Stayed at this hotel as it was close to a concert we attended at La Seine Musical. Fantastic hotel and great value for money. It has a small kitchen with all the tools needed for a comfortable stay. Swimming pool was clean and very warm/relaxing - they provide slippers and bathrobes. Yes it’s not in the center of Paris but easily accessible by bus/tram. Bedding was thoroughly inspected due to Paris bed bugs pandemic and although there were few marks/scuffs, it was more than clean enough to not raise an issue. Also water goes on bathroom floor so be careful not to slip. Would definitely return to this hotel even if I was visiting Central Paris!!

Pleasant and clean. Pretty good location with a train line directly outside. Shops a short walk to the rear of the hotel.. Bed was comfy. I stayed in an apartment though so there are no bar snacks available so if you arrive late, don't expect anything to eat. The 2 most disappointing things were 1) The gym was terrible. Just a few cardio machines and the treadmill is old and barely working. It's in desperate need of an upgrade and suitable equipment Breakfast wasn't great..Coffee really bad and the selection was limited. What was good about the place was plenty of lifts available making it accessible if you have mobility issues. Corridors are wide and it's a simple square format of a Building Staff very helpful and spoke really good English

We chose this hotel as it was close to the La Seine Musicale. The location was perfect as there is a tram station right outside which takes you to the venue in less than 10mins. There is also a lidl and frankprix in walking distance if you want to buy groceries etc. The staff were friendly especially Richardson! My only gripe was the bed size in the classic studio is small and the shower made the floor wet but it wasnt a major thing. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are spacious and have some simple cooking facilities - very clean and well decorated. It is usually quiet. St Cloud is a lovely part of Paris, elegant and quiet, but a little way away from the main tourist attractions. The staff are very helpful. There is a small swimming pool and gym. Good value (for Paris).

Quite place. Great service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room has all you can need. Though not in the downtown very well connected with public transport Great room with amenities. Very comfortable bed & great bathroom. Quiet & lovely.

Lovely accommodation in a great location for the Rock en Seine festival. The room was beautifully clean and well appointed. My only disappointment was the fact that the air conditioning was out of order, when questioned about this we were advised that the website did not show the hotel as having A/C and therefore we shouldn't expect it - not really the response expected from a quality hotel in this day and age in a major capital city.

Lovely place to stay. Very neat and clean, big size rooms with fridge, electric hob, microwave and other facilities. Kids loved the pool. Staff is very kind and helpful, especially Mehdi and Amine are real gems and an asset for the hotel. Would love to stay there just to meet them again. Our only disappointment was breakfast. Not many options to choose from. Only one member of staff working in kitchen so had to ask multiple times for so many things. Also, the a/c wasn't working in the room. Hope they fix it for future stays.

Last night we stayed at this amazing hotel for the 4th time. Every time we go to Paris, we’re staying in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. The service is perfect! Staff is very kind. Parking is possible at the front door. See you soon!

Probably one of the best place I went to. Everything was perfect and clean . My favorite part was the swimming pool😍.The Room was intelligently and elegantly organized and bigger than what I excepted.For a new hotel the service is excellent.I will surely come back .Thank you

Le + : Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! La chambre était parfaite, propre, fonctionnelle, literie de grande qualité ! Le départ à midi est très confortable ! La piscine est idéale, grande et la température à souhait ! Le - : Cependant, nous avons trouvé que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur des prestations de l'hôtel ! En effet nous aurions aimé avoir un buffet plus varié et plus "frais" : jus d'orange pressé, jus de pomme, fromages plus variés, plus de choix en salé, du vrai lait chaud, de la salade de fruits frais, un joli panier de fruits.... De plus, si je peux me permettre, je ne trouve pas très professionnel de proposer des produits Lidl, encore une fois par rapport au reste des prestations ! La présentation est importante, et celle du buffet pourrait être améliorée en étant plus jolie et attrayante ! Enfin, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de parking peut être embêtant, trouver une place est au petit bonheur la chance!

Je suis venu séjourner dans cette merveilleuse résidence. Un service au top avec un bon respect de la vie privé, le personnel très charmant et l’hôtel plus beau encore que les photos renseigner. Petit bémol au niveau de la communication avec la réservation sur Revolut et concernant la douche qui se trempe facilement. Sinon rien a dire sur le reste, Je sais déjà où je passerai la plupart de mes séjours en France 🇫🇷😄

Really nice hotell. Room is perfect. Good TV, good bed, good bathroom. A lot of space for storage. Great breakfast. The swimming pool is perfect too.

Really comfortable location and friendly welcome for our long weekend in Paris

The hotel met more than our expectations, We arrived at the hotel at 11am, checking is 3pm, we checked in and left our luggage whilst we wondered around the local area, after a light lunch we went back to the hotel and asked to use the facilities, Our room was still in the process of getting ready as it was j my 1pm, they checked with the staff and asked for our room to be ready so we could use the facilities! We were checked in and in the pool by 1pm. The staff are very friendly welcoming and accommodating. We were there to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday, they decorated the room for us with flowers,champagne, chocolate. There were many other requests which they fulfilled with a friendly smile and nothing seemed like a chore. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Thankyou to all the amazing staff x
