Great park for picnics, watching the sunset, and just relaxing. If you plan on staying during or past sunset, make sure you have mosquito repellent 🙂

This is an incredibly beautiful public beach on a well defined public walking trail. Brilliant work by the Town of Parrt Sound to create this access! Great for biking, running or walking the dog. Amazing vistas of the lake and lots of little spots to go off trail and explore. Two beaches we saw were super nice. Also on this Waterfront trail see a base for Canadian Coast Guard and home to a performing arts centre.

Looking for a place to spend an afternoon with family and kids? Here is a goto one. We found it a clean kids safe beach area. Clean toiletes and a goergeous walkway to enjoy a beautiful Georgian Bay view. We loved this park.

We stopped here for our kids aged 2 and 5 as a pit stop. There is plenty of parking, washrooms, a sandy beach with life guards, a playground (playscape, 2 3 slides, swings) as well as hiking paths. It is not crowded and you can walk out onto a point by crossing a small wooden bridge. There are also 2 benches out on the rocks so you can really get a beautiful view of the lake. There are also anchors that are placed for viewing with historical significance.

Nice view lots of grass and sandy areas. Come early to get a parking spot. Could use 12 more picnic tables. They should install some bbqs. More share required. AVOID THIS BEACH ON SUNDAYS!!! Extremely loud and busy church service takes place there. These people take over the whole park. It's better to goto another town to swim on Sundays.

Very cozy little beach, good parking, a few picnic benches and the water is very clear! Washrooms were locked the day we went which was disappointing.

I feel like this beach would be better if the water level was lower at the time we visited. Half of the beach was wet mucky sand. There is a nice park and little nature walk that our kids enjoyed. Not very busy at all considering it was during Canada day long weekend. Definately family friendly.

Fairly small but nice sandy beach. Very few people around but a good parking lot that is free. Close to downtown. Trail at the end of the beach. Play area for children.

Lovely little beach with on duty life guards Very clean water and clean sandy beach Bathrooms are available. There is no snack shop in the park.

It is a very beautiful beach with great facilities of washroom, lifeguard, picnic table and fresh clean water. We were on the way home from Sudbury and we stopped at this beach for short relaxing & swimming. We wished to stay longer. And for sure, we're going to return back next summer.

Today we held a Geocaching Event at the Waubuno Beach Picnic and Washroom facility. We had confirmed the event in advance with the Town of Parry Sound. There were 9 people in Attendance and the picnic tables in the shade under the covered roof was fantastic. We were next to very clean washrooms and drinking water. All in attendance enjoyed the time we spent there, the water view and the cleanliness of the park. Thank-you to the town of Parry Sound for maintaining such a wonderful spot. We will be holding an annual event at this park the same time every year.

As a beach with playground, we thought Noble Beach a few mile north was nicer. However, it is great that you can continue hiking along the Georgian Bay to the north, leading to a beautiful trail.
