The
process
is
that
you
pay
a
booking
fee
of
150€
to
get
access
to
the
application
portal
and
only
then
you
are
able
to
submit
a
file
to
book
a
room.
I
started
the
process
in
mid-January.
They
replied
instantly
till
they
needed
me
to
pay
a
booking
fee
and
complete
my
file
and
after
I
was
done
submitting
my
file,
they
ghosted
me
till
today.
The
only
two
times
they
picked
up
my
call,
the
manager
lied
to
me
by
assuring
me
that
my
files
are
good
and
promising
a
contract
in
2
days
and
then
rejected
my
file
after
a
week
or
so
mentioning
that
my
files
aren't
good.
So
you
lied
that
you
have
reviewed
the
files
and
they
are
good?
You
lied
that
I
will
receive
a
contract
in
two
days?
They
never
responded
to
me
and
made
me
waste
a
lot
of
time
and
money
on
international
calls
with
mental
stress
even
though
I
informed
them
that
I
had
exams.
The
last
time
I
called,
I
got
to
know
that
Palladium's
number
now
belongs
to
some
other
residence.
This
morning,
finally,
I
get
an
email
out
of
the
blue
and
find
out
that
the
manager
has
changed.
He
asked
me
if
I
am
'always
interested
in
a
room
for
my
mentioned
period'
but
I
guess
it's
very
obvious
that
I
will
not
be
always
interested
if
you
exceed
my
time
to
move
in.
Did
they
want
me
to
wait
till
the
last
day
and
rely
on
them
only
and
risk
staying
at
a
station
in
case
of
no
response?
Would
you
accept
a
room
if
you
were
supposed
to
arrive
on
the
21st
of
February
and
are
offered
a
room
on
the
21st
of
March?
:D
I
have
asked
them
to
refund
my
booking
fee
as
the
policy
mentions:
-
Response
in
5
working
days
(never
happened,
I
only
received
a
rejection
and
nothing
afterward)
-
Refund
in
case
the
file
is
not
validated
(true,
my
files
are
still
awaiting
validation
for
almost/more
than
2
months
now)
Be
careful
if
you
choose
to
go
ahead
with
them.
I
suggest
doing
this
only
if
you
are
in
France
so
you
can
pay
a
visit
in
case
of
no
response
and
make
local
calls
not
costing
you
extra
charges.
P.S.
I
asked
them
for
some
changes
on
my
file
which
they
never
bothered
updating
on
the
forum.
