Deserves no star because I heard that one staff (chinese with short hair and wearing spectacles) badmouthing customer who was calling to ask for their operation hours because they have not open yet sharp at 1pm while I was at the counter. She said something like this “tadi ada customer BODOH call sini tanya kenapa belum bukak. kalau tak boleh tunggu takpayah beli kat sini. Dia ingat kita happy ke kerja sini padahal gaji kena potong.” Lol the customer was me actually and I didnt make a scene as there was a long queue there. Seriously that staff was rude. I am calling just to know Warisan was operating on that day or not because I have flight to catch and I was asking nicely. Manager please do something as I heard from my other friend that she also make some sort of trouble there. One star because there are a lot of chocolates there with a lot of variety (cannot fight with HIG) with reasonable price. Got a lot of offers buy 1 free 1 for almost expired items. Cheapest in Chenang area and a great bargain. Will revisit again.

Have been this shop several times from my last Langkawi visits. Items price are comparable with other duty free shops. Except the alcohol drinks you might want to survey because depends on what is your favourite drinks. Beside chocolates and alcohol, the shop has kitchenwares and kitchen electrical stuffs that you can have better price deal since it is duty free.

Very convenient, nearby my hotel. Not only liquors and cigarettes are the main duty-free items, there are imported perfumes, cookwares, beauty kits etc are selling here, very reasonable price. So far, I think Warisan offers the best price for liquors, now I know where to buy my liquor when I visit Langkawi....hope for more discounts.😊 Remember, they only open in the afternoon from 1am to 11pm.

Quite a nice size duty free shop. Although prices were not as competitive but there were some interesting products and well displayed. Very spacious and comfortable to shop. It was crowded maybe because it was convenient ly located in the middle of the beach street and very near to the Cenang mall. Service was good.

They almost have everything here. I am interested with the Knoppers since normally my friend brought it from Germany. Turned out the price is more expensive here. It depends on your shopping style anyway.

My must go place to shop for chocolates and parfume. Been to other place, but felt attached to this place. In 2020 have experience my credit card been charged twice. I just make a call and deal with the PIC to sort out the issue. Within 4 days issue solved. Excellent after sale service.

Plenty of duty free shops in Langkawi. Most of them are quite big with varieties of duty free goods like chocolates, alcohol, kitchen ware etc. Cenang beach area is a happening place with a lot of tourists. Most shops are crowded especially in the evening. Warisan has got a lot of selections and prices are competitive too.

Great choice of goods ranging from, chocolates, perfume, medicine, household goods, clothes, shoes to anything alcoholic. Attractive displays and polite staff.

It has a wide selection of beers and wine. The best duty free store in the area.

The only place you can buy Alcoholic drinks on Chenang. All mini marts and malls don't sell alcohol. Also, found the price here is cheaper than anywhere else for imported beers and known brand liquor. Wine is not that cheap comparing to Hong Kong. We decided to two bottles Martini Brianco back home. One passport can only buy one liter a month. We regret so much that we did not buy more to KL where The price was much higher. The Martini Bianco we bought at RM35 was RM58 at KL airport.

It’s alright. Lots of items ranging from swimwear to fancy dinning wear like plates to perfume and tobacco to chocolate. nothing too special in my opinion

Highly recommend this place to all first timers to langkawi. The price is cheaper if compared to other duty free shops. Wide selection of chocolates, liquor and other duty free items. Managed to get good amount of chocolates, a cute bottle of mini chivas and blue label, knife set, teapot set and a luggage bag. All reasonably priced and good customer service from the adik adik working over there. Will surely visit again on my next trip to LGK.
