How is anyone saying this place is good! Worst massage hands down of my LIFE! 4 of us all experienced the same thing. Raking knuckles along our bones, ribs, and muscles. Never actually massaged just raked hands down every body part. I asked my girl to be gentle; I felt sharp pains in my legs. She just goes back to the max pressure. I really contemplated leaving half way. Too much hitting and pressure points. I cringed the ENTIRE time and never once felt relaxed 😌 No idea why this place has raving reviews 🤔

Very friendly and accommodating staff! A relaxing and comfortable experience, will visit again when in Langkawi 🙌 Constantly checking in if the pressure was alright and made sure I enjoyed my massage 💆‍♀️ It's located on level 2 of a building and can be seen from the ground floor looking up. Do remember to book your slot because the first time we walked in they were fully booked but the second time, luckily they had slots 😄

My wife asked for soft aroma massage and received hard Malaysian massage. Therapist seemed disinterested my massage was great but needs consistent customer centric approach .

I've been there and it's by far the best place in Langkawi for a good massage with a relaxing atmosphere away from the noise of the street. The massage was great and the lady took everything to heart. In addition, the manager of the shop is extremely friendly, speaks great English and you can also talk to her for a few minutes. Best massage place to get in Langkawi, the massage was good, i literally felt sleep for 1hour. The oil they use is so good and nice smell. I highly recommend to get massage with Faiza. The vanilla oil or coconut oil natural oil is really good and highly recommend to get one. Thank you again for the best massage. I would like to go again.

My sister and I went here for a massage, may look a bit shady from the outside, but once you step inside you are welcomed by the sweetest lady. The place looks very clean inside, and the atmosphere is super relaxing. The price is not the cheapest, but the massage therapists are very skilled, it’s definitely worthwile - we’re sure you will have an amazing experience at this place :-) Cheers!

I had amazing experience here. The shop assistant are really kind full and humble person. She accepted my reservation when they already closed their shop. She just consider for me to giving a fantastic experience in my short trip at LANGKAWI. They recommend their best massage at their shop which is really amazing and therapist ZETTY was treat me like their regular guest when I tried first. So I recommend also once u come Langkawi 'chenang' u must try a massage here hope u never disappoint. It's just opposite at under water world. Thank you 😊

Very good treatment, first day i took relieving body massage and second day i took native body massage. Both are amazing. Therapist are truly experience, professional and soft spoken. Very recommended place for shoulder stiffness, middle and lower back. They used very special homemade hot oil which is very effective to relieve my stiffness problem. I feel very light next day. The Manager Ms.Lynn & the masseur were very polite and soft spoken. Treating customer like King. Well trained and certified masseur. Cozy environment. Foot Reflex was awesome. Have to try Native Body Massage, which was told the best from them. Will repeat next time. Thumbs up!!!!

After a long time, I had a well trained person who gave a proper foot reflexology massage, unlike many places which actually give just a foot massage. The place is big, clean & smell good. Counter lady from sabah very friendly and suggest me to get Native Body Massage according to my needs. Therapist very professional and skillfull. They using they own signature homemade hot oil on specific and stiffness area that i had. Next day i wokeup i feel much more relieve.The price is reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised how professional the therapist did the whole body massage on me. My stiffness was gone especially around my neck and shoulders. They are very polite and caring. Moreover, the place is cosy and very clean. I can only recommend it to others to get their longed for massage.

Didn't really enjoy the massage. Very bad technique. Just knuckles pressed hard. It was hard to finish the 80 minutes for me and my husband. 2 stars as my daughter really enjoyed her massage

I can't understand why the one-hour foot massage has been pressing the legs, almost no feet, the technique is very simple, four or five techniques are done in turns, the experience is very bad. The breeze next to it is better and 33% cheaper

Hello I just been to this place I think the price is reasonable and the front staff is really friendly and talkative also the massage lady was kind as well. When I had the massage I also enjoyed it wasn't too strong wasn't too soft exactly balanced how it should be. But before the massage would start they ask the customer how do they want the massage. Overall I can say 4* nice environment friendly staff affordable price and the massage is good enough my opinion.

I love this place! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean. The owner Lyn is a lovely person and makes you feel very welcome. I was there for four sessions (ranging from 2.5 to 3 hours) during my stay in Langkawi and booked the relaxing massage. The therapists are friendly and gave their best to make sure I was happy with the treatment. I will definitely go again to Cocoon if I visit Langkawi. Kudos.

She was very kind and did a great job in massaging me. The manager (Lyn) is also very kind and polite. They treat me like I am a regular customer even though its my first time there. We went to cocoon as a couple, get a Native Body Massage recommended by the counter person. After treatment, we felt so satisfied and amazing with the massage quality and their service. We felt our shoulder stiffness and lower backpain become very less. They using special home made hot oil and the smell so good and the most important thing it can lessen our stiffness.
