    It’s an amazing day to be in Paris when you go to this store. It’s a relatively medium to large sized store and is a whole different feel to the other Dior store I visited in May, this store feels very “heavenly”. With decent customer service and wide selection of items, each of the most top notch quality. Rating: 4.7 out of 5, Overall it was definitely the top 3 Dior stores I have been to, but it was considerably crowded when I visited and some items where sold out.

    I received the best service from Manon! She was very detailed in explaining the different bag and jewelry options to me. She speaks perfect English and she’s also very friendly and personable. Be sure to look for Manon if you’re at this St Honore outlet.

    Top class store and beyond beautiful during the festive season and holidays. Classy established, after all it's DIOR Paris!! If you in the area obviously pop in and grab an item or 5. This will of course be a highly recommended visit from me if you into the Dior brand. The building is also stunning.

    Had a lovely afternoon along with my family doing a spot of shopping on our 1st day in Paris! Antoine assisted us all the way and made sure we had a comfortable time shopping! He was very patient and easy going. Thank you for the French words pronunciation mini lesson 🙏🏻 Highly recommend this branch!

    A wonderful experience! What a beautiful store. It’s true you have to line up outside and wait until there is a service/sales representative to meet with inside the store. Our sales associate Anna was delightful both informative and patient. What more can be said? It’s Dior!

    Did not visit the store. Only came here for their Christmas display. The display was so beautiful. This is one of places you have to visit for their holiday displays.

    I always dreamed of visiting a Dior store in Paris for the experience. I have to say I left feeling very deflated. You go to the door and they ask you “what are you looking for today” err I want to have a look around, I don’t have a shopping list. I want to be inspired and purchase what I fancy in the moment and with the experience. Then they check there is enough people to allow you in? (Odd) then you are walked to the stairs and up you go. They speak on their mics to inform staff of your wear abouts but it makes you feel so uncomfortable! You are then greeted again and asked what you are looking for as everyone stares at you on the shop floor.(staff) Judging your every move and outfit. I felt so uncomfortable, I could not wait to leave! So I made my way out of the shop floor back down to the exit and again the staff are watching you leave and on their mic to the people downstairs. So all eyes are on you as you get to the bottom of the stairs. By far a bad experience for me and I did not enjoy it all. Such a shame as I had always had good views on the brand and products but a customer should not be made to feel like this. I understand security must be a key factor but making it so known to your clients and make your customer feel so so uncomfortable they don’t want to touch or shop your store is not a good move.

    In 2017, I purchased my first Chanel bag at the original flagship store in Paris. The SA was sweet and accommodating. She showed me around and offered to take pictures of me on the mirrored staircase. Since then, it has been my dream to bring my daughters for the same experience. My dream was about to come true. We had a family vacation planned for Paris. I tried to make an appointment through Chanel a month in advance. I was told there was nothing available, but we were welcome to walk in. I was so excited for my girls. My daughter saved for a long time for a bag. They looked forward to this day for months. Finally, the day arrived. We walked into the new flagship store, and we were immediately stopped by security and two employees. They wouldn't let us step beyond the rope. We were told rudely that there were no appointments available. My daughter thought the store was pretty and tried to take a picture. Security stopped her and told her no pictures were allowed. We left Chanel very disappointed and disheartened. Chanel left a bad taste in my mouth, and they made bad impressions on my daughters. We walked down to Dior, and we were immediately greeted by friendly associations. Priscila, our Dior sales associate, showed my daughters and I many bags. She talked to my daughters like a friend when they couldn't decide on a bag. She treated us like VIPs. Priscila offered to take pictures of the girls and even gave them suggestions of where to stand. Thanks to Priscila, we each left Dior with a gorgeous bag. The service we received at Dior was day and night compared to Chanel. We are now lifetime Dior customers.

    I love dior but I don’t recommande this boutique. This boutique is far away from its standard. Not professional at all. I reserved a bag that was available in other boutique and they told me that the next day I could have. And for a week they never give me a news or whatsoever and when I had to call back to get the information, it took me 3 days to know what’s going on because nobody can answer me. After repeating 100 times the issue through the phone, they finally texted me that it wasn’t available without any explanation and no excuse. They certainty didn’t care at all if you buy at their shop or not. So I went to other boutique to buy the bag. Printemps dior was much more personal, willing to help until you are satisfied with a nice advise.

    One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had! Upon entering we were greeted in French, however, when I politely asked in English, I was met with "Oh of course! What can we find for you today?" I came looking for a long all weather jacket and I'll admit, the pricing was a bit steeper than I anticipated paying. The Sales Associate, Zoe, was completely understanding and even had one of her male colleagues come out to judge the fit of the jacket on me. I knew the price was too steep so I backed off and she was really sweet and polite about it. Then my fiancé spotted the wallet we had been searching for! Zoe ended up having an appointment so, she passed us off to another associate that was just as helpful! Ended up buying a wallet for myself and a bag for my fiancé because of how welcomed we felt! Thanks Dior for making the end of our Paris trip magical!

    Had such an incredible experience at this Dior. I bought my first Dior bag here and we worked with Omar- he was amazing and SO honest. We loved working with him. He even gifted me a beautiful Dior scarf as a honeymoon gift! I love this brand.

    I had the best experience with Priscila in May 2023. She was kind and nice. She speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese and English, which was awesome since I am from Brazil and speak Portuguese. I felt comfortable trying on the bag I wanted, and another one I plan on buying in the future. There was no queue outside, so I was attended to as soon as I arrived and they offered me something to drink. I had a wonderful time there and I highly recommend that store to anyone. Nice staff. Thank you Priscila!

    J’adore! SA Yun is the best! I was in Paris during PFW and I am so glad I went into Dior Saint-Honoré. Yun helped me with excellent care and service. They also had a great selection of high jewelry as well as RTW. Highly recommend.

    Best shopping experience, instead to wait on queues they invited you inside for a seat and offering refreshment during waiting. Feels more calm compare to Printemps and Galeries Layette . Never feel rushed and the lady who helped me recommend lots of good products without being hard sell. Offered to send my shopping bags to my hotel means so much as it can be hectic to carry bags around in Paris. Will definitely come back to this particular Dior store.

    Bought a beautiful lady Dior bag. I wanted a purple one and the salesman, I think the below, Grigor, sounds correct, brought out a beautiful burgundy one. I was surprised to see a burgundy color since it wasn’t on the site and I asked if it was last season. He said no, it just came in. I bought it and love it. However, I am disappointed that I was lied to bc I looked it up and the color came out in feb 2020. Also, I never got the bag tag, it was taken off and there was no nice envelope for the receipt. If that is store policy to remove the tag and not provide a nice envelope, you sure can learn from Chanel.

    It's was excellent service provided by staff at Dior. There was live performances and magic show too! Not forgetting the drinks, chocolates and macrons provided. What a completed shopping service ! My wife bought a shoe and bag for our wedding anniversary. Maeva service was excellent and very patient to serve us, arranging to bring stock from galeri Lafayette outlet and giving advise to my wife who took many hours till the shop closed to finally decide. Maeva also shared with me the cleaner option for the bags and where to get Dior bottles brinks that are organic. Wishing Maeva and all the staff at Dior all th best ! Merci beaucoup ! We will be back, hopefully soon.

    I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent purchase EC01209412 from Dior. I had ordered two items as Christmas and New Year's gifts for my wife. The Christmas present was received in perfect condition and was greatly appreciated. However, upon receiving the New Year's present, we were disappointed to discover that the item was not in the best condition. Upon trying on the "J'Adior Slingback Ballerina" shoes, my wife noticed that one of them was wider than the other and there were signs on the sole indicating that they had been worn previously. I immediately sent a request to exchange the shoes for the same size and mentioned that they were damaged. However, I received an email stating that the shoes had not been returned in accordance with the company's terms and conditions. I want to assure you that we returned the shoes specifically because they were worn and we asked to exchange them for the same size. We are regular customers of Dior and typically shop at your physical stores in order to avoid issues like this. However, these particular shoes were out of stock in the Prague store and we had to purchase them online. I am disappointed that my present was not in the condition I expected and my wife is also disappointed that she did not receive what she had hoped for. I attempted to reach out to a senior manager to resolve the situation but was not given the help or support I needed. I have spent over an hour on the phone with a Dior ambassador who was not able to help and was promised to send a complaint form but never received it. I would greatly appreciate it if a senior manager could contact me so that we can resolve this situation. I have always been a loyal customer of Dior and I hope that this issue can be resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. I will appreciate your attention to this matter.
