cheating customers by luring them to buy 20% on old stocks.Also they are not informing customer in advance that extra GST will be added in final bill which is not part of the MRP. I ended up buying old stock with no warranty. when i checked with storekeeper new stock was available ultimately at same MRP (GST included). shop attendant refused to return our purchased goods as we wanted to buy fresh stock since it was available at same price with 3 mobths warranty. This is simply pathetic! Never expected this from Bata

Like the way Bata has evolved over the years. A nice collection of footwear n designs makes it worth the visit here. The first place to even stock rainwear whereas the local stores won't stock till rains actually starts. A fab range of footwear for all people, young and old and trendy makes this worth a visit. Bata Stores are Good mainly for School Shoes and Office wear, Village wear chappals etc. The North Star Sports Shoes and also the New Female Sandals of Comfort Wear are very Good Bata has launched many new Modern styles of Footwear in past few years that good. But one big issue with sales staff very few staff are there in Bata showrooms and so you have to wait a lot for the Sales Staff who can attend you.If Bata tries to solve this issue that that will help to increase more customer satisfaction...

Bata has always been the go to brand for casual shoes. They have a great collection for students as well as working professionals. Good staff and great quality shoes make for great customers. Although not a huge variety of shoes is offered, what is put up is of the best quality. Great service and good staff. Would definitely recommend to others.
