Fantastic Harrvey’s location! Lots of seating inside but some pretty cool rocks outside if you’re feeling like a little parking lot picnic 🧺 Food was fab & staff was lovely!

If you can't get to Quebec or find a Chip Truck Harvey's makes a decent Poutine. Real cheese curds, and good gravy. (McDonald's poutine, if they are still trying to make it, sucks )

This Harvey's has great service and also has a Swiss chalet. They have accessible.parkikg and entrances as well as washrooms. Their sandwiches are fresher then the one we eat at in the north... Where they always burn the hotdog. My son opened his sandwich today and was surprised and happy it wasn't burnt . We stop there on our way from and to our city in the north. Nice place for the family and lots of seats. I'm updating this review after two months. We are there last weekend at 9:30 on Sunday and I ordered the grilled chicken build a bowl ... The grilled chicken was not real chicken. It was so more like a tofu kind of thing. This is the first time I eat such a bad chicken at Harvey's I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that before. I hope it's an incident and they didn't change their meats. I will leave pictures of the chicken as well... (Disappointed)

My husband and I went there for dinner tonight after grocery shopping and I used the bathroom with hesitation as we have patronized Harvey’s about 3 times in the last 10 weeks. The same dirt and dried on urine in the restroom is still on the base of the toilet as it was 10 weeks ago, it absolutely is disgusting. The walls and doors of the stalls have splatter marks as well as caked on dirt and prints. The mirror is smeared and smokey, the trash was overflowing and the corners of the floors have mounds of sand. We also noted the walls in the dining room are much the same. We were there when the employees started cleaning for the restaurant closing at 6:40. The girl who wiped the tables did not change her cloth from table to table nor did she have any sanitizer. She didn’t wipe the seat or the arms of the chairs either. Our perception of this establishment is that it could certainly benefit in a much needed detailed cleaning. With the unsanitary conditions of the bathroom, one certainly questions what the overall cleanliness of the kitchen is like. Until the sanitation practices change we will not be returning.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The burgers were COLD! The fries were undercooked! I would rather wait 5 mins for a burger to be hot than get it in 1 min and it be cold. The place wasn’t that busy! Will NEVER eat in Parry Sound Harvey’s again!

I had the best hamburger because there was this amazing old lady who made my burger just the way I wanted it. I never had such good personal service.

It's a Harvey's. Great food. Staff looked tired and not well organized. But other then that it's Great

Good fresh food, only issue is I found like 3 hairs in my fried and 6 in my burgers, also had some stuff from the Swiss and it has hair in it aswell

We were traveling from up North and had some credit card trouble during a very busy time at the restaurant. The manager was very patient with us and allowed us to get our food and leave with out embarrassing us. Much appreciated!

Burgers were half raw and tasted terrible. I'm sick from it. The Pepsi Zero tasted like the dispenser hadn't been cleaned in recent memory. Although wifi was promised and advertised, it wasn't available. We were told it was because Parry Sound is a small town that there was no coverage. We know that was a lie because we were returning from our cabin at Northland lake. A remote lake about 45 min from the Soo. So remote the only communication is via satellite and we have WiFi.

There was an unpleasant smell upon walking into the restaurant. Everything looked dirty.. even someone cleaned the table next to us, but didn’t really. I brought my kids to the washroom, wish I didn’t. The garbage was overflowing, there were feminine hygiene products not in their container and when I opened the baby change area it would appear that it hadn’t been cleaned lately either. Won’t be stopping again..

I typically stop by when I'm in the area for work. Consistent quality of food, and the staff are always very friendly. I find the drive-thru to be very strange, however. It is rather unmarked and difficult to find if you're unfamiliar.

Was a stop over on the greyhound. Didn't like that on the way to Toronto our bus got there right at 7 it was closed and I was hungry. However I will say that the stop on the way back from Toronto it was open and staff was pretty fast to get orders out. There was a gentleman ahead of me by at least 3 people...he needed help as he was challenged and everyone just pushed past him and made their order even the person at the cash tried taking my order and completely disregarded this person. The gentleman looked confused I than asked him if he ordered he said no I said oh my and everyone just cut you off and ordered I told the cashier he's been in line for a while and to take his order. This was the downside of my experience there.

Standard expectations met like any other Harvey’s. Quick service, friendly staff, busy as it was the holiday weekend but not much of a wait. All in all, as expected.

Awesome place it's massive and very clean we had lunch here while at work was awesome

“HEARVEY’S” HEARVY has always been my one of the most favourite BURGER place as they has the BEST VEGGIE BURGER. I was on my way to Sudbury and took a halt and decided to have dinner at this place. The outlet was full and there were lot of customers as it was weekend, I ordered online so didn’t have to wait long but yes had to wait for sometime but I knew this wait is going to be worth it. Good friendly staff, clean and quick service. Happy Eating : )

Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT STOP HERE FOR ANY REASON. If you need to use the washroom, go anywhere else in Parry Sound. Arrived half an hour before dining closed, were told AFTER receiving our trays that they were closing in 15 minutes (15 minutes BEFORE the posted time). They then proceeded to rush us by cleaning up in the immediate area next to our table, swept garbage DIRECTLY into one of our groups feet while refilling their drink, BARRICADED us at our table, and locked the front doors before their posted closed time then yelled at us to go through the front doors when that was exactly what we were trying to do. How in the world is this acceptable customer service???? Short staff was NOT an excuse, there were plenty of them standing around staring at us talking about getting us to leave before 7pm. Will not return and will tell everybody I know about this garbage behaviour.

Chalet sauce is not chicken gravy. They're different. Harvey's ran out of gravy so the work was saying Swiss chalet has chicken gravy and that it's better than Harvey's. I asked him twice to confirm that it wasn't chalet sauce because that stuff is gross. He said No we will use chicken gravy. Took a bite - gross chalet sauce! Swiss chalet even has gravy in addition to chalet sauce so I assumed this guy knew what he was talking about. He did not.

Was fast but I asked for dark meat and he gave me white meat which has an extra charge. Also the washrooms were message. Paper towels and water all over the floors. Including the stalls.

I had a bad experience. At the Harvey’s The guy behind the cas told me to be quiet when I questioned something and when I asked that’s how you talk to your customers he told me to be quiet again. Spent $30 on food and that’s how I was treated well I can see why they have now staff. Maybe try hiring the locals that live here. I won’t be going back

Was super busy which is great. I loved seeing a mix of older and younger staff. There were several mistakes in our order. They did make it right in the end.

Ample parking and ample seating. A small lineup but fast service. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

Quite large and busy place combining both Harvey's and Swiss Chalet. Despite the number of people, service was fast and accurate. I thought of a military operation. Lol Since making our cheeseburgers with bacon our way, we chose from the selection ourselves. Ingredients were fresh, fries and onion rings crispy. A good meal as was expected from Harvey's. :-) Place was clean as was washroom.

Had a good burger at this location, staff were friendly and efficient. One thing I noticed is that the entire staff were senior citizens, happy old folks doing a cracking good job.

A good clean and modern location. Service was fast and friendly. I only give 3 stars because I am not a fan of Harvey's. I find that their paties don't taste nearly as good as they did years ago. A freshly cooked patty is always much more preferred, which I received at this location. I do love the choice of toppings.

Was okay but they still haven't opened in door seating. Was told as they have a crew shortage coming out of Covid. Wasn't busy and three people behind counter doing nothing. You don't need a army to clean lobby. If you got a time to lean you got time to clean.
