I didn't expect this from KFC Worst experience ever. I ordered burger and it felt bad so I asked for a replacement and they still gave me the same stale Burge and the food is not even heated here. Also the chicken was tasteless and not good to eat. The atmosphere is also not so clean and neat it's messy and unclean. It's better to go for Burger King or Jolly Bee, They give the food better that this outlet.

The food is so delicious and the atmosphere is so lively, it's impossible not to have a good time. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel like you're part of the family. Plus, the decor is so Instagram-worthy, you'll be snapping photos of your food before you even take a bite. If you're looking for a fun and delicious dining experience, this is the place to be!

I remember when I was young, my parents used to bring me in any KFC Branches. I could say, their food were all good yet here, not only the food, but also their working personnel. They are all accommodating and nice! Thanks so much <3

Went by around 2pm, took too long in line and the staff seemed disorganized with the lack of proper plating for a lot of orders. Food tasted good though at least.

Wrong items delivered. Didn't even help to deliver the food after returning it. Poor Food Panda.

One of my go-to places when I'm at a loss of what to have for my next meal. My all time favorite the unli gravy which I always crave for. Crew is friendly and attentive especially to seniors.

Very poor service. No other choices of meal aside from chicken meals. The store also is a bit dirty not that clean. There's flies inside. They don't even serve our order with tissue. Very poor service compare from the other branches.

This KFC branch gives good service and delicious meals. One of my favourite fast foods around town. The meals served rapidly and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

After the mass at the Manila Cathedral Church, me and my family was craving for food. We saw this and got in here. The food is super delicious especially their mushroom soup. The service is fast as 5 mins. Would definitely go here again if we got into Intramuros again. (The bathroom is also clean.)

I like KFC very much, but in order to save time on meal delivery, this KFC made this chicken roll I don’t know how far in advance. It was extremely hard.

back in the day they use to serve buns instead of rice...wishing they could bring it back on their menu.oh their chicken sisig is good.

ordered zinger burger and chicken was not cooked took back and got given another 15 mins later was also uncooked. do not eat here unless you want food poisoning and there toilets are filthy.

Interior is surprisingly up-to-date with the present. All this time, the old look from the building's exterior and environment made me think it was similar inside. Branch is well-ventilated and cozy despite the month's hot weather. Flavored Shots is still my favorite budget meal. If it's ordered ala carte with a glass of water, it's only P50.00.

Their store is a mess. No staff, no guards, no one can assist you on the floor. All staff is over the counter. The air conditioning is really LOW, it’s suffocating inside. They need to fix their staff number and air conditioning units.

This KFC branch has everything you would expect from this world-famous brand. They have a clean establishment as well as friendly staff. The service is also fast. The quality of the food is good and delicious. We tried the zinger steak last weekend (perspective is from February 2022) and it was superb. The clean up crew are also quick and efficient. The only thing unique here is the restaurant's interior. Since it is near Intramuros, the building is not your typical KFC design. Overall, we had a pleasant lunch here after walking for hours visiting historical sites in the old district. The price is also very affordable and just for a dollar or two, you can get a decent rice meal. Kudos to the management!

Long queue. Poor customer service. They don't have special lines for Grab, thus long queue.

Me and my friend were drinking coke and playing table games (cards). And the security man come to tell us to stop Playing the game. I don’t Know the reason couse the food they sell is more dangerous than playing cards. By the way din’t come to Philippines.

Kfc in the Philippines have no standard taste. Some branches are too bland. I like this branche's chicken. Big serving and tastes great! A tad to the too salty side. But their original is tasty and crisp I like kfc chicken here.

Accessible place to eat. Not that crowded. Comfort Rooms needs improvement. Staff are accomodating.

Their service is really bad. The cashiers is so not well to talk to specially the small loud girl and neglects customers. The chicken is really bad and small in serving. Its not sure whether they do this on purpose or because of inflation.

Its what you would expect with KFC. Its not the best, but not the worst. They do have really good French fries though.
