My first experience with these hotels is when we booked about 5 to 6 rooms for our occasion. The hotel is located off Kano Bypass, the location is good because it's close to the road; from the entrance the hotel look so amazing with so many beautiful flowers, the environment look so tidy and clean. The rooms are spacious with so many many amenities like a functioning AC and Fan, their beds are also good with clean bedsheets and pillow case. The toilets are also good with running water, good showers, clean sit and rest, functional water heater The rooms service is also efficient and they always response on time Lastly this review is base on my personal experience with the hotel, if your experience is otherwise; I'am not saying you are wrong

First impressions: Cosy and convenient. Strategic location. Discreet. The food is delicious. Breakfast will cost you $5. I will upgrade my review later.

If you are a first timer and need a place to stay in Gombe I would highly recommend this place. It’s quiet and the rooms are like mini apartments so there’s no question of shuffling of feet from other people an it’s very work friendly. Water, light and a/c worked 24/7 all through my stay.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Hotel is neat and quite spacious. Located just off the Gombe-Bauchi road, it offers moderate comfort for a token. It ya easy to locate ad there are several signposts to guide you. The rooms are clean and cosy. The food is average at best but I quite enjoyed the noodles.

As a Local Guide.The Staff are uncourtious.You might book and your booking confirmed,But When you want to Check in,Its another Story.The Receptionist will simply tell you,All the Rooms are occupied. Had a nasty experience, that taught me a lesson in life.While travelling, Make Alternative arrangements. I read some reviews ,I don't think the Reviewers are Sincere. Seeing is believing. I await another Reviewer.

Walked into the reception & this two receptionist were just looking at me, even while making enquiry there was this particular girl that was so rude & shunned me & there was no light nor sign that generator will be turned on. It hurts to be shunned like that, honestly I was disappointed with the customer service. I left immediately to find a better place. The operations manager need to look into the staff, cuz those two I met there will wreck any business.
