Stayed there for 3 nights. The room was clean & spacious, air-conditioned and had an attached bathroom. It's located at a lane on the popular Pantai Cenang road. I specifically loved the location because I went there during a holiday season, Pantai Cenang road was terribly jammed, noisy at night, packed with cars and tourists, whereas the lane that this homestay located was less travelled by the tourists but it gave perfect access to the popular tourist street & the famous Cenang beach. This homestay was also in a cozy & casual setting. If I had more days for my holiday I would love to spend a half day at the garden, relax and feel the vibes or have some little chats with the guests there or the lovely nice host.

It's a great place to stay while at Langkawi. Walking distance to the beach but quiet and off the main road. The host, Nanda and his team, Thomas and Rick, is a great bunch who took care of everything, from hotel transport, scooter rental, accommodation needs, tours and also gave good recommendations on what to do and see here in Langkawi. The guest house has amazing vibes with people from all over the world who are really friendly and always ready to have a beer or two, at their own mini bar. Looking forward to being back here!

The best place to stay in langkawi😍 Amazing central location 2 minutes away from the beach and all the good restaurants and bars. Very clean room and bathroom with a cute porch outside each room. The common area is very inviting for chill gatherings. There is a fridge in the common area full of beers with cheap prices so you can enjoy your drinks without going out. The most remarkable thing about the place is the owner Nanda and the team who works there, they instantly made us feel like home. Very helpful and friendly. Nanda even took us around for a local food experience in Kuah. He also surprised us with breakfast from our favorite Indian restaurant the morning of our flight 😍 I will never forget our fun and amazing stay with you guys and the moringa and cashew trees 🤍😃 Good vibes always

We stayed here for only one night, but couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic, 5-10 min walk to the Main Street of Pantai Chenang and the beach. The room is simple, clean and has everything you need. There is a shared kitchen, a little bar area with sitting area to enjoy a drink. The best part of this guesthouse is the owners. Tomas and Nanda are very good hosts, who are always there to help you with anything. And they play cool tunes 🎶

A great place for staycation, vacation or holiday. Very fast wifi. Close to the beach, quiet and calm atmosphere, value for money. The best thing about this place is the host Nanda. Great guy. Helped a lot with recommendations for local food(specially Indian food), arranging tour packages and a ton of information about everything on the Island. Will definitely stay here again if i go back to Langkawi.

Okay, this place deserves more than a 5star. Don't let the 'guest house' fooled you. This place is a great place. Warm welcome by the host Nanda, come a COMPLETE facilities. Our stay is about 130m away from Cenang main street, but somehow our stay is quiet and peaceful. We rented a car for RM70 per day (good condition Chevrolet) 👏 with full tank petrol. They also have a scooter & bicycle. A safe place for ladies (as I came with my sister) Amenities & facilities are available. Some may subject upon request, Nanda is kind providing everything we asked for. Hairdryer ✅️ Iron and board ✅️ soap & towel ✅️ free wifi ✅️ Aircond ✅️ fan ✅️ dining table ✅️ mini fridge ✅️ open kitchen ✅️ - if you want to cook, reheat your food, water filter, and relax & authentic tables to chill, your own table outside at the terrace ✅️ You name it, the host provided a 5star facilities which we feels blessed stumbled upon Nanda's stays in Google reviews. Fantastic location near to the beach, shops and bars while also being really quiet and private. Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is welcoming and homely. Nanda, Rick and Thomas are absolute gentlemen. Can't wait to go back.

Impressive! What an incredible experience. This place certainly deserves its exclusive collection of 5-star reviews. Nanda, the proprietor, is an absolute legend and went above and beyond to ensure our journey was exceptional - and it truly was. Right from the outset, the communication was superb. The price of beer here puts the cost of water back home to shame, and our rooms featured both air conditioning and delightfully comfortable beds. The communal area is a fantastic spot where we encountered numerous amiable travelers. The hotel's prime location is right at the heart of where you'd want to be. I'm absolutely elated that we opted for this charming establishment instead of a fancy hotel because Nanda truly shaped our trip. The experience was authentically rich, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Once more, a heartfelt thank you to Nanda I will no doubt be coming again.

A perfect 6 nights stay with all the amenities that one can need. The location is perfect, 2 min walk from the beach and all the shops on restaurants on Pantai Cenang. Not to mention, Nanda, the host is extremely helpful and a one stop shop. I rented a bike from him and he also set me up with the all the day trips I wanted. And Kashif, who works there is also a complete gentleman and very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again the next time we are in Langkawi.

So happy and pleased my friend and I chose the Langkawi village guest house to stay at during our time in Langkawi. Nanda was so hospitable and friendly, I would 100% stay there again when I next visit. We were welcomed with a beer, the rooms were super tidy (he had turned the A/C on in anticipation of our arrival). Our entire itinerary was entirely based on his recommendations and nothing he suggested was a disappointment. We did the sunset cruise, island hopping, and ate at all his recommended restaurants. The guest house is beautifully located very close to the beach but also not affected by the noise of the dense tourist areas. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a high quality budget option to stay at Nanda's place. Nanda is a legend! Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were large, comfortable and very clean! Not only that, the location was perfect as it was a 5min walk from the beach, and a 3min walk from the main road. Super budget-friendly as well. Nanda is also very kind and helpful, would highly recommend to all!

We spent our first days in Malaysia in this hotel and living there made us fall head over heels in love with the country immediately The hotel is located close to the main street and the sea, 5-7 mins walking distance. There are plenty of cafes, mini markets and everything you need nearby. The rooms are spacious and cozy, there is everything you need, each room has a table and chairs on the veranda. The hotel is full of places where you can sit and chat. You can also rent a bike or have your trips organized by the staff. The shared kitchen is l great with literally everything you might need. But the most important thing is the people. The owner of the hotel Nanda was away, but still texted us every day, checking how we were doing, and instantly resolved any problems. Kashif who was charge at that time was the best part of the trip to Langkawi for us. He turned out to be a very pleasant and interesting person and was constantly ready to help — he took us to the hospital after encountering a jellyfish (please note!! Don't wash the stung area with fresh water, use vinegar), helped fixing my phone, drove us around the island and so much more. The trip would have been completely different without him. Kashi and Nanda, thank you once again❤️❤️❤️

Our group recently stayed here for 3 nights & 3 rooms. The rooms were clean, simple, quiet and nice. A/c was cool. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants. This guest house has a very unique bar. I learnt that the bar owners were a retired interior designer and a retired bar owner. They personally built a small but beautiful bar, with an ancient money bucket using a pully. We sat there every evening drinking cases of the cheapest beers in Langkawi. The owner. Mr Thomas Ho was kind enough to drive us to town to eat some delicious food and more drinks. We tipped him well for his generosity. Can't wait to return again someday. Thank you, Thomas and Rick.

Thank you so much to both of them and their friends. The place is so cool and cosy, very clean, really feeling like home, so cool jazzy music at the bar, and always very fresh beers in the fridge ;) Also good to know there is a toaster and a kitchen to cook your own breakfast and meal if you want, and the place is only 5min away from the beach ! The best people I met in Malaysia, sharing a beer and learning so much by talking with them. I wish I’ll be able to come back !!

Our stay at Langkawi village was awesome. Nanda & Thomas were great hosts & made us feel at home. The room had a kettle, fridge, fan, good air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows & free chilled water in the pantry & shared kitchen if you’d like to cook. Small bar & communal area for relaxing. Close to the centre, many restaurants & the beach. Scooter hire and tours are also available to book on site.

This is the best place to stay in Langkawi, quiet but central with everything within walking distance. What makes the place is the owner/host Nanda! He has created the perfect hangout and chill space. He has a fully stocked beer fridge where you can purchase beverages and spend your evening chatting with friends. Super relaxed, friendly, and helpful with any queries. He also arranges for scooters and offers tours. He even kindly picked up and dropped off our laundry for us! He went above and beyond any host we have had on our 9 months of travelling the world. The room was simple, equipped with a fridge, fan, and air con. Had enough space, and a desk was provided to work at which was nice. I’d recommend staying here for the nice communal atmosphere and value for money.

Had a lovely stay here! This a gem of a place is nestled 200m away from the bustling Cenang beach and is an oasis of calm and quiet. The host is most welcoming and soon you are part of the community. Best place in Langkawi! We already came twice because we fell in love with this place. Hospitality at its best and if you want to, you can make new friends here (even though you easily can have your privacy). We enjoyed all the talks at the evenings after exploring Langkawi or just hanging around the Cenang beach which you can reach within a 5 minute walk. Nanda will always support you with information for future travels and also helps in organizing trips or transports. He is also able to help out to organize a scooter for a very reasonable price. The rooms are for the price very luxurious and comfortable.

The best part of our stay was the owner/host - Nanda!! He’s building something special and when it’s all finished it will be a cool hangout spot and place to stay! He was super helpful with any enquiries, questions or things we wanted. Nanda gave us a bike for a good price and any tours we wanted, he would tell us about them in detail. We stayed in the budget double room, but I wouldn’t say it was budget as it had everything we needed in there, including AC and a fan 🤩. Nanda has an outdoor area where you can socialise and have food, whatever time of the day. In the evening his friends and guests go sit outside, chat and have a drink. I’d 100% recommend staying here, as Nanda made us feel super comfortable and was very relaxed about everything.

My friend suggested me this place for long term staying which I did. The place is super clean and it has quite complete facilities (own bathroom, water heater, aircon, Wi-fi, rack, table for working and even a fridge!). The place is a bit hidden yet strategic to go to Cenang Beach and its amenities. Nanda, who runs the place was very accommodating to all my inquiries. Thank you! I will definitely stay there again for my next long term staying in Langkawi.

The room & bathroom was very clean. Such a peaceful environment just a walking distance to Underwater World Langkawi and row of shops. The owner is very friendly and helpful he recommended few restaurant and bars . One of it was Sarti supper club the place have it own class and the Pizza was AWESOME! definitely a place to come back to stay and dine.

Langkawi Village Guest House is a beautiful, quiet little corner of Cenang that is conveniently located near all the action. It’s a great value, with clean, comfortable rooms that have a.c., fans, and showers with good water pressure. But the best thing about staying there is the owner, Nanda. He is extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. He made us feel at home immediately, and his advice and tips about the island made our experience richer than it could have been otherwise. Highly recommended!!!

This is the place to stay in Langkawi! Had an amazing 3 nights stay here. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable, air-conditioning was perfect and there was even a fridge in it too. There is a communal kitchen which has filtered water. There is an outdoor area too which is really nice. It's located only a few minutes walk to the main street and beach. Also we can't thank Nanda enough, he is the best host ever! He goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. We would have stayed longer but unfortunately we had already booked our flights in advance. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Langkawi.
