This is The Body Shop brand, clearly they only sale their brands. If you want to find others brand, you can try Watsons or pharmacy nearby. Good place and friendly staff. If you got issues with the products, just ask them. They provide advice and give suggestions, if you don't like it, and it's ok. One of my favourite store

AVOID Bodyshop Cenang Mall! Staff desperate to make any sale they can with no prices marked on any items. They think tourists can be squeezed for cash by conning them. You'll ask for an item and they don't have it, they'll then suggest another item which appears to be the same as what you want but it isn't, and it's massively overpriced. Sadly only after purchase realised that what they sold me wasn't the item id asked for. Went back to the store literally, and I mean literally, 5 minutes later with unopened jar and they refused a refund or even voucher despite Bodyshop company policy stating that if you're not completely satisfied you can obtain a refund. Extremely poor staff who pounce on any customer foolish enough to come through the door. I can't express strongly enough how much you should avoid this store. If you need items that are usually sold in Bodyshop then go to Guardian which is a pharmacy just opposite with a yellow store front. Guardian pharmacy have helpful staff who aren't just trying to squeeze money out of you and they stick to their agreed terms and conditions. I will be contacting Bodyshop Malaysia head office regarding this poor service and refusal to provide a refund or even gift voucher. AVOID.

My wife liked it and always enters here for window shopping.

Dissapointed with Body shop branch cenang.. 2 times I bought something worth more than RM 100 (in May & July 2022) if not mistaken but now I promised to send receipt to my WhatsApp but I didn't get it.. And my membership doesn't auto renew even though I bought it The product costs more than RM 100 which suppose auto renew from this branch but the habuk is tarak. Maybe because I'm a local person, they choose customers who look down on WLPN, I've approached their sales person twice at this branch... It's better to buy LPS at another branch or buy it online now...

Nice store with good mass market skincare products, but not cheap
