I see MANY photos and reviews tjat do not correspond to this place. This is a point for TOURIST INFORMATION 🤠 Since we came there, the woman who was inside guided us in our visit to the city and also to get to the Blue Lagoon. We followed her instructions and honestly I regret nothing. There you can also find some guides to visit the city in different languages and it's good that it's located in the city center, next to shops, restaurants and also not far away from the bus station 👌🏼

There is much more to do in Paphos than what a visit to this tourist information center would lead one to believe. It's not that the staff isn't helpful -- they try to be -- it's that their recommendations tend to overlap what a traveler will find from searching the internet for a few minutes, that is museums, churches and beaches. As at other tourist information centers, here too there is a suggested walking tour through the town; but it is a map on the wall with no corresponding brochure, so one must take a photo of it with their phone. There is a free folding map and other brochures.

There is a 'free' weekly guided tour. The 50% of the tour is about where to do shopping, suggesting you what/where to buy. I prefer culture.

The municipal market is a lovely place with little shops selling most things you can think of. What a great place Ktimi Paphos is. This is the first time here - it won’t be the last!!

Very friendly lady who gave me lots of great advice and suggestions. Maps for country and all cities available for free, plus 2 good booklets, Cyprus 11000 Years of History and Nature Trails around the country. Well worth a visit for newcomers.

The old town ist not the old town anymore. It has been reconstructed. Google map points falsely to the place shown in the photo attached. Disappointing!

Unhelpful and disinterested staff. Disappointing to say the least. If you do not like people why work in a tourist information office.

👍👍 Fantastic local beach. This beach is sooo nice. Great sand, crystal clear and I mean CRYSTAL clear water. Because of the breakwater the sea is really calm here. €7.50 for two sunbeds and an umbrella. Get a beer from the bar or order from the hotel. If you like snorkelling then definitely go here, s...
