Very bad experience u can say it worst too. Hot fudge brownie worst serve ever at oldpnvl mcd. We ordered burger n all, n while ordering we mentioned 2 times that hot fudge brownie we want it later, still they served that with the burger n fries meal. Which we didnt liked as we told then why cnt they manage their staff properly. And tben when we saidthis to them there manager told them to keep in fridger. And u al cnt belive the ice cream was likr ice (barf) while eating it was like water barf, n when we complained for it staff and manager denied to take it they said ice cream is like this only, this staff having senjor manager eho doesnt value the customer. We have left the ice cream like that n also on tissue ppr mentioned the worst feedback. This manager n staff wasted our money. See my attached images.

Nice place to sit and chill with family or groups. Their Strawberry Milkshake is a favourite. Also their fries is a winner among kids and adults too for that matter.

Just your regular McD, The place is clean, the staff is helpful. Clean washrooms.

Food, as always is good. What stands out here, is the ambiance and the seating, it's really really engaging. So engaging that you'd want to spend time here.

A busy place whenever u walk in. But the service is good. With the kiosk now present wherein u can order by urself it saves ur time standing at the queue..now they serve at the table too. Would recommend going to this place indeed. Love the ambience and attitude of the team .

I have ordered Coke, fanta and mcaloo tikki burger. This time the taste of burger was not as it used to be in other McDonald's. Also it was spoiled in the tray along with hair on the coke cup. Am i paying for this service? Also the swirl i ordered took more than 15 minutes and it was not delivered on table as informed. After going to the counter, he wasn't even aware about my order. Very poor service.

Nice place, good ambience ! Crowd around wearing a smile upon face while having a bite on their McD food. Good food, great taste. Varied menu for veggie as well as non_veg lovers. Staff is jolly and cooperative

This place way too crowded for a morning time. Mainly the crowd consisted of young college kids buzzing to buy the McD food. We didn't even get a place to sit initially and finally got it after 10 minutes of waiting.

I order Fanta, Coke, Fries, Cappuccino and Mc Chicken Burger. Good Food, Good Atmosphere with GooD Service. Sitting area is good and clean. Alos they have a separate area for group of 20 to 25 persons. Total sitting capacity is 40 to 50 persons.

Great place to chill and have a coffee or meals. Polite and helpful staff.

Same ole sasta and tikau option for millions of Indians, service is decent, sometimes the outlet floor gets dirty, but that's down to the customers as people like to litter even in a mall Seating is adequate, situated on the ground floor and very easily accessible, in general don't expect sauve crowd here, however I would rather drink a decent well priced coffee here than sit in Starbucks and drink overpriced average coffee, but that's just me, man of simple pleasures and conservative mindset, who doesn't like wastage of any kind, be it national resources or my own money.

They have charging docks and usb plugs, also tables have wireless charging docks installed. Nice atmosphere and good people and service. The food was great.

Their some staff r very supportive,but 2-3 staff judge u based on clothes.. one incident happen with me on Sunday, when we (i and my friend ) visit for snacks purpose... We ordered from an offer section ... They were like y u r ordering so cheap meal . ..what I ordered was one fries and soft drink.. which cost us approximately 60 per side... they were taking long time to serve us... My friend got order after 25-30 minutes.. and there was no rush .. like only 4-5 consumer was there including me .. initially they used to give unlimited refill on any meal... On Sunday friend gone there for refill they(that arrogant lady) were saying that unlimited offer is over... After the moment we gone, then they were serving unlimited drink to other consumer...But when u will check the policy,it says that, It only applies during the 60 minutes after the purchase. The refill must be requested after waiting in the regular line at the restaurant's counter. You must show your receipt in order to request the refill. Once a customer has left the restaurant the refill is no longer valid.... I just want to say,if u are having the policy show it.. so that all consumer can get to know. So if u are going during morning time make sure u wear nice western clothes,so that they will not judge u..

I had ordered Hot chocolate. The consistency was very flowy. Also it wasn't as tasty as expected to be. The had just added chocolate syrup. The AC in the inner section was not working.

There were a lot of servers and equally a lot of customers. Managed to find. Cozy spot pretty quickly. Ordered via self order counter. It was quick and easy. This place has the freshest and crispiest of the fries of all the mc donalds i have visited. It was also appropriately fried. The burger was averagely made. Order serving time was a tad more due to a lot of customers. I recommend using self order portal using coupons from mc donalds app.

Worst experience as the billing counter person had add some other food into my bill. I am veg n order brought for non veg Berger. They they took my half order stating it was wrongly delivered. Apart from this the fries are black in the corner after information probably then they said sorry n replace. Over all bad experience at all…. Add Orion mall Panvel ground floor 😒

It was a very pathetic experience, The food was not good, I asked the store person about the burger and they added some Jalapeno And onion but no sauce in that the taste was not good.

McDonald’s is already famous for it wide range and affordable menu, it’s always good deal to buy combo offers as u get good savings. They are allowing dine ins till 9.30pm and take away service after that. Good hygiene is what they follow and clean ambience is always attractive. They also have a self help menu option where u can order n pay urself without reaching the counter, in that way u don’t have to stand in long queue

A great change has taken place in MacDonald outlets. Giving of tokens and table service is introduced also self ordering kiosk is also placed in order to avoid long queue at counters. Too crowded during weekends no place to sit which makes people a bit fuzzy.

This McDonald's is great overall good experience the space is little small but gets the job done bit costly but anyways its Mc'd SO yeah the service can be improved lot of delay in serving and conjested delivery timming UPI , Cards , paytm wallet accepted !

This place is usually crowded and the service is too fast. Parking isn’t a problem here. Even takeaway is not time taking. Washroom is clean and everyone is very friendly.

McDonald's is always a good place to hangout and to have a burgers and fries. I think there is no competition for fries of McDonald's. This time I tried their Cheese Lava burger from Gourmet Burger Collection. The burger is super tasty and delicious. Recommended for burger lovers. Always before placing an order first check out for offers on MacDonald App. They have amazing offers going on their app.

Located on the ground floor of Orion mall panvel, the staff is well trained and is a good spacious property. You can relax and wait for your orders being served at your table.

Loved the digital kiosks for placing the orders. Really speeds up the ordering process. Staff is nice and friendly! The whole space feels a bit cramped up but other than that would highly recommend.

As covid times are on these people have maintained the social distancing norms and sanitization process. Good to see that. The food tastes awesome 😋.

We love visiting McDonald's a lot. Budget friendly place and good quality and tasty food. Tried cheese nuggets and aloo naan for the first time.. I personally loved them. Mcpuff was also good and coke float was amazing as usual. .a mandatory place when visiting orion mall, Panvel.
