The gym is very well equipped and has a good ambience. It's exactly behind the main bus stop so for those who use bus for commuting,it's location make it little convenient I am from India and in my country there would always be several gym trainers who would help u out in workout (by giving support while lifting weights, especially to those who are new and don't have a hitting partner) ..this facility is not there so I personally find it a little bit difficult to workout. The receptionists are not that helpful (maybe it's becoz they don't speak English that much) And it's somewhat expensive considering the facilities which are available..no steal bath available..the weighing machine is also not working. So overall I'm little disappointed with this particular Fitness park. I have visited the other branches and those were my h better than this one.
