In-N-Out Burger Store #5 isthe oldest standing In and Out Burger building, built in 1952. The first four were either remodeled or removed from its original place. Well first of all let me start off by saying that I love In-N-Out Burger. I have to say honestly that this is the best burger place in the world. Not only the quality is the best. And the staff and the employees, or should I say Associates, are excellent and always smiling. Furthermore they take great pride in keeping all their restaurants clean. And it shows in the attention of the details. I can't say that I've walked in into one of their restrooms and it was a mess. The restrooms are always kept supplied and clean. Especially during this pandemic, they have taken special precautions to make sure that everyone is kept safe. And speaking about covid-19 guidelines, In-N-Out Burger strictly follows All State Federal in County guidelines. To make sure that everyone, including the associates, are kept safe. Now let's talk about the burgers, everyone is familiar with the animal style. That basically means that the meat is mustard fried. And whenever you ordered mustard fried on the Patty you automatically get pickle. And it comes with gnarly grilled onions which taste very good. On top of that it comes with extra spread and top of the lettuce. But of course is other ways to order your burger. Animal style just happens to be my personal favorite. And now that we're talking about animal style, don't forget you can also order the fries animal style. Which basically means that you get an order of fries with two melted cheese grilled onions and spread on top. Definitely the way to go if you're feeling extra hungry. But we can mention all this great food without mentioning their milkshakes. I understand that the milkshakes and made from real ice cream. And it's my personal favorite too. You can choose from chocolate vanilla or strawberry. But if you get creative you can also order a Neapolitan all three flavors. I would also like to add that the prices are always great here in and out burger. For the amount of quality food that they serve. And excellent customer service they provide. You really can't beat the prices. Especially being in California. Ultimately, I want to give special thanks to everyone who works very hard on keeping in and out a wholesome environment. It is no surprise that this company In-N-Out Burger, is well known as a Christian loving organization. I would like to point out that when you order a drink, at the bottom of the Cups there's a verse from the Bible. John 3:16 😄

Don't let the drive up line throw you off, it moves quick. We parked and walked up, very cool being at the oldest operating spot. Food great as always. No indoor dining at this one

A nice little place. Not a full-on restaurant. A drive-through with a small outdoor area to sit for a quick bite. Their burgers are awesome and very customisable- you can choose the number of patties and cheese slices you want to get. Their fries are also pretty good. I would call it outstanding but really good.

Okay, I can understand the hype. It's a dang good fast food burger. Simple menu with big flavor. It may hit like a brick but in the best way. This particular location was supremely busy (it was friday night) but we still only had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Great service and satisfied stomachs to be had.

Pasadena In-N- Out is always good! When I do go there. I usually get number 2 Patty with grilled onions well done with a root beer. I've had there animal style fries before they're good!. I've also had their grilled cheese that's from the secret menu. That's pretty good too! Shakes are good! They do serve root beer floats the float that was made for me one time wasn't made right they put more ice cream than root beer I like it even amount of both. Their fries have come a long way from how they used to make them they're way better than before. Whoever they got making them they must have changed the recipe on how they cook their fries . The fries used to be dry and wimpy now they're actually really good!

The burgers are the best. The fries are satisfactory. The shakes are delicious. The soda are... soda. The staff are upbeat and friendly and work very fast. The lines are long - a side effect of serving great food, so best to go off-hours if possible.

Not a bad place. Always long lines of cars in each outlet. The double double is actually. My favorite is the milkshake. The price can't be beat compared to other fast good, especially the freshness. The lettuce and onion say it all. Protip. Car lines are long. Park and order on site. Faster.

Was there around 8pm and the guy at the window was making several mistakes and was not communicating with his team. However, whatever lead they had on duty was amazing, through the chaos I could hear her raise her voice a little to check the teams status. I wasn’t able to see her from my car but her leadership was impeccable and just what this store needs. Her awareness unmatched

This In-N-Out Burger near Pasadena City College and the Allen Street Metro Train Station is so much better than comparable restaurants anywhere in L.A. County it should be among your regular destinations with a drive-through that you won't be in very long because the people who cook your food are incredibly fast and the protein is completely different from everywhere else with untainted beef that has NO PINK SLIME which is a cost-saving filler that consists of disgusting body parts that will ruin your health. The hamburgers are available (A) without a bun if you're on a diet, (B) with a 3-piece bun, grilled onions and Thousand Island Dressing, (C) with a 3-piece bun, cheese, lettuce and tomato, or (D) the way I always order with a 3-piece bun, raw onions and mustard but no lettuce, cheese or tomatoes. Standing at the window because I walk there I usually get my food with only a brief 10-minute wait.

A small location situated in a corner offers more a take-out rather than a sit-in. They offer POS and boast two lanes to fill orders. They are quick to get you in and out but be prepared to line up in the street. I had to circle the block because I didn't know this. The burgers were great.

The best In N Out overall that I've experienced. While the seating is very limited, they provide a quick service that I've yet to see be matched.

I don't know exactly what's wrong that day. But the service was really slow. I got my order 2 double double burgers and fries for almost 30 minutes. Terribly bad. I even did not do it at the drive-thru.

I try In-N-Out every few years to try to figure out what I'm missing. The food is good, but not amazing. The staff is busting their tails. You can literally see how hard they're working. Overall, however, I don't think it's worth the amount of time you have to wait to get it.

I love In-N-Out and haven't had it for almost a year because I moved out of state. This location was on my route today and so I stopped in for my number 2 with animal style fries *no onions* and everything about this experience was top notch. The staff was friendly and expedient and the food was amazing. Best fries I've ever had they distributed the cheese and sauce perfectly.

I’m from Wisconsin, so wasn’t aware this location wasn’t a dine-in option. I went too far and cut-off a driver waiting in line by mistake. Staff quickly noticed and asked me to go back. The line can get pretty long here so plan accordingly. In addition, there are only about 2-3 parking spots, so if you’re going to eat there better find another parking spot. The food was great, fast, and got my kids stickers

Iconic SoCal eatery. Super friendly and competent staff. Great burgers, made to order. And did I mention it's cheap?!

Amazing experience, I even mentioned that I had a dairy allergy and the workers knew which items were off limits and which were safe. They took the care to ensure my food was safely handle and not contaminated by the other food in our order. Everyone was also super friendly. I had a double burger without cheese, fries animal style. The buns are dairy free and the sauce is dairy free but produced in an area with milk products. So eat with caution if you are extremely sensitive.

Does anyone actually read reviews for In-N-Out? Either you've had it a million times and don't need reviews or guidance OR you've never had it because you're from another state or country but surely you've heard of it. And I guess even if you haven't heard of it, pictures do it more justice than words. With that said you're probably wondering why I'd even write a review if I believe all that. Well I am here today because for some reason this most recent trip to In-N-Out was the best Double-Double I've had that I can remember. I ordered it animal style with whole grilled onion (including the grilled onions it already comes with) and chopped chilis. Nothing crazy, pretty standard for me but that night it was just better than ever. Also I do want to point out that the staff at this particular location are all super cool. Don't ever give them a hard time, they do their best and it gets crazy busy there. One thing a lot of people still don't know about In-N-Out is that they will make/prepare food for you just about any way you want it with the ingredients they have. That said, don't go getting super complicated when they are super busy because it will upset everyone and they might not get it right. If you're gonna get weird with it, do it when they first open in the morning or before they close at night. Pro tip: chopped chilis on the animal style fries is bomb.

What can I say that hasn’t been said already. In-N-Out never disappoints. It is hands down one of my top favorite burgers in my home state of California. Anytime I go back home to visit, my first stop is usually at In-N-Out burger. The double double served animal style is the way to go!

The location provides drive-thru primarily and few outdoor seatings. Walk-in order is also available. Parking space is limited in the dining area, street parking is the best way if you wanted to do walk-in order and dine-in. This location also provides restrooms which are clean. Taste is always good and original! Staff are nice.
