I personally store my items here and I absolutely love the cleanliness of this place. My storage is dust free and insect free. The first time I came here, I was given a grand tour to see what size of a unit best fit my needs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Brittany has been the most helpful in getting me a transfer in the size of my unit... The employees truly look out for your best interest!!

I love this place, the staff, the clean setting most of the time, and clean bathrooms. No roaches or creepy animals have been seen on the premises since I first came over 10 years ago.But the prices keep going up. It is too expensive to maintain after being here a considerable period of time. Even moving to a smaller unit can be too high. What I don't like are vendors that have stuff outside their storage all over the place. It makes this nice storage look like a swap meet. Junky. Several people hanging around one storage. Trying to get to the bathroom can be a challenge at times. With people's family members and friends hanging around. Also, I believe when this happens, we unknowingly drive over nails, and screws, and end up with holes in our tires. This has occurred several times to my tires. We may need security at some point(human).

This location is clean and convenient the guy who works there is helpful and sweet, however I do have a complaint, I was told they use special locks so I purchased one only later realizing that I had the same lock from the time i rented once before and asked if I could just refund and return the new lock when I was told no refunds even though they just sold me the exact same thing I had already purchased from them a few years before. In this aspect I feel cheated they got money from me they shouldn't have.

If I ever need a storage unit again I would go back to A-1 Self Storage. Their customer service is excellent, no matter who is in the front office or on the phone. They accommodate their customers to the best of their ability. My friend got another storage elsewhere and we were able to compare prices, accessibility and their service. A-1 won hands down. The hours are very good for those of us that work a 9-5 and you can call to get an extension for that day to have access to your unit. Open 7 days a week too. And on my last month they gave me no hassles and only charged me for the time used. I received great service all the through.

Staff is so friendly, location is clean in a nice area, I feel comfortable knowing my stuff is in a clean and safe location, they also have great and very competitive pricing.

Great experience when i needed help switching to a more affordable storage space Patty ( i think that's her name) really went above and beyond to help me out.

I like the place it's clean and the staff are professional but the one thing I don't like the price keeps rising and rising and rising every couple of months it seems like it goes up and that's bad

First impression was noticing how very clean the property is. I like their locking system for the individual storages. And the customer service couldn't have been better.
