After spending 4 and a half years here, here is my opinion which is very negative: Positive : -Well located, close to the city center and right next to a Carrefour. -The two managers are very friendly and can easily help you That'll be it for the positives... Negative points : -The biggest downside is noise pollution. Of the 4 and a half years, I had to spend 1 and a half years in peace. The rest of the time, I had disrespectful neighbors who could party until 2 a.m. (and yet, I was on the top floor with only 2 direct neighbors), people yelling in the hallways, fire alarms. etc etc Don't expect to fall asleep easily after classes or concentrate on your work in this residence. -The insulation of the apartments is CATASTROPHIC. You will be able to hear all conversations in the hallway without any problem. -Parking spaces are extremely narrow. I received several bumps from the bumper which is always nice when you see that in the morning. -The electric meter is directly inside the main room and makes a lot of noise. I had to tape the gaps to reduce the noise a little. -The fridge from another age and barely cooled. -Non-existent internet connection, a WiFi terminal for each floor which is ridiculous (no Ethernet socket in the rooms). Impossible to browse the internet correctly... if we can connect. You absolutely have to get a box to have internet. - The TV beam does not work and the image freezes constantly... In short, if you want to live constantly in noise, this place is for you! Otherwise, run away. And just as I was writing this review, the fire alarm goes off again...

More than limit, exorbitant price, your good times are over, you have the advantage of the situation but that's not all, a lot of accommodation available in the surrounding area for much less expensive, besides despite what you say, not everything is rented and it won't get better, to be fair....

What seemed like a good idea for an ISAT student arriving in Nevers was a huge disappointment. First of all, you can find twice as big for less money. Then, the services described are not there. Laundromat broken down part of the year, elevator broken down, corridors damaged.... Each time nothing is repaired even before confinement. The current manager is absolutely not responsive and is allowing total anarchy to take hold. In short, if you can, avoid or significantly lower the rent.

Positive points: Residence adapted for students, Available, no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. Negative points (and god knows there are many): The residence is very noisy during face-to-face classes. The duty agents, sold as real professionals, are in fact students like you and me, are not trained, and have no skills to intervene if necessary and are therefore generally quite useless. The “included” dryer NEVER works in the laundry, damage sometimes takes several long weeks to be repaired (elevator broken). In short, a lot of promises and a lot of disappointments, for a relatively expensive rent considering the level of service. The accommodations are real thermal sieves, plan a significant heating budget, at least 150 to 200€ per month if you heat at 7!

The residence is large, but several incidents have unfortunately been reported. During my visit, several holes were present in the walls and the corridors were quite dark. The positive points are that a video surveillance system will be put in place, the residence is secured by badge for residents and a fireplace is available at reception.

A wonderful welcome! a very pretty neighbor, I'm delighted. However, I didn't understand why my apartment filled with beer so quickly.

Very noisy residence at night. Management is done with the aim of petty profit, billing for restoration upon exit deducted from the deposit although made cleaner than upon entry. but unprovable because manager not available on the 1st day for inventory, finally done 3 weeks later. Entry at the end of the month with invoicing for the 3 days rented in the current month, which is logical, but no pro rata when leaving on the 22nd because no appointment is possible afterwards for the exit inventory. Parking sold as secure but barrier broken by the same noisy residents never repaired. Poorly insulated significant heating costs.

The residence is practical because it is close to everything. And secure, accepts the procedures for a foreign student. But the 2 star rating is because it takes advantage of young foreign students because they know nothing about France so during the inventory there is no explanation. And in the state of exit zero € reimbursed without valid reason and especially surpluses to pay for so-called late payment of rent never mentioned that there exit. Never during the year. Lots of noise, fire alarm comes on in the middle of the night.

I share Samuel's opinion, the gentleman at reception is very rude and speaks to the students like nothing. On the positive side, the residence is close to everything and there is parking.

Good residence but with a bad gentleman at reception, he is really unpleasant hence I chose to leave the residence...👎
