooms are basic, like most in langkowi, beds are huge and super comfy, shower is always a good temperature, even tho you mainly need it cold or cool as it’s so hot over here, room is serviced everyday , fresh water , fresh towels, toilet rolls bed made, we have a lovely view , staff are always friendly and helpful, straight across the road from the beautiful beach and right in the middle of town, will definitely come back and stay here,

Overall a pleasant experience for the price. Room felt dated and needed a fresh layer of paint. Furnishing was very basic and looked cheap. Staff was pretty good at addressing questions and concerns. Location is amazing right across from the main beach entrance, and close to shops and restaurants. Pillows were not very comfortable but mattress was okay. Great choice if you are traveling on a budget.

Room is quite big enough for a family with kids. Room cleanliness and toilet is big issue here. Customer service was not available all the time. But front desk staffs are quite helpful. Location is biggest plus point here.

Location of the hotel is next to Cenang beach. Very clean and friendly staff. Room has living space and a bedroom with attached bathroom. Worth for the money. You can book it without hesitation. Definitely I’ll book this for future trips.

Very close to the Pentai chenang beach, clean and beautiful property. Giving this a 5 star because of the staff, they were really sweet and helpful. We had checked out of the place but we missed our ferry, they were sweet enough to have us back in and they also helped me print my answer sheets for free as I had an online exam to give and I had forgotten to print them from India. Also the water bottles were unlimited.

177RM per night all in for a ‘deluxe studio’. Good service, excellent WiFi and location, fridge, separate living area, free drinking water and balcony overlooking mountains. Unfortunately the shower was very temperamental and the room was very dated, in need of a good refurbishment. Having spent months staying in budget accommodation in SE Asia, we booked this as a treat to ourselves and were disappointed with the standard of the room for the cost (one of the most expensive hotels we stayed in travelling SE Asia for over 4 months). I’d recommend this place if it was either much cheaper or they had a major refurbishment.

It doesn’t look like the pictures on hotel booking websites at all. The property is dated, built using low quality materials, not well kept, not sound proof at all. My husband was attacked by dust mite in the middle of the night and the bedsheet was stained (see picture) there were also very inconsiderate local Chinese guests on the same floor that made lots of noise on the corridor both late at night and early in the morning. Even after opening the door to tell them off, they just stared at me and continue yakking away. This must be one of the worst 2 star hotel I’ve stayed with in years, and I’ve stayed in a lot, even those cheaper than this one and honestly the average review score should be way lower than what it is. Other than the location, there’s nothing great about this hotel

The room was so ambient and cleaned eventhough exterior building and reception counter doesn't looks so welcome.Location in the heart of Pantai Chenang.Price is reasonable.

The location of the hotel is great, 5 mins walk from almost anything you need or want. The beach is incredibly close. Rooms were a bit outdated but for a place to sleep and shower very good. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions.

Attention! in the name of the room offer is "deluxe" - it means nothing! There is NOTHING "luxury"! Poor equipment, generally very empty, pallet seat, pallet table, bed made of pallets and chipboard (mattress quite comfortable), creaky door....so far I can not understand why they call this room as luxury - unless only to price it high. Love it! It is basically in the middle of the busy area. Everything is 2 minute away. We got a one bedroom studio. The hotel is so thoughtful to give us a hard and soft pillow each. Balcony is facing the street where we can just enjoy from the room. Downside will be water pressure during shower. However, its manageable.

location was ok, room was nice, but parking is very limited. staff at receptionist are not friendly and makes annoying faces all the time.

Location is top and room was spacious. Just didn’t like the problems with the wifi. After midnight every day I wasn’t able to use it

Location: centre of Pantai Cenang (although not breach side but location still good) Cleanliness: building itself is (to me) looks a bit old, a fresh paint would do the trick but more importantly the rooms are amazing. Toilet is clean as well which is to me the most important thing Staff: very friendly, effecient staff. On the 3rd day of my stay, 20a heater switch kapoot and within hours, my problem was solved, even texted me to make sure I'm not in my room before they arrive. Even gave me extra towels. Likes: - all my request fulfilled - have COWAY water filter/dispenser - clean toilet and clean room - nice view (I got beach view) - very efficient staff - lots of car park Dislike: (not really dislike just sort of need to work around it) - doors are lock like house lock, not keycard type (not a major issue) - car park sometimes you need to move the cone placed there to prevent non hotel guest from parking

Room is big and clean, we book sea view room with balcony, easy access to shop, restaurant, and car park is available. Near to beach area as well. Recommended.

Room was a little small for 3 person. Very clean. No swimming pool. Good location. Excellent front desk service, accommodated my early check in and late check outs. Cared for our bags aft check out as we continued shopping due to our flight being delayed.

Room size is decent. Beds and room are pretty clean. No swimming pool, simple hotel. Location is good, right beside a mall with starbucks and KFC. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Appreciate that an emergency contact was pasted everywhere incase of emergency. Felt safe in the room. Staff were very accommodating. A bit of a downside is, it is near the a fnb place that plays loud music till midnight. Sometimes very noisy. Room isn't sound proof as well, u can hear people walking and talking along the corridor. Will definitely rebook this place again when I come to Langkawi :)

Location Wise is awesome...no need to worry about parking as well...hotel got lift. I stay at family suite and to be honest the room I stayed was just okay.. Cleanliness is considerable..the bed was quite good...overall is a pleasant stay mainly due to its strategic location..
