I was looking for a printer that suited my needs. The seller gave me very good advice and guidance among the different models. I am satisfied with the service of this store where the welcome is pleasant and professional.

Nice staff but not very competent, they have misled us twice for 100% money back offers. First time telling us that if we were not professional with the siret number we cannot benefit from it, and recently no need for an invoice the delivery tracking ticket is sufficient to request a refund whereas no, moreover our click and collect order was incomplete even though all our items were on this ticket. On the other hand, the valley office headquarters is great, responds quickly and adapted on messenger, made a request to Chambray les Tours, however I am still waiting for this famous invoice, still no response.

School purchase for the September 6th year. A disaster.... No price, or incorrect labeling. When we ask a seller for the price, he makes us feel like we are bothering him and accuses the trainees.... An identical item and two different prices?! Look for the error, the identical bar code, I ask the same employee again who this time indicates that customers touch everything and mix the items....looking at me.... Incredible! I continue my purchases and arrive at the surprise checkout, the price of the item labeled twice at 2 different prices does not go to the price that the seller indicated to me! Another “compass” item so as not to mention it is displayed at €15.79, rising to €21.99. The cashier asks me what price I saw it for...I tell him, he goes to check and then he tells me... It's for the price of another compass, it's just a position error of the item... He asks me if I take it, so I ask for a refund. In short, I only noted 2 articles.... I should have done it for all of them because otherwise everything is wrong.

Store with lots of references. The staff is very pleasant. Prices are very competitive (even for printer cartridges). I recommend this store for individuals but also for professionals like me! Looking forward to a next order 😉

I put one star because unfortunately we can't give 0!! The reception is deplorable, to be seen again!!! The woman running the cash register must be more polite to customers and not eat her meal in front while talking to us!! The shelves are poorly arranged And so much more...
