Love, love, love this place! It has been a home away from home for the whole family. Kudos to the staff - from house keeping to guest relations and whole crew of Cafe Astoria! Superb customer service!!!! Definitely coming back and will highly recommend to friends and relatives. WINNER!

Great hotel in Pasig area of Manila. Very close to Mega Mall and other stores. Their restaurant has good food and affordable prices. It has an amazing breakfast buffet. The homemade omelettes are very delicious. Customer service is excellent. Hotel has courtesy van to the Mall on a fixed schedule. Front desk will call and get taxi service for you when you request. We have stayed here several times.

I had a restful stay at Astoria Plaza! My room was large enough to fit a family. The comfort room was clean and well-maintained. My favorite part was the buffet breakfast, of course! They have variety of food options—all good tasting! Customer service was okay. The staff were accommodating and nice, maybe strict with rules but totally understandable.

Check in was smooth and service was courteous. The room I got was VERY spacious for one person, with some complimentary fruits on the dining table and complimentary water at the pantry. The whole suite was nice and clean, the couch in the living room and the bed were very comfortable. The room was nice and quiet, which suited my purposes perfectly. There was also an iron and an ironing board in the room, which was perfect. Other than the defective drain in the bathtub (it didn't close), no issues in the bathroom, which was well lit especially in the daytime. There is a very good Japanese restaurant downstairs, and convenience stores and other fast food places are a short walk away. All in all, a very good stay!

Astoria Plaza is our home in Metro Manila when we come to Philippines. We're glad we are a member of Astoria. The 1 bed Apartment was spacious, clean, modern with complimentary daily bottled water and toiletries. I love the complimentary shuttle transport to SM MegaMall, such a bonus! We enjoyed it a lot! Excellent Customer Service, wide variety of food served on breakfast time.. the best among Astoria Properties. The Breakfast buffet was delicious! HOUSEKEEPING were Fantastic! They deserved high salary. Overall ...a Fabulous stay! Feels like home. Room Food Service and the food served were delicious and big serving! TOP CHEF!

I had an adequate stay at Astoria Plaza hotel. All the staff were very accommodating, especially in the cafe and front desk. The one bedroom suite was huge with views looking towards Shangri La and Greenfields. The hotel is looking tired and in need of a refresh. However, everything worked as expected. The central location was helpful. For the price paid, it was well worth the stay.

Our 3 days and 2 nites stay in Astoria Plaza was indeed an awesome staycation, a place where good staff was very accomodating. Even it's Alert level 1 still they observed the health protocol, face mask,, social distancing, and the room was sanitized.... The Resto area was so cozy and clean. They served a sumptuous foods... aside from that the staff were so nice and cheerful in welcoming us. Hope to stay more in our next staycation. I rated 10👍👍👍 and highly recommend to my friends. Thanks Astoria Plaza ❤️❤️❤️

It's my first time to inquire in Astoria Plaza and I can say that the staff are very approachable, understanding, and considerate of my requests, especially Sir Mark Meren. I have booking request that he accommodated and even tried his best to get us the best possible booking. I highly recommend Astoria because aside from their amenities, their staff, especially Sir Meren, is what spearates them from other hotels. Thank you very much for your service. 10/10

Perfect for staycation. I love the room and also the view outside. My concerns are 1) the lobby is too cramped with people during check in and check out and 2) the door to room is kind of flimsy.

Haven't been here for years. The place shows sign of age but still a good place to have meetings with meals. Services is quick. Staff are attentive to your needs. We used a projector, sound system which went without problems. Comfort room is clean. Temperature is just right (didn't feel too cold or warm). Good location, doesn't get conjested traffic-wise, so try to avoid entering thru Shaw Blvd. Front desk is courteous. You enter and leave quickly without any hassle at all.

I've been staying here for the past several years, mostly for medical conventions. Though it's an old building, service is good. It can be better. You can actually ask for requests at the front desk for favors, which is very good of them. Just make sure you're well known for that favor to be heard. You get what you pay for.

Attended their 90 minute presentation and free 3D/2N Certificate after (I am one of the raffle winners). Holiday Consultant (Rextar Bangal) is very helpful and WILL NOT force you to have their membership (unlike what others say). He also explained everything well <3 After the presentation and some personal talks, he gave the gift certificate. Buffet also is very yummy!! Thanks for the free buffet <3 Will leave again a review once done with my free vacation. Thanks again!

We encounter a problem during our stay in this hotel, the elevator stopped working. I requested additional sheets and they said i have to pay for it, I just found it ridiculous. I dont recommend this hotel, its not worth the money. The place itself is randown, kitchen is so tight and not clean. The bath tub is not draining water and the water goes everywhere because the glass covering the tub is not enough to block water from going everywhere in the bathroom walls and tub.

We CANNOT recommend this hotel anymore. We have stayed in the past and USED to think it was wonderful. Bottom line- infested with roaches of all sizes from as small as a grain of rice up to the size of your finger! We booked a 2 bedroom suite for a family of six adults for an entire week. The actual suite was spacious and comfortable for us all- one bedroom (with king size bed, baby crib, and full bathroom), one bedroom with two individual beds, separate bathroom, kitchen space (with fridge, microwave, stove top) and enough living room space for dining table, desk, couch/tv and 2 extra wheel-in individual beds. They have a changing menu full breakfast buffet downstairs (extra cost) which is also delicious. The door staff is amazingly helpful with bags, upon arrival and exit, catching a taxi. Sounds like a dream… However from day one it was anything but that. We traveled from overseas and our family from hours away so we could all stay together and enjoy Manila during the holidays. The first night upon arriving there was no hot water- we have lolas and baby staying here and needed to call 4 times before the issue was resolved- first 24 hours with absolutely no hot water to clean up after a long day of travels, totally unacceptable. We also noticed many bugs immediately upon arrival. We asked to switch rooms. Every call they never followed up- we had to keep calling to check status. It was always that they would check or ask the supervisor. Our family on day 2 were coming back up after a long day out and ended up getting stuck in the elevator! Somebody from the hotel had to come and get the door open. We had asked for more towels- they only gave us 4 total for the group of 6+baby. They said they didn’t have any towels to give and we could only have one more. Only after a formal in person complaint with the supervisor did we notice a change in the staff- they were following up with our requests finally…on DAY 4 of our stay!! They finally offered another room (after a formal in person complaint with the supervisor). By that time we are already all settled and leaving in a few days. We also don’t know if the room change will stop the roach infestation, we believe it’s the entire hotel. We asked for partial refund considering everything. The only thing they offered for all our troubles was one day breakfast for 4, not even enough for our entire party- we had to request that they even consider taking care of the entire party which they eventually obliged. This did not make up at all for all the troubles we encountered. We at one point looked at other hotels before deciding it would be too much trouble to move the entire family because of our full schedule and how hard it is to get around in the city with 4 seniors and a baby. But there are some other really great options! Look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of making sure you have no stowaway roaches in your luggage. I sincerely hope they fix the issues but based on the conversations we had and the lack of any initiative I only foresee it getting worse. And based on our experiences this time, I will not be back to see if they do.

Rooms • Very clean and has a modern interior design • We got our room on the 28th floor. The view was splendid especially at night • Airconditioned rooms • Staff are very friendly and approachable. • Complete amenities. Walkability • Great location. There are fast foods nearby, a Mini Stop beside the building, and near SM Megamall. Food & drinks • They have a buffet breakfast with a vast selection of food and drink choices. • They also sell pastries, cakes, and desserts Hotel highlights • They offer free shuttle service. When we arrived at NAIA, a van was already waiting for us outside. Driver was very friendly and even asked us if we wanted to take out food due to the heavy traffic going to the hotel. • I also appreciated the honesty of the staff when I left my laptop bag on the van. They returned it with all of my valuables intact. Of course they need to do security measures to make sure that I am the owner.

The worst time share so far, customer service is so poor that the person in charge of the parking lots, he had me to wait for an hour outside and if I did not approach the building and asked them what the deal was, nobody knew that I was parked out there for an hour waiting for the parking guard to give me a nod where to park. The WIFI in the hotel does not work, its poor. Do not be deceived, do not get the time share, you will end up stuck paying for a maintenance fee, about 10000 plus pesos annually when you are not even using it. Once they get your money, they will treat you so bad and you will not be able to get your money back. I have used this hotel several times and each time I always get a poor customer service, from the front desk to the guards, they are all the same each time. Those smiling faces of the time share sellers deceived me. Do not be deceived!

1 stayed for 7 nights and all in all it was always a pleasant experience. Though when ur get to use from previous stays that on daily basis they will provide their guests with bottled water and toiletries but there are days they don't. Anyways, still I love my stay. Hope to be back soon. Btw, their buffet breakfast and lunch are also superb!

Very slow. They were already informed that sheets need to be replaced the next day but sheets not changed. Called frontdesk 4 times and waited for housekeeping to replace sheets and still no one has come up!. Still waiting!!! Been waiting for more than 1 hr

We are a Premium Member. We booked a 2-bedroom suite last Aug 27 to 29 for a staycation. The rooms were very nice and perfectly clean, ACs were in excellent working condition, the booking attendant was pleasing and polite. Breakfast buffet service was superb. I personally liked the Arroz Caldo, and the cook-on-the-spot omelette. These are the things that they need to improve though: 1. The swimming pool needs proper maintenance. The pool water was hazy. No pool towels provided for guests. 2. Coordination of parking slot for checked in guests. We were asked to wait in line for a parking slot after we went out to a nearby mall. Only to find out upon re-entry that there were plenty of parking slots available. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. We look foward to the improvements on our next visit. Marcial Alexis Acebo

We stayed overnight here in a premium room. The room is spacious, well-lit, and clean and displays a good ambiance. The shower has a good temperature. I always look for a hot bath in every hotel we check in and this is by far the best shower temperature I have. Just because, it is way hotter than most we visited for the past year. The kitchen area is well-equipped with utensils you can use during your stay. The people were nice, they greet us every time. I always travel with my family and we always look for a place where we can swim together with our kids. The swimming pool here is not well maintained. It could be better if the shower is working, the CR including the toilet bowl is not clean for use and the swimming pool water is not clear even from a long-distance view. I guess this stay is only for sleeping purposes just because there is nothing more available for us as a family to enjoy other than the room itself which is well kept except for the room AC that doesn't cool much (good thing, the AC in the living room is working pretty well. My daughter had to stay in the living room because she is a hot sleeper while I, my son and my husband stayed in the bedroom). The view is awesome from the 28th floor. The fireworks display too! Will not be going back since I always travel with my family. This is highly recommended for people who travel for business and don't travel with kids/family.

Got invited for a complimentary buffet as their marketing/sales strategy to sell memberships for their resorts around the country. Everything about their cafe is excellent. Filipino cuisine was at the buffet table. Kudos to the chef! The waiters are attentive. The ambiance was so..fancy.

One of the best bang for your buck places we've stayed in. 1BR was very spacious, clean, and it has everything you'll need. And best of all, temp control for the air-condition really works. You can get that not too hot not too cold temp unlike in other hotels where it's either extremely hot or extremely cold. They also have a smart TV that actually works and a tub to boot. And the people were all great! It's really a steal for its very very low price. So if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in in Ortigas, check out Astoria Plaza, you won't regret it.

I was offered a dinner buffet at their Cafe Astoria and recieved complimentary accommodation good for 2 from a raffle entry. Had to experience to check their 2BR and it was so spacious and big and everything u need was already provided to their unit! Spoke to Kuya Ramil, very accommodating and was offered to their One time VIP Membership. Looking forward to experience their location at Palawan/Davao!

Astoria Plaza, located in the heart of Ortigas Center, is an excellent place to stay for business and leisure. The lobby is grand and sophisticated, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and ample amenities like a kitchenette, sitting area, and a work desk. The hotel boasts an impressive range of facilities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and a spa. The dining options are varied, with a buffet restaurant on-site that serves a delicious breakfast and a la carte selections throughout the day. Overall, Astoria Plaza provides an exceptional experience for travelers looking for excellent value for money and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Spent the night here with my sisters after attending the 70th birthday of my aunt. The ballroom was nice and the food was plated nicely and was very delicious. The room we stayed in was very clean and feels like I was in my own room away from my home.

Where to start??? The noise pollution is unbearable and nothing online or at check in prepares you for thumping noise late into the night. Lack lustre approach to room cleaning and refreshing amenities. Tiny entrance; over crowded and claustrophobic. Not a nice experience.

This is a good hotel and it also has apartments. My family has time share and I have to admit the service and food here was amazing. The only negative about the place is the location as the street it is located is safe but the next street doesn’t look safe. Jollibee is across the road where I ate and there was a person who was persistent in selling me food I did not want. The area isn’t exclusive like their greenbelt branch.

My flight was changed at last minute and I arrived very early. I was originally told early check in would cost me double the price of one night cost. They kindly waived that fee. There was an unexpected daily deposit of 3000 pesos per night that was also settled for less. These fees are prepaid for the cafe and any other incidentals.

A very convenient hotel and staffs are very approachable. It is not just a typical hotel room coz it's like an apartment unit where you have your own kitchen with complete kitchen utensils and appliances. Bathroom had its own bathtub so my kid really enjoyed it! She has her own pool inside but the hotel also has pool and gym so you can use it during your stay. It is near Shangri-la and SM Megamall and the hotel is giving free rides to these malls. There are nearby food stores around the area so you may also try them if you no longer want to get food from their in-house restau but definitely a must-try! Parking is also free so you don't have to worry!

We stayed in a 2 bedrooms suite and our reaction is absolutely wow. There's nothing more that you need when you stay in this wonderful resort hotel. I fully recommend it. The staffs from all departments are great, very professional friendly and greet you all the time. Very well organize and great service.

My family booked three rooms for 4 nights/5 days. The location was perfect with malls and restaurants nearby as long as you know how to get around. The rooms were spacious and we had an additional folding bed with still plenty of space. But the hotel itself is old and dated. We were even visited by a cockroach one night. The AC units need updating. And the rooms are not sound proof. If you're a balikbayan, maybe you'd appreciate the jeepney and trike noises. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, but we had some issues with booking and check out. We were held for almost an hour while checking out because apparently they found stain in one of the face towels we used and was asking for extra charge for it. Bring your own towels to use to avoid being scammed with hidden charges like these.

My friends were here yesterday but they waited too long to check-in, instead of them being able to enter at 2pm standard time of check-in, they entered past 3pm while other guests are let in right away, I hope we don't choose who to prioritize. You have to prioritize who really came first. Learn to practice your standards and discipline.

My family and I were treated to this hotel by a family friend. The 2-bedroom suite was really big. Also loved the fact that it came with a kitchen. The views of the skyline and the streets below were great too. But as for the amenities, I felt that it was a bit lacking. The pool temperature was too cold (maybe the weather was a factor) and a bit small. There should be a temperature regulator or something. The bathrooms also didn't have shower curtains or doors to prevent accidental water leakage. Not much to do in the rooms except to lounge around, watch TV, and utilize the wifi (which was limited to only 4-6 devices). The hotel was also a bit outdated too. Like the elevators , though they work pretty fast. The hallways could have more lights. The lobby is also not as spacious as other hotels. It was a great experience though. Thank you Astoria.

This is for their café. In the area where you have a few preschools, you will mostly see Korean restaurants and a few carinderia. This is the better bet for a calm and quick coffee break that is within walking distance to the schools. We had a cappuccino p95, triple cheesecake p175, halo- halo p125. It was past the breakfast buffet hours but too early for lunch; they let us in anyway. Value for the money as the food was great but the wait time of 30 minutes is too long.

Got this QVI booking to finish off a wonderful Philippines vacation. One bedroom apt can comfortably sleep four - a queen bed & a sofa pullover bed. Two large TVs, DVD player, dining table, equipped kitchen and neat bathroom. Wifi was complimentary fit two devices but speed was inconsistent. I used the gym daily and it's well equipped. Pool is too small n didn't use. Their shuttle bus service to the mega mall is very handy n and we used it daily. This more of a residential area with 24hr dept stores and few eat outs around. Good comfortable stay.

I stayed at this hotel because my sister referred this place to me. Their Covid protocols are quite strict and I truly appreciated that. It was a great referral since I truly enjoyed my stay. The one bedroom suite was comfortable, clean and spacious enough that the 5 day quarantine was truly bearable. Room service food was substantial and tasted like it came from my kitchen. Very friendly staff and efficient service. Very reasonably priced👍 I’ve actually talked about this place among my contacts who are planning to come home in the midst of the pandemic.

Staying at Astoria has been wonderful. The staff have been welcoming and very accommodating. Organising at-home RT-PCR test for my flight back to Australia could not have been easier and the staff helped immensely. The room is big, and housekeeping are quick to do their thing. It's location in Manila makes it perfectly situated for walks or quick car rides to a massive variety of sights.

As a premium member , we were disappointed bec on the first night our aircon in the room isnt working properly. It was supposed to.be a bday celebration but turned out to be a sweaty night. The 2nd day we reported the aircon and technicians found out that it was so dirty and I think no maintenance on AC was done for the last couple of years. To think that we as members paid for that.

Very Accomodating Staff, but I was just a bit annoyed about the Buffet, we understand that we can't take food from the buffet to eat later, but how about those who are already tired and can't go down anymore, can't we just take the food to eat on the room. We even saw the food not eaten being taken back, we paid for it / the company paid for it, might as well give it to us if its not fully consumed.

Was fortunate enough to be awarded a complimentary stay at Astoria Plaza from 8-10 August 2022 and I only have the best description I could muster. The place is a home away from home, the entire place is spotless with complete amenities, not to mention the friendly and accommodating staff. We've stayed in different hotels around the world and this is one of the best places to stay. We were also intrigued with their famous bibingka so we tried the traditional one and we're not disappointed, it was indeed delectable. We will surely be coming back again and definitely going to recommend this place to our family and friends.

Everything was just way more than we expected, the room was very nice and clean. The staff there was just amazing and for my first, trip out of the U.S., on September 7th, 2022 I just thought it was awesome. Right down to the amenities everything was better than we could have asked for. we would definitely recommend to anyone who visits the Philippines to stay at this place. we would definitely stay here again, maybe in a couple of years maybe sooner. Thank you, Shawn & Aileen
