Had Bento set and refreshing honey drink. Fast service and friendly staff. Enjoyed my meal.

Sushi King really need to add extra staff here especially during promo. They got great staffs but clearly exhausted. So i came for second time for bonanza promo. The place was packed. I ordered my favourite sushi because they're not there on the conveyer. The staff kindly told me to wait for them but i said i wait enough. Later, my sushi came on UNWASHED plate. This is not my first time here. I always been served well during my visit but this time, i am disappointed.

I was shocked by almost no selection of dishes on the belt during a Saturday dinner time, and the tablet used for ordering wasn't working. Took a plate of the fried salmon skin from the belt and it was soggy and oily. I was extremely surprised by the substandard and horribly disappointed. The staff were friendly though.

The interior and seating are great after the renovation. More seat than before and it quite privacy because it has its own booth. The service is also good. However, some of the menu is not available sometimes.

Spicy ramen and orange juice are the best. Thank you..😊👍

One of the better Sushi Kings. Staff were very attentive.

The outlet very dirty and the sushi served and presentation was subpar. And the worst was the paper served on the tray is reused for i wonder how many times. Would be my last time to this outlet.

Its used to be my favourite place to eat sushi, but now the quality is dropping, examples look at this Salmon Tar tar sushi, dried as hell...im not a sushi expert but where is the condiments? For the sake of younger generation to experienced the real sushi king, please improve your quality.

Food not fresh, the plates are so dirty and the cover I think has been reused for don’t know how many times. food served slow. I would say this is the worst experience I had for having Japanese food. Please improve. With such service and hygiene, still so expensive. Not worthy at all. Not recommended.

that one particular staff was so unfriendly. idk what's her problem but i usually come before lunch or after lunch hour and she sighed in front of customers because the other staffs gave instructions to her. phooja what is that behavior?

all the food was okey but the worker just... idk what to say. there's one time i want to pay the food and the total was less then RM100. when i was at the counter i said my table number just so they can double confirm. but they give me receipt from other table that was more than what I've count. since I've told my table number i assume it was mine. few seconds afterwards one of the worker told me that they has mistaken the receipt. why so careless meh? the worker also not friendly. one of them even sigh infront of me

Bad service. The waitresses are super rude. Foods are generally not good. Less food serving but expensive. Will never come again

more than hour waiting then the staff got balls to say if the item already on the kaiten belt kitchen won't do.. well we are not that stupid for ordering something which already available by..

food is good,although my chicken curry is a bit dilute,,please fix ur internet or wifi line,,i’ve noticed a few times the terminal having line problem so we had to withdraw our cash,,very inconvenient,u must knew that ur food prices aren’t cheap either thus majority of the customers would be using contactless payment,please improve in the future,thanks
