Having come for copies and binding without even having made any comments, an employee reproached us aggressively that our file was not in PDF so it was useless next time to come to Bureau Vallée for this type of work. Fortunately his friendlier colleague intervened and was willing to do this work. Without worrying that this employee is reassured in view of her deplorable welcome from a shopkeeper, I will find somewhere to go elsewhere for the bindings as well as for other supplies. Too bad for the colleagues of this employee who had to work with her, they were very uncomfortable with her attitude. Too bad for me too, I really liked the choice offered by the brand but I won't set foot there again.

Especially if you buy from them, don't make a mistake because don't expect a refund or even a credit. Already a customer of theirs several times, I made a mistake in my last purchase. I went back to return my item and to repurchase office supplies. The saleswoman, after inspecting my book page by page, in all directions, tells me that she cannot take it back because one page is dog-eared. In a contemptuous tone and an aggressive look as soon as I arrived. No worries, I'm not close to 8 euros, but this way of responding and looking down on your customers doesn't work.! Being a businesswoman myself, I think you always have to be welcoming and sometimes make an effort to retain your customers. Too bad for them, I left with the so-called corny book (my children will draw on it) and I did my office purchases for the day elsewhere. I would never set foot there again!!!

I went there to make prints, but I came out with a hell of a bill, double the price displayed on the Bureau Vallée site... For a unit displayed at €0.20 on the site I paid €0.45... So yes, on the site we are told "indicative price" but when we go to more than double, there may be a little abuse. Finally, to the wise, maybe go your own way.
