We ordered food on a Monday evening and after i ordered and gave payment they said it will be there as soon as possible… no time limit? When the delivery person came, we had our door open, so screen/glass Door open. You could see right through. The delivery driver opened our door without knocking or anything. We were sitting inside and and said who just came in our house. And by the way we have a ring door bell. Why didn’t you ring the doorbell. After my husband came downstairs and opened the door the delivery driver said are you going to tip me? Wow! We tip generously, but his actions were not acceptable or and who asks that when delivering food?

Sams Pizza and Subs NEVER disappoints! I wish I took pictures of everything I have ordered from here. If more people in the area knew about this little spot that is hidden in the corner off of B&A Blvd in a little building kinda behind McDonald’s They would have so much more business it would be unbelievable!!! I have everyone in my home hooked and other people in the area!! This place is so much more than your standard Pizza wings and subs. First of all their wings are phenomenal. My friend ordered them one time and they smelled so good I picked one up and I couldn’t stop eating them… Mind you I wasn’t even hungry! This place has crab dip everything which you never see in a pizza place. I’m talking Crab dip fries, pizza,pretzel and just regular dip by itself. I just ordered a gyro and a BLT. Hopefully I can post pictures. I get the bacon on the side if you are able to see pictures but look at the amount of meat they give you for the Gyro. It is so good! And forget a cheeseburger sub just get one of their regular cheeseburgers. When they say they are fresh, they are fresh and they are HUGE and on amazing rolls. None of their bread is ever stale. It’s always super fresh just like it is on this Gyro. Their club sandwiches are so big and so good. The jalapeño poppers are the ones with cream cheese instead of that nasty cheddar cheese. I could go on and on. All the things that I normally would not order from a pizza and sub place because it’s old or stale etc. is the complete opposite here. I try to order something different every time. Every time it never disappoints like I said! And they DELIVER!!! I mean it is more of a carry out place but so good! The staff is super friendly! They deliver all down through Pasadena. Give it a try! I haven’t had much luck with Delivery places down here except one I think I posted. Oh and something I have been wanting to try is I can’t remember the name of it but it’s basically a sub with thousand island dressing so something like a Big Mac but it’s a sub. Lol! And I’m sure 100 times better! Items like that or the crab dip items is what makes this place so cool. ( Keep in mind this is a pizza and sub carry out so don’t expect top of the line jumbo lump crab dip lol but it is good for a Pizza place) They really take pride in their food! So really read the description of some of the things and don’t be scared to try food that normally wouldn’t be good at a pizza delivery spot because I promise you it will be good! I just posted some pictures. I’m waiting for them to show up. I’ll post more pics each time I order from there. When you call in your order, mention my post and tell them it’s your first time eating there so they make it extra special! Sorry this is so long, I just can’t get over a little pizza spot being that good. I could go on and on. Enjoy!!

Slices the size of your head! Buns soft, real chicken on the cheesesteak (not processed pressed meat), friendly atmosphere and crispy fries. More expensive than the McDonald’s next door but you get what you pay for. Worth the extra money.

Great cheese steak subs at reasonable prices. The young lady that took our order was courteous and friendly. Even though the restaurant looked a little dated, it was clean. We will definitely go back!

I have never had anything bad from Sam's until today. $49 for lunch to have a birthday soggy pizza burger sub, a very bland chicken in cream rose sauce with penne pasta had no flavor at all not to mention the salad was in the bag with the hot food I mean somepeople like hot wilted salads me not so much. it took an hour to get here (I get it, it's lunch time) but when I called to let them know they asked what can they do. I asked for a credit and was told no he can't give me a $40 credit he will re make the food witch I would have loved but I don't have an hour to wait as I have to get to work or send the driver back with my money and that is what they did. not that i was going to not tip the driver being that it's not his fault but when he brought my money back he only handed me $40, not the $49 that I originally gave him. kinda bold of him just to assume he was to keep the tip. I used to recommend Sam's to all my friends but I will not be sending them anymore business. I get if I complained in the past but I haven't. so looks like I'm going to work my 22nd day in a row hungry and aggravated. Damn shame Sam's 😕

The fish fillet sandwich was refried (over cooked and burnt, ), the cheese wasn’t melted, the bun wasn’t toasted (cold to the touch), and warm soft French Fries. The female who took my order couldn’t explain to be why she charged me a dollar more than the menu price. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I couldn’t have better things to say about this place! Never even knew it was here but since we found sams we have (sad to admit) eaten here 3-5 times a week. Still working my way through the entire menu but have not had 1 single disappointing menu and the whole family loves it. All of that and it is less than 10 minutes from me… Major score!

I asked for a REAL Italian cold cut. The gentleman that took my order promised me I won’t be disappointed. He was right! I’ve beeen in search of the perfect Italian sub… I think I found it. Great job guys!

By far the best pizza in the area in my humble opinion! Also the prices are quite low considering the amazing New York style pizza that is usually and arm and a leg when it’s made this good

The chicken cheesesteak the meat was too big and it just seemed dry. of course the condiments were all at the bottom and I specifically ordered extra cheese and still couldn't taste it my daughter had the chicken wrap and it was so big that it was not wrapped as soon as she picked it up it just fell apart very disappointing

I got a large cheese pizza and a medium pepperoni pizza to carry out. The pepperoni pizza was excellent. The cheese pizza was good.

the pizza here is top tier. Everything is good and unlike alot.of places the dough is cooked perfectly to be crispy even on the bottom but not to dry. if you love pizza like I do this is a spot to check out

Got delivery. It was all cold. All of it. And the fries all soggy. Completely disappointed. Waste of $50. (The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice! Great customer service there. Only reason it gets any stars at all!)

Ordered cold cut, potato wedges and kids chix tender meal with tots, also a chocolate covered cannoli which was AMAZING. Everything was delicious besides the burnt wedges that I did not eat. Hopefully next time they won’t send me burnt wedges.

I stopped by here on my way to the movies and was totally blown away by how delicious the food was! I had a cheeseburger sub with tater tots and pizza. Everything. I mean EVERYTHING was sooo good! Needless to say; I'll be back!

Hidden gem!!! We were visiting the area and stopped to grab a pizza to take to a family member's house. I highly recommend the Sicilian pizza!! I grew up in NY and this was one of the best pies I have had since I have lived in Maryland. My only disappointment is that there's not one by my house!! I live an hour away but will definitely be making the trip soon just to get another one.

For starters the voice on the girl answering the phone was horrible it was raspy and she sounded like she didn’t even want to be there! Let alone she was rude and incompetent! She tried to tell me the advertised price online wasn’t correct and must have been old or a Tuesday pickup only special. I repeated to her 2-3 times what it said and she still said no that’s not correct and gave me another price. When I asked to speak to a manager I had to ask 3 times before she reluctantly got him to come to the phone. He confirmed what it said online and confirmed my order. Of course when I went in to pick up the girl still had the same sort of attitude. Their pizza was decent, but for a large pizza @ $10.00 the slices were too tiny. You do get a garlic dipping sauce with the pizza so that’s a plus. I was just stopping by for the first time as I do travel through the area occasionally, but I doubt I would frequent there again. Customer Service Is EVERYTHING! Even if the pizza size was small I probably would have dealt with that on occasion, but with bad customer service ABSOLUTELY NOT!

I've only had their cheese steaks and they were great loaded with meat the way it's supposed to be.

I would give this 6 stars. Blown away by not only the price, but the quality of ALLLLL of the food. I don’t know if I like the pizza or subs more. We’ve eaten here twice this week! I recommend to everyone looking to change their life!!!

This is the best local pizza joint in Glen Burnie. Anyone that’s looking for some quality pizza in the area should definitely try this location out. The staff are always friendly and their orders always come out impeccably well.

I have ordered many items off their menu and have loved everyone. Thier pizza is amazing. Burgers are real beef. Their Specialty Fries are big enough to feed 2 people.

Ok 1st and lastime i will order food.i called 6:40pm for pickup they said 30min it would be ready,I arrived 7:15pm,food not ready ok soi wait,wait.7:45 it was done.all they had to say over phone that it would be an hour so I wasn't sitting ther.and half the order was cold.

My grilled chicken on my salad was cold.. more like yesterday’s bake chicken.. and they have the rudest delivery drivers I’ve ever seen.. guy got smart cuz I gave him a tip from my card. I only live 0.6 miles away from the place smh… I’ll definitely pass next time

The facility has limited seating for inside dining. The food is great. You get your money worth. The price not to bad. Ordered their sub. It was nice and meaty. The people were friendly. I would recommend it.

Sam’s always has amazing customer service. They have awesome food. Some of my favorites are the Italian cold cut, crab soup, fries and gravy, of course their pizza is good too. My daughter raves about their wings and crab pretzel.

I placed an online order and it didn't go through so when we got there we had no pizza so they cooked us up a pizza and just took a little longer and it was good

I ordered wings from here and they were one of the best I’ve had. Employees were very nice over the phone and in person. Can’t wait to try other food options.
