Comfortable, safe, and elegant! - I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much that I returned for a second time! - The staff is courteous, fluent in English, and accommodating. - You will be surprised by how small the rooms are, but they are really convenient and the beds are pretty comfortable. - There are a variety of vending machines, including one from which you may get room dining (burgers, pizza, and even Chinese food)! -They have absolutely gorgeous common areas! -From the metro station, which is a four-minute walk away, you can reach various destinations, including the Louvre, within twenty minutes. If you are planning a trip to Paris and require a hotel with moderate rates, I recommend this location.

Though at the outlook, it looks very good hotel when you enter into the lobby area, rooms are small. Though everything is there you feel something is missing in the room. No telephone, hair dryer provided. Felt ibis hotels are better even though ibis rooms are smaller. Very courteous staff. Breakfast is excellent. Very nearby to metro & Trams.

Update: After the review below the manager came to talk to us (but we were not at the apartment). He also sent an email asking about the circumstances of the theft. The person at the reception also said that they were sorry and offered one free breakfast, they also mentioned that the manager was looking at the footage and contacting the police (apparently). I then raised my grading because I felt a bit more heard. I was going to give this hotel 5 starts because, even though the room is small and the hotel is actually 2-stars, the service and beds were nice and breakfast descent. However, my mother had her purse stolen during breakfast (inside the hotel) as we turned to get more food. The staff didn’t want to check the security footage which made us upset. They didn’t seen to care that there were people coming inside and robbing their guests. So this made our whole experience very unpleasant and we felt really insecure inside the hotel.

I am very disappointed. I use this hotel company all over the world. Milan, Bergamo, Prague and this was the worst one. In addition, my clothes were stolen during cleaning the room. I did not get back them despite reporting it.

We use B&B when travelling around France, due to their value for money. Only complaint was lack of hot water on 2 mornings. Standard B&B room, minimal, but acceptable at the price. This one is a good combination of easy access to central paris by metro which is about a 10 minute walk away, and cost. Easy access by car from peripherique, which is about 75m away in a cutting. Good value parking under hotel of €15 per day. Local restaurants mainly Asian, (appart from McDonald's, 10 mins walk). Local patisserie and bar/tabac. Would stay here again.

The hotel and the rooms are ok for the price you pay (if you get a deal and not pay the full price). The front office is a disaster. We arrived around 13.00 ( the check in is after 14.00) and we asked if the room is ready. They said in 40 min. After 40 min we went at the reception and they gave us another 20min. After the other 20 min, we did the check in and when we entered the room, the room wasn't cleaned at all. We go back to the reception and they give us another room. We go to the room and we had to wait around 10min cause there was a lady cleaning it. After a few days, in the morning, we asked for some towels at the reception (cause we had no cleaning service) and they said they will deliver them in the room. In the afternoon when we got back, in the room we had no new towels. We go back at the reception and ask again. This way we finally got the towels. I don't know but there is something wrong regarding the staff communication in the hotel.

Pros: It is a good hotel for the price. Very good location. Very close to metro and tram. You can reach anywhere you want with 1 transfer at most. Our room was clean. Cons: Although we booked a superior room, the room was very small. I didn't find it right that they asked for my card number for the deposit. Finally, the vending machine didn't give me my product even though I paid for it. They did not help me with this. They said it was not our vending machine, contact the company.

Very bad experience! The room is super small, if we open the window, we can hear everything outside super noisy, if we close the window, then the room is just stifling! The receptionist was only capable of giving no fatured black taxi service with super high price. Everything was with additional cost even the concierge.. will definetetly not recommanded and will never ever go back again.

    1. I stayed in room 432 for three nights. The first night, the narrow walking lane between the window and the bed was full of dust accumulation. When I needed to open the window, I stepped on these dusts...After the second day (it had been cleaned when I was out), the dust was still there.... 2. Wifi was not stable. I have to log in and fill out my personal information again and again (like every 60 minutes) to retrieve access to free wifi... 3. the hotel does not take care of their customers' luggage when they arrive earlier at the hotel before the check-in time or check out earlier on the last day of their stay. I spent >6 euros for a minimum-size locker inside the hotel.

B&B has other hotels which are better but was not satisfied with the Paris Italie Porte de Choisy. It's like budget airline where you only get the room but you have to pay for cleaning, pay for luggage storage and the B&B loyalty breakfast voucher doesn't work for 2nd booking, I had to write and wait for the damn voucher to arrive which turns out doesn't cover for the room but only for a person. Final words, if you're absolutely skint or just want a place to stay, you can go for this. If you're planning for comfort and don't mind paying a little extra, go for better ones that's close to city center or other B&B hotels.

Please stay away from this scam. Their service is absolutely horrible. The reasons are as follows: 1. They ask to pay for the stay as soon as you arrive, which is very suspicious. 2.They are very non-responsive. I had to leave the hotel due to a family emergency and my refund has still not been made to me, its been a month. 3. Their staff does not speak english and feels like they are not really there to help you.

DO NOT STAY HERE. It may seem like it's worth staying here to save a few euros but it was terrible. Bad location because it was so far from the city center. Service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Their system was down and so they had no online info about who was staying in what rooms and when.

It was our second time at this hotel. It’s budget hotel with good services, for me it’s worth the money. There is a parking underground, it’s convenient and safe for us. It’s located at the district 13 which well known as an asian community. There’re plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Convenient to get a transportation tram and metro. 2 complaints though. We got the room near the ladder which was a bit noisy at night you would listen the water pipe all night, not so loud but can be disturbing. Also when we called the reception to ask about the check out time. The guy was a bit rude on the phone, I mean speaking without politeness. Overall we like to stay there, next time in Paris would choose this place again for many reasons. Hope they will improve their services a little bit too. Thanks

🏆 Worst human service ever, humiliating experience. My boyfriend paid a 2 person room for almost 400 euro for 4 nights and what do i get? CHEAP PRISON-LIKE SERVICES! Long story short, we paid for 3 days and at the end of our stay we choose to reserve 1 more day, so we got NEW receipt with new door ACCESS CODE for the last day. My boyfriend left the hotel for work at 7am and i left the room at 10am. Unfortunately, i forgot to take this new receipt📃 inside the hotel room which has the new door access code on it. It was my fault! so i asked the front desk for HELP to retrieve the new code and access my room. I ask very nicely but he responded carelessly, with a very DEGRADING VOICE tone; "well just bring your boyfriend who paid the hotel here to unlock the door". I explained that my boyfriend is at work and really can't come back to the hotel before 10pm, i won't wait 12 hours outside for a room we've paid💸 so i asked him again, and again, KINDLY for another solution which is to take the 📱PHONE call in my hand and let my boyfriend CONFIRM him all of his IDENTITY number to retrieve the new code. He said NO again and responded ; "yes your boyfriend also don't have the paper now? so you both will be locked out then haha no no i won't take that call you go talk alone to your boyfriend" ..... I was like....okay? i feel insulted for the first time in my life! bravo for the client service👏 I was so desperate but still i face it calmly and ask politely for 10 minutes despite his degrading and inconsiderate answers! what do i get in return? NOT EVEN a small effort to cooperate and help! At least propose me another way to get back the access code! not just a "no". So out of desperation of course...   I CRY! because i don't where should I stay until night. He keep saying "no no no" without proposing any optional solution. so i cry loudly (not proud of it) and GUESS WHAT? THE GUY LOOKED SURPRISED AND FINALLY PICK THE PHONE CALL FROM MY HAND!😱 and after just 60 SECONDS of exchanging identity number with my boyfriend he HAND ME THE NEW CODE! So it's actually possible! 😲😲 funny to see how the guy finally take the call from my hand FASTLY when i started to cry in front of the other clients! BUT I GET IT! I SHOULD BE DESPERATE AND CRY LIKE A HYSTERICAL KID IN FRONT OF OTHER CLIENTS TO GET B&B HOTEL BASIC CLIENT SERVICE! Understood. Well, that's the least you can do to protect your business. Hide away the angry client in front of the desk asap. I'm studying law in university, if they said it's for "security" reason they could've been at least COOPERATIVE and not just say "no". propose solutions! don't just say no and laugh! Even if you forgot your house key your landlord will always help and if you forgot your account password there is always "forgot password" option. I never had this kind of experience before, never cried out of desperation in public before, my weekend is RUINED thanks to B&B HOTEL Paris Italie Porte de Choisy 😍. I won't stop sharing this bad experiences to other travelers as much as i can, until I got a peaceful recourse from the staffs. ------- bonus! -When we first come in the heater was set up at 35 degree. so we had trouble sleeping before finding out the heater problem. -The smell inside the room is horrible, i got the same smell when visiting old houses that haven't been cleaned properly with cleaning products. -The sound isolation is bad, how can i sleep with loud construction sound on the left and a family with 3 crying kids next to my room ? -Housekeeper will pass 3 times a day just to ask if the cleaning is done, there is no "do not disturb sign" for the door. It's not pratical. I can't open the door everytime when i'm working inside. -the bed cover has suspicious 2 large wet spot on the edge after the room has been cleaned.

The rooms are small but we only slept there mostly. The breakfast is good but with a bigger variety to pick from they would of upgraded the rating.

  • 5/5 Leonard Costel F. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel is located near metro, tram and the bus with the connections to the center of town. However, it is necessary to improve the breakfast (each days were the same dishes), missed the vegetables for example.

  • 3/5 Giacomo Z. 1 year ago on Google
We had mixed opinions: The hotel is clean, you have to wait a long time for the elevators and they are small, the beds are good, the room and the bathroom are also clean, but the room is small, basically two suitcases hardly fit next to the double bed. The breakfast is plentiful, but the vegetables were really lacking, some tomatoes, cucumbers or peppers, the scrambled eggs were very bad. I wanted to book for two adults and three children, but they took the three-bed room before me, so there are only two two-bed rooms left. I asked the hotel if my 3 sons could sleep together on the double bed, they fit between 10-15, 40 kilo pieces. They wrote back fine. We arrived, the check-in time was 1 hour, we had to pay in advance, we paid for the rooms and breakfast in advance. It was a problem every morning that the two rooms are for 4 people, so where is the breakfast paid for the 5th person. It turned out that they didn't charge, then we paid again for one of the children, then the next day it started all over again, they didn't understand the paper they gave themselves, and then we had to call the receptionist who explained it. And this went on for another 3 days, each time the breakfast was served by someone else who always had to explain the system. When we left, they said that we still owed two more breakfasts because we didn't pay, but we just waved and left without paying for breakfast again at the breakfast hotel. The subway is nearby, but you have to take the subway a lot to get to the various attractions, we must have spent 2-3 hours a day in the subway, which is horribly crowded and dirty and doesn't run often. Basically, it's not a bad hotel, but it's worth looking closer to the center, and you can find it at this price, so it's not that cheap. Instead of taking the subway a lot, you can save time and money, which allows you to run anywhere for breakfast.

We stayed here over the weekend with my family, 2 nights. This would be my last choice of hotel when visiting Paris again. I stayed at a B&B in Bergamo Milan and was impressed which influenced me to book this stay. The rooms are small which is fine, the beds are also okay. What disappointed me the most was the lack of phone in the room, in case you need anything you need to go down to the front desk and ask them. The toilet has an open dustbin without garbage bags so in case you dispose something in there its going to make your entire bathroom and eventually your room smell. After our first night we asked the front desk to get us a garbage bag which they said the housekeeping staff will keep in our room and we left for the day, when we came back at night there wasn't a garbage bag in the room. I did not have the strength to go down 6 floors to the front desk to ask them about it again, we were staying with our 2 year old kid so the diaper disposal situation was bad. The WiFi isn't also very good. I would still appreciate a person on the front desk who helped us with a lot of info about the neighborhood grocery stores, he was very professional and courteous. Probably not staying here again, not value for money (not the cheapest as well)

  • 4/5 Niklas B. 11 months ago on Google
Good value for money if you book in advance (we paid about €100/night) and especially if you're travelling by car (€15/night for parking, and the hotel is located by the Paris ring road, so no need to cope with the traffic). The metro takes you wherever you need in about 25-40 minutes until around midnight, depending on your destination. Some supermarkets and bakeries around, not many dining options though. The rooms are pretty standard, with no decorations whatsoever, but fairly clean with good housekeeping. Nothing for a romantic getaway, but gets the job done if you just need a place to sleep!

  • 1/5 IVAN G. 11 months ago on Google
Apart from being way overpriced for the miserable room you will get you will also get scammed as a bonus. Checking in we asked the receptionist if they could prebook a TAXI for the early morning to the airport. Without telling us he took the liberty to book a friendly transfer company that turns out is charging double than a normal taxi. You will be taken advantage of at any time as you are a tourist

Hotel is good Room is good. Size is medium. View was nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was cleaned everyday. Big relaxation for me. Wifi was not working as suggested by Manager. I have register every hour with my mobile Number and email id. There was no option to get hot water after breakfast hour. I went there with my kid and I needed hot milk before sleep for him. I can bring the milk but there was no option to warm it. They have a microwave but there is no vessel. You can only fill thermal bottle from coffee machine during breakfast hour. I had noodles to prepare but there was no boiler to warm the water. Everything is available only during breakfast hours from 6:00 to 10:00 I had to cut cake to celebrate my kids birthday. Hotel was not able to provide a cutlery knife. At last my wife insisted at reception they they have provide a knife. Cutleries are just small thing and should be made available by hotel everytime.

  • 4/5 Reuben T. 11 months ago on Google
Small rooms, and even smaller bathroom, but that probably is what to expect in Paris. There wasn't flexibility in check in time 3pm or you pay extra even for an hour earlier. A little far from the main attractions but for the price was worth it.

  • 1/5 vishal j. 10 months ago on Google
To say that this is a terrible hotel is an understatement. The rooms were extremely small. We had booked the double room and if you have more than 2 suitcases, good luck trying to have any space to even walk. Service was horrendous. I came with my wife and small baby and when trying to feed the baby we had requested cutlery. We were ok with plastic or disposable cutlery - they started charging for cutlery. I don't mind paying for cutlery but when you're trying to treat every interaction as another profit opportunity then we have some major issues. Another time, I simply started my conversation with "Sir do you know where you keep your fork and spoon". The man had demanded I greet him with good morning. I was not rude in my tone yet this man thought he was a 4 star general and I had just joined military school. Location - was fine. It is well connected to the metro and reaching city center shouldn't be a problem. Safe to say, I'll be thinking 2x or even 3x before booking at this hote.

  • 5/5 Valentina De G. 8 months ago on Google
I think this hotel deserves a better rate. Overall, we paid 92 euro/night for 3 nights (80 euro rate + 6 euro tax de séjour + 16 euro for the backpack storage the day of arrival and departure). For this price, in Paris, you cannot ask for more. The location is perfect, not too far from Orly airport, we could Uber there for 20 euro, and very close to the metro station line 7, which gets you to the most tourist attractions in 20/30 mins. Rooms are comfortable, silent, beds are perfect, everything is new and clean. Maybe the people at the reception could be a bit nicer when you check in, it may increase the review rate. I also think they should make those additional costs for the bag storage clear in the description

  • 1/5 Bi T. 9 months ago on Google
The hotel is close to the metro, as well as China Town which provides many affordable food options. Otherwise, there‘s not much to recommend. Rooms are small and walls are thin, only one towel for two people and the reception was more interested in talking to each other than helping us. Breakfast is overpriced, especially considering the fact you get microwaved eggs made of powder. There are better options for a lesser price nearby/closer to the city center.

  • 5/5 Julian N. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel was very clean and the connection to the metro system of paris was given. We could reach some of the main attractions in about 25 minutes. The breakfast was minimalistic but ok for the price. Although our room was directly headed to the street and the nearby motorway it was not too loud because of the doubled windows. It was a good stay for the price.

  • 5/5 Puscas M. 2 years ago on Google
Nice hotel with good services. Is found in a quiet zone. The breakfast is very good and has plenty of choices. You can ask for a coffee or cappuccino, it will be served without any problems.

  • 2/5 Alexander W. 2 years ago on Google
So, there are way more cons than pros! And We are a young couple, that is satisfied easily Pros: -cheap -room is fine -close to the metro station -there is a nice bakery nearby Cons: -they don’t even try to speak anything than French with you (none of the employees) -the receptionists was super unfriendly (some young, brunette girl) -I had a double folded blanket and it was to hot in the room. When I asked for a thinner blanket, they just sad no -within a stay of 4 night, they haven’t cleaned my room even ONCE (even though I asked for it) -there was a tiny cockroach in the bin in the bathroom after the second day -they did not even check our identities or anything, they just wanted us to pay while checking in and that’s it They will probably not even understand this review, since they don’t even try to understand foreigners! Never again

  • 4/5 sahilms 2 years ago on Google
For the price this place is great. Room was clean and the building experience felt modern. It is also right next to the metro so you can travel across Paris pretty easily. There is good asian food on the street across, open till about 9-10 pm. Cons the room is a little on the smaller side, there wasn't much moving space, and the room has no amenities aside from soap. At this price it's hard to argue but teapot would have been nice. My biggest gripe is that the Chromecast didn't work, it would have made this room 5 star for the price.

  • 4/5 J T. 2 years ago on Google
We stayed at this hotel for many times and we were always satisfied. This time we just payed 30 Euro for a double bed room for each night, that's why we are still satisfied. But our complaints are :1. The shower drain was clogged, 2. We were given folded double bed duvet for each single bed, so it was very heavy and much too warm, after my complain I got only one duvet exchanged, because there were no more 3. Breakfast was served by using disposable cups and cutlery

  • 5/5 bahareh h. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel was too clean but it would be better if we had a microwave and a refrigerator in our room. As we are foreigners it was difficult for us to cope up with French dishes and we would like to buy some ready-made dishes which is match with our taste but we needed microwave and refrigerator for that. Anyway, totally we are satisfied by your hotel. Everything was perfect.

We have had a very nice stay at B&B Hotel in Paris. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was very tasty as well, it had everything - salty as well as sweet options. The overall experience was really good - with very nice interior and close proximity to a various stops of the public transport (tram, metro,...). I'd recommend the B&B Hotels chain to anyone.

  • 4/5 Daniel 2 years ago on Google
I had a great time at the hotel, the room and the bathroom were clean and the housekeeper comes daily and changes the sheets and makes the bed. The hotel is really close to the metro station and there are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast is really good, not so diverse but delicious (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, croissant, apples, juice, tea, coffee etc.). One thing worth mentioning is that they don't provide hand soap, only shower gel/shampoo, so I had to buy some soap from Carrefour. Overall I can say it was a nice accommodation but bear in mind that the subway ride up to the city center will take somewhere around 20 - 30 min.

Was ok. Service was nice. The rooms and the showers were partially shabby. In our first room the door and the wall had a hole & the pillows had hairs and stains on it. The bathroom is very small, but I wouldn't shower there. We asked for another blanked and they gave us one without a case/cover. It also had stains. The vending machines were very nice and helpful, always fully stocked

The Hotel was expensive for a two stars, but it was also during Paris Moor Show. Overall excellent option for a two star hotel: - Rooms are small, but very clean and well maintained - Staff was spontaneously very friendly and helpful - Breakfast was not as fancy as in 4 star hotels, but excellent given the low price

The views from the window it was the neighborhood roofing, all mess and dirty. We had our car in the parking and we paid the extra to be able to pick up at 6 pm. We were requested to pay with cash and we didn't get any justificative as we paid. Another thing, I forgot in the room a cosmetic product. I remember where I left it, and open a ticket to contact them as it's impossible through the phone. No answer given so far. My relative living there, passed by to ask, and it seems the cleaning ladies didn't report anything. I'll only say for the one who put it her pocket, I hope you enjoy it and karma comes to you! Really disappointed

Hotel location was very convenient, since I could take the main metro to the center of Paris. It’s a 5 min walk from the hotel. Staff were friendly. The check- in time should be sooner in the day or just be a 24hr thing since there’s always somebody at the desk. The bathroom- the sink had plumbing issues. It did not want to drain at all. I was dissatisfied with that and the fact that some of the charger outlets didn’t work in the room. Adding a mini fridge would be convenient. Room was peaceful and the bed was clean. Cleaning should just be a service by default. There’s room for improvement.

The hotel is 5 minutes by foot from the metro station. Asked for a twin room, firstly got the wrong one but the hotel stuff fixed it quickly! Room is a bit small for 2 people but it's clean, beds are comfortable and it's not noisy at all. Breakfast was pretty good! Eggs, cereals, sausages/beacon, pastries etc.

This hotel is very basic but this is reflected by the price, cheap and cheerful. The location is great, only a few meters away from he tram line and and about a 10 walk to the metro which bring you to the city center within 20 minutes or so. We booked a 3 night stay in a double room but was given a twin room which is not ideal when you are in the city of love, 1 pillow is provided per person, no bin in room only small bin in bathroom. Rooms are not provided with a hair dryer but you can ask for one at the reception desk but have to hand over your ID as security for its return. Bathroom shower is fantastic, you are provided with shower/hair wash, this is the only toiletry you receive. The TV shows only French programs but you are in France after all. Trying to connect the Chromecast is a nightmare as there are no instructions and with the rubbish wifi dropping out all the time it constantly disconnects. After my visit through I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to those on a budget.

I was not sure why I received a text IN FRENCH ONLY just 2 hours before my arrival stating they had problems with my card verification and if there is no card there is no room.... Nobody wants to hear this arriving to a foreign country at last minute before their arrival to the hotel. Especially for NO reason whatsoever, the card was the same which i use for everything and never had any issues with it. 2calls later turned out there was no issue...so not sure why making us anxious. Room is basic.. bathroom is even less than that Location is good, near to metro and tram

I have great experience staying here. Surely, I will stay here again next time I come to Paris. My room was being cleaned everyday. The staffs are helpful, the breakfast staffs are friendly and hilarious. They have vending machine for snacks, toiletries, charger, etc. The location is only 5 minutes walking by Metro Station (Metro 7). The hotel also surrounded mostly by Asian restaurants.

  • 5/5 Mihail S. 1 year ago on Google
Our stay was superb, close to the metro and shops. Rooms were clean but no fridge. The breakfast was somewhat good, the eggs they offered were a bit odd and there were mostly croissants. They could have added some salami and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers! Overall I recommend this hotel.

Reception was great just need to have more smile face to greet new customer, I know she is tired and me too. Room was ok, shower have a few man hair on the wall, heater work well. I really enjoy my style. If you don't want the cleaning service clean your room just put a notes with french language like I do, it works. Near with metro, only 5 minutes walk. Thank you!

Basic hotel, with really small rooms, and quite good breakfast (very few vegan options) and not good coffee 😬. Reception staff is nice and helpful (they fixed our broken shower asking). The Wi-Fi service is very poor at 1st floor, but good at 5th floor. (You must have your own mobile data to survive at 1st floor) We stayed 3+2 nights (Sept - Nov) . The daily room service and cleaning is extraordinary! Staff must be appreciated! The metro is close and city centre easily reachable.
