A more than lamentable welcome which amounts to total dehumanization. For doctors, it all depends on the person who sees you. But regarding the switchboard operators, they have no respect for the people they “welcome”. This center is a shame, like the dilapidated premises it offers. We have to come an hour before the openings, standing in front of the door in the hope of being received. To end up being very unwelcome. Which obviously creates tensions between patients. For my part, I chose quality. This is why I will never set foot in this shoddy center again. I still prefer to pay more and be better received, because here the free provision of certain treatments has a price: being received unworthily.

For a cold or a stomach illness it's fine, but the doctors are really incompetent for things a little more serious. I have been seeing a general practitioner for several months for a very suspicious stomach lump which is horribly painful. I had to leave class with unbearable pain because a sick leave was, according to the doctor, unjustified, before sending me home to take some spasfon. All I had to do was make an appointment with a real doctor for them to operate on me in September because of the lump which seems to be in fact a tumor... TO AWAY!!
