Balance is located right off Public Square. It's a perfect spot for lunch (especially if you work downtown) or a quick casual dinner. They have interesting and delicious Snacks (side dishes). Definitely try one of the bubble teas - macha with almond milk is excellent!

Nice spot for a healthy, fresh lunch. Mainly they have different types of bowls. You can choose from the menu or make your own bowl. You choose starch, protein, toppings and sauces. There is also a big Asian beverage selection. Inside is nice and the staff was very friendly.

One of my favorite Asian restaurants in all of Cleveland. The food is fresh (chopped that same day, fresh!), flavorful (as in bursting with), and forward thinking. Their menu is eclectic in the very best of ways. They have nachos with a twist, sassy samosas, the best bowls (for all diet types) and tasty tacos. Don't forget to try their bubble teas too. In addition to being fabulous food fare, they source many of their ingredients locally and even grow some of their herbs right here in Ohio on their own farm!! They also focus on sustainable eating, using compostable materials where possible. In short, this is a restaurant that is good for your soul, your stomach and the planet.

Got the bibimbap bowl with extra chicken and egg and it was nice a filling and good flavors . I really liked their Japanese Mayo. We also tried the corn chicken tacos which were good. I had the dragon fruit lemonade which was awful . If you have allergies and you’re eating gluten free , you can mark it on every dish so they make sure it doesn’t contain gluten .

Build your own bowl is very convenient. Quickly received our meal. Sauces were plentiful and great. Meals were fresh and filling. Really loved the vegetable egg rolls. Would recommend.

Tried the Four Star dish with the wheat noodles and the grilled chicken breast. Washed it down with the Pom Chee bubble tea. It was tasty and moderately priced. It will not be my everyday place to eat, but I'll go back from time to time.

My family of four went to Balance Pan-Asian today so I could participate in a promotion. I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately, it wasn’t our cup of bubble tea. The complimentary taco trio I had was comprised of the following: bang bang chicken taco, mongo steak taco and orange crunch chicken taco. Out of the three, the bang bang was my favorite but the sauce packed quite a punch to it. The chicken and steak were not warm which was kind of a bummer. The orange crunch taco left a lingering unpleasant taste in my mouth for the rest of the evening until we were able to go grab dessert somewhere else to get rid of the taste. It tasted like a sweet soy sauce that was thicker than normal soy sauce. I had the chocolate milk bubble tea and it was just ok. It appeared as though there wasn’t any ice in it which was different than any bubble tea that I’ve had. My husband and two stepsons (9 and 11), tried the bowls. They also had meat that wasn’t warm. My youngest stepson had rice that was all stuck together in his bowl. We also had the fried cream cheese wontons and edamame. The wontons were slightly overdone and left an aftertaste that was somewhat unpleasant. The edamame was good! The tap waters were quite small and there wasn’t an area to get the water refilled that we saw. As for the restaurant itself, we weren’t able to sit as a family because almost all of the tables in the restaurant are only tables for two people. You have to bus your own table once you finish eating if you dine in. This was not an issue for our family as we are happy to clean up after ourselves, but some people may not enjoy doing that. Balance is also not convenient to get to. There wasn’t any street parking out front so we opted to park in the garage beside the arcade. It was $12.00 for our parking on a Tuesday night and we did not go anywhere but to the restaurant for our dinner. I’m sure this place is a fantastic option for people who work in the surrounding buildings. Unfortunately, this is a one and done for our family. We are thankful for the opportunity to try this restaurant and wish them nothing but the best in the future!

I’ve loved all the bubble teas I’ve tried here and for $5/each you can’t beat that! Food options look amazing as well.

Great food! Tried the "yum yum bowl" which defies proper description by me but was absolutely wonderful. Price was under $12.00.

I was really excited to try this place because of all the vegetarian-friendly options and the fun bubble tea flavors. I love that you can customize many of the teas with caffeine free options. I ordered the taco trio, cheese wontons, and a bubble tea. I can never find vegetarian wontons at other places because they usually have imitation crab, so I was immensely looking forward to these vegetarian wontons, but they didn't include them in my order. They added an egg roll instead, and didn't refund me the 1.50 difference in price. I was already in my car by the time I discovered the mistake. I didn't know if the egg roll was vegetarian and didn't eat it. If I ever come back, I'll definitely check the order in the store before leaving. I wanted to love this food, but it was just kind of disappointing. The sauces were good. The tofu was cold and hard, and the fillings didn't taste fresh. My favorite part of the meal was the bubble tea. The bubble tea was expensive, but being able to customize it made it worth the extra cost. Parking here ended up being a nightmare; if it's your first time here, you might want to keep that in mind.

This was my first visit, it’s was not pleasant. If you are first timer better talk to someone befit you order or do some research what you want to eat. I am sure next time I know what I want to order.

Here’s a pic you can use on your social media lol. This place has some really great bubble tea. The flavor choices are endless and they have the option to donate to the charities that the drinks are named after. You can customize any drink to your liking. The decor is really nice and the place is very clean. I haven’t tried their food, but I’d go back to try it if the bubble tea is any indication for how good it might be. It’s fairly reasonably priced for being in downtown, it’s around $5-6 a drink here. It wasn’t too busy when I was there, which was on a Saturday afternoon. The ordering place takes place on a tablet when you come in, which was pretty cool.

Good and consistent quick takeout. The food is always prepared correctly and the ingredients are really fresh. Their sides are excellent as well -

Not the best. The food was fine, though not as flavorful as other vegetarian taco places I've tried. The digital ordering was a bit confusing. It was empty and a little dismal inside when I arrived. The service was still slow.

Wow! This place hits healthy eating out of the park. I travel a lot for work and it can be difficult to eat a balanced diet. This place makes it easy, affordable, and so delicious! Normally I like to explore different places in a city, but I'll be coming back here every time I'm in Cleveland.

This place is exceptional and I wish I could give it 10 stars! The food is delicious, especially the fried rice. The toppings are VERY fresh because they grow their own vegetables. My order is always correct and flavorful. I wish the sauces weren't as thick and they seem to thicken up more over night in the refrigerator. I hope this place remains in Cleveland and opens up more locations because we can really use restaurants like this in the area that are affordable, good quality, and tasty.

Came here on St. Patrick's day before a Cavs game and it was empty. Restaurant was very clean. Food was excellent, lots of options. My only complaint is that their was no one to ask questions too because you order at a kiosk and pay there. You only see a actual person when you pick up your food.

As a picky eater, I had very low expectations, but my wife was dying to try this place as we are new to town. I ordered the Korean BBQ tacos, without any veggies, which I was glad I could remove things. The touch screen order pads had me worried but customizing is simplistic but an option. My wife got a Taco trio plate and Brussel sprouts. The place was almost empty at 6 pm on Friday but had a steady takeout stream. The food was ready pretty quick. Maybe 5 minutes. When it arrives, I was pleasantly surprised nothing came pre-sauced. We had a chance to sample them before adding. The sauces were actually really good. The Korean BBQ was a sweet sauce, and very tasty. The meat was well seasoned and really good. Overall I was very happy to be wrong about my personal expectations. We will definitely be back!

Definitely a successful establishment in the heart of Cleveland. Facility is clean and they have an interesting choice of items to order. Price is also nominal for the area and food is always fresh. The sauces are very salty though and the food taste is somewhat mediocre

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go.
