5 ans passés dans cette résidence et pas le moindre problème! Mention spécial au gérant, très agréable et qui est toujours disponible si vous avez le moindre souci/la moindre question!

J'habite dans cette résidence depuis 2021. Le quartier est calm. La gestionnaire de la résidence est sympa est responsable.

“The room was totally inhabitable, strong sewage smell, dirty carpets, rusted shower heads, cigarette butts on the hall way.” Stay far away from this company and its management. They are inhuman, unprofessional, their apartments are super dirty. I have attached pictures to my experience at the end of this story. I and my wife checked out their apartment Student Residence Studea Asnieres, from the online pictures it seemed promising (We don’t live in France so there is no way to physically see the apartment). The room was on a very attractive offer, we ended up falling into their trap. We paid off for the apartment even 10days ahead of our arrival date. We eventually took our flights to France and arrived at the apartment. The room was presented to us by a man at his mid 40s. The condition of the room (studio Apartment) was totally different from the online pictures. The lobby smells horribly and when we went into the apartment the carpets were too dirty, the toilet has a very strong smell from sewage leaks which you could physically see from the epoxy floor, dirty walls with water marks (He handed over a dirty and smelly room to us). We ended up renting a hotel apartment for the night. We followed up with them and informed the management about the condition of the place. Their only suggestion was to transfer us to another apartment in a different city. We checked on the new apartment review online, it was even worse. At that moment we requested for cancelation, handed back the keys as we never used the room. The next day, they emailed us that we are going to pay for another one month. Remember, we never used this apartment, we already paid for one month and arrived 10 days inside the one month. Who on earth would be this heartless and inhuman !!!?? Lastly, they attempted to pull the money from my wife’s account without her approvals. Luckily for us we intercepted the transaction before it happened. In conclusion, I will advise everyone to stay far away from their apartments, especially this Student Residence Studea Asnieres. They are just inhuman and super selfish, lies and very unprofessional. Their apartments are dirty and inhabitable.

I lived in this residence for 4 months. It is ideal for young students and professional workers. The residence manager is very welcoming and kind. I received back my full deposit. Make sure to book your studio in the middle of the week to give the manager some time to ready it. I booked it on a Monday, but since nobody works on weekends, the studio was in bad shape, so I had to postpone the contract for one week.

Le responsable M. Gillard est très gentil et attentif. L’échange avec lui est agréable et fluide. Il prend le temps de vous expliquer tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Grace a son professionnalisme et son sens de l’écoute, on se sent rapidement chez soi.
