Went to O bar 2 weeks ago with my friends on a Sunday show (as it was a first time and we were afraid of the crowds given COVID). We reserved an exclusive table via their Facebook (just messaged them, inquired, and paid online) two weeks before our date. Attached are the rates provided to us. We appreciated being in a separate area since we were wary of health protocols and we enjoyed the comfy sofa especially that we stayed for 4-5 hrs. We were able to get value for the table since the amount was fully consumable and the show was very good! Not being on the VIP area would be closer to the stage though, but the performers do go into our area when they perform sometimes. The venue itself was really transporting - the lights and vibe felt really transported from Ortigas center. There was ample space in the bar and ventilation was also good. We only had snacks so cant comment on the food but the liquor and cocktails were okay, regular bar prices. Overall, we were comfortable to enjoy the amazing show! Door charge we paid in cash and our final bill was paid in cash (as credit card wasnt available at the time). I would advise to bring cash as tipping the staff and performers would be easier that way. (Though we were able to tip our waiter and some performers in Gcash since we ran out of cash and we wanted to tip)

If you do not have reservation, DO NOT GO IN THIS BAR. We arrived around 12am on Jan.28, 2023. We paid 1k each to enter only to find out, we were thrown at the back of the waiters around the spiral stairs. Melvin is our waiter and got our orders. He said that they have no table for us and stand behind the bar. Tipping is very common to the waiters as I noticed or else they wont serve you well. Drinks were ordinary and foods were terrible. We stayed for couple of minutes then left happily without using our consumable slip. Again, if you do not have a reservation, do not waste your time going here.

Love love loves it! It was an awesome experience. The drag queen show was excellent, they have pure talent. At first they lip sync and then some of them actually sing which was amazing!!!!! I met the owner, very nice and lovely person. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. Great hang out for both men and women that love a great show. It was crowded but not too crowded that we were stepping on each other or rubbing shoulders. We actually got to meet the drag queens and they were so down to earth and friendly!!! I’d come back again next time I’m in the Philippines.

NOT worth the very high entrance fee. They think far too much of themselves. For what they are charging, they need far better acts (and, more importantly, more interesting audience members). Attracts a lame pompous crowd that doesn’t realIze how tacky and uninspiring they all are.

This place is SERIOUS when it comes to drag! The show is freaking fantastic! I had such an amazing night here with friends watching the incredible drag show they put on. It is a massive production with sexy dancers, fishy queens, aerial stunts and more! If you like a good gay bar and you're into the drag scene you simply cannot miss O Bar when you visit Manila!!

PHP1000 entrance fee gives you Php500 worth of food/drinks (consumable) plus 3 beers or 1 cocktail. Shows by professional drag queens are really fun to watch, while male stripper dancers are also a feast to the eyes. They can come down from the stage to accept Tips (any amount but usually Php100 or more is ideal). Food is good and serving is sufficient for sharing up to 4 people. The place can be so packed on Fridays and Saturdays from midnight until 4am, so it's better to go early like 11:30pm. If you want to be comfortably eating, it is best to call ahead of time for table reservations, otherwise, it's SRO (standing room only) and you will need to handcarry your food and drinks while partying. DJ's music is good if you're into EDM and house music. This place is a gay bar so it's improbable for females to mingle with straight men. I enjoy going to this place for clubbing and drinking with friends. Gays can really easily hook up and make out with other gays at this club.

I was physically assaulted by the staff at the club. Never go here as a traveller! I’m keen to see their response to this as a 5.8 guy from overseas who got robbed in the venue let’s see what they say?! dangerous and unappealing and in fact disgusting. Gay or straight, definitely a good place for entertainment and party. Stunning performances from the queens. Never seen na cabaret show flying across the crowd, and riding a wrecking ball stark naked! It gets really crowded thou. But for me, if it's crowded, the better! 😂 The staff are really friendly too. I was there on sat March 18,2023. Absolutely on the money. Amazing crowd. Great music. Fabulous performances. You pay P1000/1100 which you can use as a credit against your food or drinks. Worth every penny. Ideally to book a table in advance as the place is literally packed. I met amazing ppl there n had so much fun Thanks Nathan( he was the stunning waiter ) for being so lovely n courageous. A must to see whilst in Manila.

This is honestly the best gay club I have ever been to! I have never been happier with my stay in Manila if it wasn’t for O Bar. The staff were accommodating, shows were outstanding, and the vibe is out of this world! Door fees range from 400-600 Pesos depending on the day and is inclusive of your choice of 3 local beers. I mostly visited O Bar pre-pandemic, but the vibe hasn’t changed despite this challenging time. I’m looking forward to our next visit! 😎

Cover charge of 1000 (3 beers included and 500 of credit for food), beers on drink menu were 220. The waiters ignored us after the first order of super mediocre food. As the first time going here, we didn’t know we had to reserve a table. As such; the waiter asked us to tip him 5000 pesos to get a table obviously that’s ridiculous. Waiter brought us a bucket of beer, this requires a table typically. After awhile at our temporary table (with waiters standing in front of us blocking the view) the people who reserved it apparently showed up. Waiter moved our stuff onto a support pillar and back wall thing without saying a word. No room anywhere else. Singing was great, however DJ had volume up so high the speakers couldn’t handle the volume they were trying to pump out. Quick go go boy performance at 1230, drag at 115. Both fine. What is shocking is the bar is full and people consider this a good bar. This proves there’s plenty of room for competition and a dance bar would flourish. Hope someone makes it happen. It’s fine, if you’re fine with garbage. But just be ready to drink mobile and ignore your food credit. As a funny point, most people were ordering pop corn because the food is so bad.

₱2000 PESOS ENTRANCE FEE?! Is this a joke? That's roughly €32/$36US. I don't even pay prices like this in Europe to enter a gay bar/club. I swear each time I come here, the entrance fee is getting higher and higher. Read other reviews from months ago, it was only ₱1000 and now doubled. They will say it's ₱500 fee + you get 3 beers or 1 cocktail. So that's ₱500 per beer, which is less than ₱50 outside. Ridiculous. Yes, the drag shows are good - but it's not worth ₱2000 pesos. Someone needs a reality check on these entrance fee prices.

Had a blast here over the weekend. We sat at the VIP area and had a nice view of the stage. Service was topnotch. We had lots of whiskey, vodka and Gin and Tonic. Went home until the show ended. We had a blast.

Went here with our friend Gayle who knows the owners. I'm straight and was a little hesitant at first to go to a gay bar. But this place is very nice and "fancy". They had a drag show at it was a great performance. It really was one of my best nights out in the PI. It had great drinks, great shows, great dancers and friendly staff and security. Went there almost a year ago. But It was a nice experience in O BAR. Although it is a gay bar, you can’t feel anything different here, meaning all genders are welcome! I pretty sure you can relieve some stress here. Interesting place but not really pricey. They had nice performances with dance and music, all performers were really professional to entertain the people. It was worth it! (No new comments posted this year, does it still operate?)

The place is great, performances are good but party music is a bit dated and can be improved. Waiters are responsive but they don't return your change.

Drag performances are too long, it’s fun the first 30mins or so, but when you put those shows without breather, then it doesn’t give the crowd the chance to dance and mingle. Super disappointing, especially since this club is touted as one of the best of its kind in Manila 🤔

A-MA-ZING! I have been to many drag shows in Europe but this was even better. The pace of the show was so fast and all queens (experienced and newbies) were so impressive! I am so glad I decided to go. I can highly recommend to book a table in advance, it's a bit pricy for Pilipino standards but the amount is consumable. The only downside was the dirty ladies toilet. Restrooms in bars are never super clean, but this could be improved.

I'm a foreigner and visited this place few days ago with my filipino friends and only paid 1K each. Tonight, I went with my sisters and need to paid 2K so 6K in total. My night was sucks, don't wanna make it worse so I just paid. We didn't make a reservation but our kind waiter in a white shirt took us to the front row which we appreciated. This made me enjoy the show until there was a guy in a black shirt who was controlling the crowd. He was so rude by scolded us and used aggressive hand movements even I told him that I'm a foreigner and don't speak tagalog. Still, he persisted and creating uncomfortable situation that attracted unwanted attention.

A fun and must place to visit in Manila. So many talented performers under one roof. This place gets really crowded on weekends, one might consider reserving table beforehand. Very friendly environment, I visited twice in a week, was happy to see altogether different performances on my visits. They have HOT male dancers as well.

Bad service, at times dull music and show lacking some polish (the choreography is very basic, Gogo dancers around the room seemed tired and not energetic) make this one to pass. The cover charge (₱600 pax) and the minimum spend (₱6000 for a table or ₱11000+ for a seating area) make this a rip off though. The tables are tiny and you won't fit around them, we were constantly in somebody's way and the squeeze meant that drinks kept on getting knocked over even way before anybody got drunk! Our waiter didn't seem very interested in serving us, was never to be found when needed and whenever you ask anyone else they just redirect you back to your designated waiter. Snacks took forever to reach us after multiple enquiries. For the upmarket place O Bar tries to sell itself as it's just cheap.
