We didn't expect much because it's a chain like Starbucks but we were surprised about the different things we tried and each one turned out to be tasty. The coffee was okay, they even had decaf!

Don’t expect much from this branch. One of the worst. Bread was good. Fresh and fluffy. Coffee taste better than the loaf in ioi mall city putrajaya. Foods, had prawn mee for brunch and it was the worst part of my experience dining in here. The loaf! Come on…. This is not the loaf that I ever had good experience with.

My cappuccino was very very good !!! I would call this place a coffee shop and not a bakery as there were almost no bakery products even though I visited the bakery at 1.30 pm , not late in the evening

This is a very nice cafe excellent menu and service by the staff really nice coffee and a good variety of pastries, have been back 3 times already it's so good

They used to have really good carbonara. However, the last two times I ate this, hoping to re-experience the awesome carbonara, I was left disappointed. One time, they over looked the egg and had a hard boiled egg over the carbonara. This time round, it was so soupy. Sad. The latte and bread are good though.

Best coffee shop around here. Calm. Way better than Starbucks across the road.

A great place to have a good coffee, daily fresh bakes and warm plates. There were people working in the cafe but it is super quiet and super chill!

Feeling a bit ripped off with the picture compared to what you actually get. If you compare the spoon & carrots as size indicators you’ll see that these bread bowls are definitely not as advertised. Quite expensive as well considering the actual size of the meal. Good taste though sooooo not all bad

We went to The Loaf Cenang shop today with our parents. The coffee was excellently made by the staff. He owned our heart with his cordial gesture ❤ Well decorated bakery Cafe.

I don’t understand these bad reviews. As working in a coffee, I can tell you they offer a pretty good service ! Coffee is good, and their sweet & salty bakeries are really good ! I took 4 different cakes and liked them all. Definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing food at The Loaf. So good we went back later the same day and again in KL. Gorgeously presented and tasted delicious!

This place is great! Probably the best coffee I’ve had in Malaysia (I could even get a flat white). A little expensive but so good. I had the breakfast omelette and it was very good. Many people came in for the pastries (between RM4 and RM8). The place is clean, bright, plenty of seating, chill music. I’m going again tomorrow!
