Service is fine. Queue can take a while though during peak times. Also, panhandlers have a tendency to flock in front of the ATM entrance.

Only 1 counter for asb withdrawal on 2nd of january which is the most peak day over the year. 4.5 hours of waiting time

Very poor service management. Too many counter, but open only 1! I dont know whats the other staff job. Why only 1 counter open. 1 hour and half waiting my turn, they look really busy berjalan sana sini, bawa purse ke sana ke sini. What a terrible service la.

I wait from 9.45am to 11.23am just to exchange my atm card. I can complete few of my works within that period. Wasting times. After few years still no improvement, pls add staffs and counters.

poor service management Had already book an appointment at 2.30 but still gotta let me wait for 1 hour but still can’t manage to create an account. Don’t really understand what is the point of booking appointments.
