One of the best museums I've been to! It's small but they managed to make it interesting and interactive. You can see the actual working place (lab) and office of Marie Curie and learn about the Curie family's work and history with many fun facts. The hologram display with comics was a nice touch as well. It was an honour to be here visiting the working place of several great scientists who sacrificed their lives for advancement in the science of radioactivity. The museum is free and I respect that.

The main reason to visit Paris was to go to the Curie Mueum. It is all our 9 year daughter can talk about. She wants to be a scientist just like Marie. Although the museum is small it was perfect for her. She was overwhelmed to see Marie's real life laboratory and office and all the equipment that she used. A lovely lady from the desk came over to explain some information. But she ended up getting schooled by our daughter. At which point the lovely lady said she knew enough and could get a job in the museum. After purchasing some items from the shop the lady gave our daughter a photo of Marie and it was signed, explaing it is only for VIP guests. It will be very hard to ever top this experience. Thank you for everything.

For anyone who is a bit of a science nerd or history buff, this is a small gem to visit. This cozy space is where legendary experiments took place by brilliant minds. It's a quick self paced tour on an active campus. Bathrooms available too. Free to enter, but check the times it's open! It's only open in the afternoon certain days.

A little museum, but with lots of information. It doesn't just tell the life of the physicist, Marie Curie, but also about radiation , how it was discovered and what happened afterwards in commercial and public use. The tiny museum has three rooms, one larger hall with the history of radiation, and two other rooms: Marie Curie's private office and her laboratory. You can only see those from the doorstep. There is an interactive timeline where you can learn about her life, her husband's and children's, which was pretty neat. At the end, you can walk to the inside garden and see the statue of the two great physicists. The best part of it? It's all free!

Excellent !! Museum is small, yet enough to highlight all the history behind discovering radium, measuring radioactivity and the start of medical applications in the use of radioactive sources by Madame Curie and her family. Its rich of information, graphs, and historical items used by her and her family. Museum is free to enter, and you can donate in the box of donation just near the entrance. I believe donations will be used to fund more research and projects. The museum has both french and english language descriptions and information. One thing I wanted to see more in the museum is the biological effects of radiation that affected Marie Curie Life.

Although this museum is small, it’s full of information. All the descriptions are available in French and English. The coolest parts are Marie Curie’s laboratory and office. What’s more, the entrance is free, and the staff were helpful.

YES! A must for any science enthusiast. Small, free, well curated museum demonstrating the life and accomplishments of Mme. Curie and her lab. Recreation of her office and small lab (decontaminated of course, ha). On 35 entrants at a time. Check times and when special talks are provided. Toilets available. Small store inside with Curie items & books.

Nice, albeit small, museum in the house of Marie Curie in new town. Interesting information and artefacts from her past. Would have only be improved with more in depth information on items rather than just a caption (but good to see it also in English)

Very nice small museum that is free to enter with no wait, worth stopping by if you're in the region or if you're a science enthusiast. Doesn't take more than 30min to 1h to visit depending on your interest

What a fantastic museum. Its quite small but packed full of amazing exhibits about the lives of the Curie family. It has an interactive timeline which helps to contextualise the dates. The staff are very helpful and for us they took our bag to keep to the side so we could enjoy the museum without carrying a heavy backpack around.

This is a very small museum devoted to Madam Curie and I would recommend a visit if you are a science buff. It will need probably less than a hour to visit. It is right around the corner from the Pantheon. Go to Pantheon then take a 5 minutes walk to Curie Musee. But remember the hours here are limited. They are only open Wed-Sun, from 13:00-17:00, closed on Holidays and the whole month of August. It is a Free museum. It represents a slice of history of science. The whole has been decontaminated from radioactive stuff, so no worries there.

Small free museum based in Marie Curie’s former office and lab. Worth the detour to learn about this historic woman before or after you visit the Parthenon.

Pierre and Md. Curie were my heroes as young boy. Their work inspired me to become interested in chemistry. This museum is an appropriate way to honour them.

Highly recommend visiting this free museum. Tucked away on what feels like a side street near the Pantheon and Sorbonne, the museum is in Marie Curie's old lab. Information boards provide a good overview of Marie Curie, her work and her daughter's work. Limited number of people allowed in at once, but only had to wait a few minutes. Unisex toilet available too.

Interesting little museum, and a chance to view THE Madam Curie's office and lab. A short distance from the Pantheon and the Sorbonne.

Super tiny museum which won’t take too much of your time, but I’m still convinced you’ll like it if you’re interested in history. A huge bonus is seeing authentic Marie Curie’s lab :)

This place is a wonderful little glimpse into the story of Marie Curie and her family's work with Radium, and the pioneering early days of cancer research and treatment. This isn't the ultimate dissertation on the life and works of Marie Curie; you'll probably learn as many facts reading a few websites as they have in their displays here. However, you'll never get a first hand view of Marie Curie's office and lab that way, and some of the equipment they used (and even invented) for their research and experiments. It's only open a few hours a day for a few days of the week, but this little gem is well worth a visit if you happen to be visiting Paris, or if you live there (I know how easy it is to take the gems on your own doorstep for granted!)

Found this museum to be a disappointment. Extremely small and surprisingly crowded on the Sunday we were there. They were limiting access for new visitors until some existing visitors left. Entrance free on all open days. As a chemist, I was hoping for a really interesting journey here but left disappointed. We did take advantage of the reasonably clean toilets, which also had a waiting line.

A rather small museum, but very interesting (and the entrance is free). The staff is very friendly, eager to help and provide information. The Curie's family is incredible, I loved to see where they worked and got to know a little more about their history. :)

It is a very small museum but people get to see such simple laboratory that makes groundbreaking discoveries 100 years ago. Great place to educate kids as well. Madame Curie's handwriting was very elegant.

Small but very well done. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on their topic, and held the interest of our children. The museum retains enough of the original building to give a sense of how it was back then. Well worth a visit if you're interested in science.

It's interesting, lots about Radium and cancer treatments. If you like science or just want to appreciate a great lady. It's also free. Check hours though

Madam Curie's house and her used things are kept here. But the best part is its reception. The lady at the reception desk is so welcoming and helpful that added a new level of this museum.

Very good place for people who admire the works done by Marie & Pierre Curie. Books, postal cards and wrist bands with florescence available in this museum. Free entrance but need to book slot online. Otherwise need to wait outside for any cancellation.

After visiting the Curie Museum in Warsaw, this museum was a letdown. I expected to see her entire lab reproduced with period labware and technologies but only got to see a small section of some nondescript lab and a handful of glass cases containing some equipment. I guess the institute needed her lab space more than the museum did!

A small, but informative museum dedicated to Marie Curie - The first women to win a Nobel Peace Prize. Known for her pioneering work in radioactivity. She also proved the health effects of radium.
