We had to stay here for our UTHM's event considering this hotel is the nearest to the University. WE REGRET STAYING HERE for these reasons: 1. COMPACT ROOM FOR 3 (see photos for proof) When we made the booking, the room description and photos of Triple Sharing Room shown spacious and well furnished furniture - coffee table, chairs, WINDOW and etc. REALITY OF THE ROOM? We can't even passed by when one of us performing solat. This room is not supposed to be occupied by 3 people! There's NO WINDOW but we paid the same price as for the unit with window. The side table near the 2 beds are also too close and not safe as it can cause injury to the head especially for small children. 2. The ventilation of the toilet is not function. It caused a DISTRESSING smell into the room when we use the loo. The toilet is also too small. Kindly check on the photos provided. 3. For 1 night stay, we had to cope with lots of mosquitoes attack too. Unlikely to have a standard for a Hotel. 4. The most crucial issue is when the hotel lock the exit to the Emergency EXIT. I can't imagine if an emergency occur, how would the guests rush out with Shallow Corridor (corridor uses smart concept with sensory light on in the presence of movement) dark, numerous unit of rooms and locked EMERGENCY EXIT. NOT RECOMMENDED for the reasons above and to DISABLE PEOPLE (OKU) as there's NO LIFT access to the top floor but ironically the hotel provide a ramp and Disable Parking lot at the entrance. How can this hotel even passed the QC Permit?

The room smells like mold, and I can see the leaking stains on the ceiling. Room is too small that it is difficult to find a spot to pray. Water pressure too slow. Beds feel unstable, can feel the springs poking my back. Not worthy of the price, there are better hotels with cheaper price there.

Using smart movement sensor to activate lights but for me not that convenient because to dark. No emergency light.. All the stairs & corridor also dark, the sensor off to fast. Tv also using sensor automatically off after 15 minutes so not convenient Ironing area is outside & need to pay 50 cents for 6 minutes to use it. Also to dark need to put the coin in 1st so the lights will maintain on but all the corridor lights is off, so after finish iron is to dark to walk back to room, sensor movement to activate light only on near the room. Bed sheets also a bit smells & i think not change frequently because i having itchiness & develop rashes.

It's spacious, clean and have lots of amenities around. Green does a lot of positive vibes here.An A-list hotel. There's vending machines for us to buy drinks and mee maggi if let say we're hunger for food. They also provide you with water dispenser and microvawe too where we can find along the way.

Not recommended for ladies to come here alone. The door doesn't have chain lock. Some other rooms are not in the same building. You have to walk at the back of the street for the other building which is quiet dangerous for anyone. The lights in the hallway are automatic but it switched off pretty fast, make it harder for you to get hot water in the hallway. It so dark in the hallway too, you have to be prepared with ur own flashlight. I booked the other room online and managed to pay for larger room but they said all room are full at the receptionist building and i had to pay extra RM10 for room replacement in the other building. They hardly practising cashless payment so i had to go out again to get some cash which is so trublesome. Overall, this hotel are not the best for you to stay alone let it be man or woman.

Hotel is situated around 7mins drive from KKTM Sri Gading. The room was actually at the other side of the building made us lost for a bit but it was spacious and well kept so we are okay with it. We love it that there is a warong besides the building so eating out is easy. The room doesn't provide iron nor kettle which the management put them outside at the hallway for public use. I like it that the masjid is near so Azan is heard during suboh so we don't miss to solat and be ready for a function at the early hour of the day. Thank you Hotel Pintar! it was definitely a nice stay.

I am touched by the courtesy of this hotel service which allow my friends and I too check out a lil bit late so we can perform zohor prayer. The cleanliness is tiptop, but during my stay, the hair dryer was broken, and I informed the hoteliers but apparently, no changes made for that. When I booked it, it was listed under 'breakfast inlcuded with price' but as I confirmed the booking, the breakfast wasn't included and I need to add extra money for it. Another thing i wojld like to comment, I understand the safety is taken care well but the hotel, but honestly, I do think iron is a must item to be provided per room, not as additional service. Other than that, A+. thank you hotel pintar. It was a pleasant stay.

Awesome staff (especially the RECEPTIONIST) . Great job. You guys deserve it. Keep it up...👍 Wi-Fi better than previous visit. Great job. Toilet cleanliness can be improved... The "motion sensor" for top level (between levels) was not working; good thinking for having the low lighting. Stay SMART, Stay at Hotel PINTAR... 😊

The staff were helpful, but the amenities were terrible. 1) The mattress provided is thin and I can felt the springs. Was too uncomfortable and affected my sleep. 2) You have to pay 50 cents in order to use the ironing facility for 6 minutes!
