I went to this jewelry store as part of a private sale of jewelry that I had not planned to buy but one of my friends who is getting married soon wanted to take a look at the wedding rings and the less that All we can say is that it was a very bad experience. When it was time to have a drink at the bar, the gentleman didn't take any notice of me or my girlfriend and so we left. We sat down while waiting for places around the wedding ring window to become available, but one of the sellers literally kicked us out while other people were also seated. I clearly think that the staff are committing a racial offense and will never set foot there again.

Following our visit and contrary to negative reviews, we were very well received by the Zeina team at Place des Victoires. The saleswoman, smiling and dynamic, was able to help us in our choices. His expertise and kindness made our purchasing experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend this store for their exceptional customer service and professional staff.

A magical experience!!! Thanks to Jean-Victor who accompanied us and advised us as best as possible. We had a magical time in the store. He immediately understood what we wanted and gave us lots of advice, explanations on wedding rings, different metals and also gave us time to think alone, to discuss with each other without having the feeling of be abandoned (which is a real plus because in other stores the sellers stay in front of you and not a single moment of privacy to exchange with each other and confront us). He also advised us to look at ourselves in the mirror with the wedding rings, which is not easy because seeing you from afar also allows us to understand how you see yourself with them and if you are ready to wear them for life. We felt welcomed and didn't want to leave. Everything is done to make the moment of choice a magical experience!! We picked up our wedding rings yesterday and they are PERFECT. We are delighted with our choice. I highly recommend this brand, you will find a huge choice of quality wedding rings here.
