😠 Horrible experience. Nurses in the ER were SOOO boisterous, teasing each other, laughing so loudly and have absolutely no consideration for the patients who were in pain, being treated or were trying to rest while waiting. Basing my review on our experience here. Had the chance to take our child for emergency check up back in 2017 and 2018, and the experiences were generally positive. We didn’t have to wait as long since there were only a few patients. Processing was also quick. Then during the first week of the pandemic, we had to rush our daughter to the hospital due to allergic reaction. Had to wait a few hours for the doctor who advised that we observe and go back if she wasn’t able to eat. And we did the following day. Waited at least three hours in the ER for our room. Stayed three days, which is not so bad. Room was basic but more than enough for our needs. Staff including nurses and maintenance were attentive and hospitable. Overall, service could be better.

Terrible hospital. System for OPD is disorganized. Why have appointments when: 1) The doctor is always 1- 2 hrs late. NO respect of other people's time. 2) patient line is too long and you end up staying for more than 5 hours+ if are at the end of the line. Do not accept too many patients per day! My goodness, you spend half a day waiting for your turn? Why not have a first come first served basis instead of appointment and set a limit? No care for patients and focus on money it seems. Secretaries are too noisy and unprofessional. You can actually hear their chismis for the day.

Let me start by saying, this hospital is one of the worst ever. Dont let your loved ones be confined in this hospital, they will die. Lab results are way too delayed!! They got cockroaches, bad sanitation, not enough nurse, ambulance it not ready in case of an emergency, bills are unreasonably high, etc Doctors fee are also high but they dont do rounds regularly. My partner's condition deteriorated after 3 days. She's a lot weaker compared to her condition before going to this TRICYCLE hospital. Good thing we were able to save her and transfer to a bigger hospital. Assessment shows that they gave her wrong medication may be due to unavailability of her lab results that led to her complications. This hospital is not helping people, they deserve 0 or negative score

Lack of urgency , they have you stay in the ER for so long. But the surgeon fixed me! After enduring an intolerable pain of 36hrs. It was a meckels diverticulum. Thank you to my surgeon but the hospital charges like 12k per day! Everything is being charged and some being charged even if you did not utilize them, so make sure to run the details of your bills first πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Sharing our sentiments on how are we dissappointed with this hospital. I would agree with most of reviews with this hospital as we are experiencing the same nightmare. Even with prior schedule appointment, Doctors are always late, sometimes MIA. Time and money won't be worth it with this kind of "private" hospital. Mas magkakasakit ka pa sa hospital na to dahil sa highblood!

Tricity is greedy with overblown prices, unneeded tests, and unprofessional practices. Just go to PGH, it's cheaper and better in every way. Plus, PGH places possible COVID patients in another area of the hospital.

They charged us twice for a procedure when we checked the billing! Patient was asked to come in for surgery at 9:00 AM, she's expected to stay for 2-3 days for recovery and monitoring. And yet they kept saying the rooms are unavailable until the actual time for surgery! They ended up sending the patient to the OR first and said we wait until the operation is over before we get admitted to the room. Rooms and admission are in a poor state and they are NOT cheap.

This medical facility should not have a license. Staff doesn't seem to care about the patients, and should have all their licenses revoked, from nursing staff to their Director. All they care about is the money. No care, no sympathy, no sense of urgency, they make simple cases go worse for their own monetary benefit. I think their motto has nothing to do with providing care, its about making people lives misearable while they make money out of it.

doctor’s fee: Too expensive. We paid 17k for 4 days admission, for ONE doctor. Big private room: It’s quite spacious, clean with television, phone, AC and fridge. We were charge 2500 per day, which is cheaper compared to other big hospitals like medical city, BUT the nurse’s spot check is not included. Everytime a nurse visits the patient for a spot check, it will cost you 50 pesos. There’s no microwave oven to heat your food. internal intercom is like those used in SM malls. You can hear it everywhere inside the hospital. It’s a bit annoying esp when your trying to get a sleep. One thing that I like about the experience was the nurses who took care of us. They are so knowledgeable and very accommodating.

i think that some of the bad reviews have been taken into consideration and addressed already. other reviews are unfair because they pertain to a specific doctor and not the hospital. during my stay, all the staff, nurses, doctors, dietician, even the janitors and guards were sincerely nice and caring. the price is low with the kind of service that i got. i had surgery and they gave me a good deal for the entire package. yes there are areas to improve on like the HMO service but overall, the hospital is doing better and better and finding ways to improve everyday.

Worst OB-Gyne Deprtmant we've visited! No lines! You just give your papers and patients are called at random. You cannot ask questions because the attendant will close the door on you even before you finish asking. Rude and not organized! You better go to another hospital to get checked! If the reason of you going here is because of its proximity or convenience, you better think twice and consider how inconvenient their services will be. Be warned! We waited for 3 hours and a lot of patients who came afer us were called first! (This is just their OB-Gyne, if you're under HMO then that's another long wait for you)

Cant imagine we'll spend PhP 10,000.00 pesos for only 4 hours of stay in ER. We find it too unreasonable to spend that much considering that our case is not at all life threatening. If there are any other private hospotals around, then go toprocees to other hospitals.

WE ARE AT THE HOSPITAL RIGHT NOW AND ITS OUR FIRST TO BE HERE. I EXPECTED IT TO BE A GOOD HOSPITAL WITH PROPER SERVICE JUST LIKE THE OTHER HOSPITALS IVE BEEN TO. BUT I WAS SO WRONG. WE CAME IN LATE BUT JUST RIGHT ENOUGH TO HAVE DINNER BUT WE HAD TO FOLLOW IT UP TWICE AND WHEN THE FOOD CAME, IT WAS COLD BUT WE BEARED IT. THEN WE ASKED FOR AN EXTRA PILLOW AND A BLANKET SINCE THE PATIENT’S BLANKET IS TOO THIN BUT AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING AND FOLLOWING IT UP, THERE WAS STILL NO PILLOW AND BLANKET. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE HERE, HOPEFULLY THE PEOPLE IN THIS HOSPITAL CAN DO MUCH BETTER NEXT TIME.

Zero Dapat ito! Never be at this hospital! Better to run and drive at the big hospital like Medical City or St. Lukes. You will gonna die here! Why did I say that you will die here??? This is the only hospital that has 2 nurses out of 30 to 40 patients. Television side view from patient bed and guest couch. Very expensive! I got diagnosed with Pancreatitis and after 3 days got sepsis and Pneumonia case. Admitted 8 days here. after I got out of the hospital, other doctors said it is a hospital-acquired for the sepsis and pneumonia. Better think before running at this hospital!

I have nothing but pleasant experiences in this hospital, particularly with their OB-Gyn services. They have high-end ultrasound equipment, accommodating staff, and highly competent and caring doctors. We’ve tried several of their services (ER, animal bite, pedia, delivery unit, cardio, OB-Gyn, ultrasound, laboratory, radiology) and the overall experience is positive. Even the triage nurse and the HMO staff are very helpful. I highly recommend this hospital.

Was there this afternoon. Only the guard saw the condition of my mother's skin, guard said derma is not available this afternoon, I asked if possible to be checked by general physician at least. Guard went to the nurse in triage table, maybe to ask if general doctor is available, but the guard came back to me saying derma is really needed - nurse in the triage did not even bother to check my mother's skin - how come she knew derma is needed? Did she just rely on what guard said to her?

Called twice to confirm if a pediatrician is available, both OPD and HMO confirmed there will be two pediatricians that day. Got there and waited in line for nearly an hour to get HMO approval, only to be told the only pediatrician that showed up does not see new patients and is there only for follow up appointments. Huge waste of time. Went to Pasig Doctors instead and got to see a pediatrician in less than 30 mins.

(Translated by Google) Shout out that it's just a nurse (or just REALLY?) Who discharged us at TriCity Medical Center Enterprises #tcmcpasig 5:40 pm we asked for paasist down and we also need cart for our use and they acknowledge then @ 6: 15pm i follow up because i still have not, then she came with just wheel chair for my wife. So I asked if it was a cart, I would borrow it and go back to the other (where we were in the 4th floor) when we arrived at the lower ground which is also parking, then the wife then went over. So I have no choice if not to climb again to get the equipment. She just said that she was the first call to the nurse station to help her and she was afraid that she could use it for a while instead of 25min for nothing. It's just badtrip that's why it's been said that early on that day we were told we were newborn @ 10am where we waited till lunch time before we knew they had a problem with the water supply. And he said he'll come back for updates which again did not happen. FALSE HOPE !!! Which is very inconvenient, because We waited dor her instead of taking care of our hospital papers. To the TCMC management, the mandate of the TCMC is not just a good deal with the staff but also their honesty, as we honestly pay our bills. Also, let me mention that during my settlement on billings, they were surprised when they told me that I did not yet have a partial payment per the billing statement because the cashier had not entered the syatem of their downpayment which was very basic in their symbems. Even if it's a contradictory law. I also mentioned that they were toilet facilities that were pretty hot and their water station near the nurse station 4th floor was too defective! (Eh ganun na yun a one and a half year ago eh! We completely understand that you are a bit busy with admissions, but again, be honest, do not set a false hope that you will do our duty to us, simply make sure that bedtime is not done! JUST to remind you !!!! (the staff's) that we are paying a little extra (not so much) for a little a service that we are hoping from a private hospital. I hope it helps others to be aware that you should really probe the staff if they can or do you. Thank you! So I asked kung asan yung cart, hihiram nalang daw sa baba at babalikan yung iba pang gamit(asa 4th floor kasi kami) pag dating namin sa lower ground which is also parking, binaba lang si wife then kumaripas na pataas. So I have no choice kung hindi umakyat ulit para kunin yung gamit. Sana lang sinabi nya agad nung unang tawag palang sa nurse station na tinatamad sya na mag assist at pinahakot na nya sakin yung gamit para di na kami nag antay nang 25min for nothing. Nakaka badtrip lang talaga sya kasi early that day sinabi nya na paliliguan daw new born namin @10am where we waited till lunch time before we know na nagka problema daw sila sa water supply. And ainabi nya na babalik daw sya for update which again di nangyari. FALSE HOPE!!! Which is sobrang nakakaabala, kasi We waited dor her instead of me taking care of our hospital papers. To the TCMC management, sana naman hindi lang maayos na pakikipag usap ang ni mandate nyo sa mga staff kundi yung pagiging honest din nila, kasi tapat naman kaming nagbabayad sa mga bills namin. Also, let me mention that during my settlement sa billings, ginulat nila ako when they told me na wala pa daw akong partial payment per the billing statement kasi hindi daw naipasok nung cashier sa syatem nila yung downpayment ko which napaka basic sa syatema nila. Kahit na medyo taliwas yun sa isang batas. Mention ko na din yung toilet facility nila na medyo dugyot na at yung water station nila malapit sa nurse station 4th floor na sobrang defective! (Eh ganun na yun a one and a half year ago eh! We completely understand na medyo naging busy kayo sa dami nang admission, but again, maging tapat kayo, wag mag set nang false hope na gagawin nyo yung duty nyo sa amin, simpleng pag papalit lang nag bedings di pa nga nagawa! JUST to remind you!!!! (the staff's) that we are paying a little extra (not so much) for a little a service that we are hoping from a private hospital. I hope maka tulong ito sa iba to be aware na dapat talaga kayong mag probe sa mga staff kung maaatend ba nila kayo or magkusa na kayo. Thank you!

Horrible experience. Nurses in the ER were SOOO boisterous, teasing each other, laughing so loudly and have absolutely no consideration for the patients who were in pain, being treated or were trying to rest while waiting. They would even loudly refer to patients as "Uy! Dun kay Bed 4 ano ba? Sabi ko dun eh" not considering that patients COULD HEAR THEM clearly. They had to try 5 times to get an IV in by an incompetent nurse who was also very rough who kept on saying "Manipis veins mo eh dahil diabetic ka" but finally when they had the sense to get someone else to do it, in the first try he was able to insert an IV smoothly. I think public hospitals give better service specially since the cost here is not cheap at all.

My review is based on my personal experience. I was admitted here for a couple of days for my throat surgery. The nurses, the Anesthesiologist, and especially the surgeon (ENT) were very approacable and caring. The facility is clean and organized. Bill is a bit expensive, it costs less than 200k for approximately 3 days of stay including doctors' fees, facilities and pharmacy. Overall, excellent! Thank you for making my life longer and positive again, Dr. Jabson.

My traumatic experience today 9-4-2023 with this hospital. The nurse was very rude and un-professional. She is the ugliest and blackiest female nurse in that area. She is very unwilling to assist and even recommended me to go to other hospital for my chest pain. I regret going to this hospital. The nurse was worthless of my time. I was provided with very poor service. I walked out and decided to see other hospital. No one can compare with the staff of The Medical City, Pasig. I do not recommend Tricity. Go somewhere else.

I would like to commend the nurse who assisted us outside of the Emergency Room last December 12 evening. She made sure those patients who needs attention like unable to breathe well are prioritized first inspite of some patients who considers themselves "self-entitled" but their conditions are just mild. I understood that time that the Emergency room is full and overwhelming. Imagine only 1 nurse inside the ER attending to 10 patients at a time and all of those patients are vomiting then another 1 nurse outside attending to those who have just recently arrived while another 1 nurse attending to those patients in the isolated ER. I have observed that there where only 3 nurses and 1 doctor attending that time so I understood how tiring their profession really was. The only downside was the laboratory results took longer and HMO approvals took hours which isnt the fault of these nurses in the Emergency Room. PLEASE DONT FORGET THAT NURSES AND DOCTORS ARE HUMAN BEINGS TOO.

I guess even if this hospital is free of charge, I would still not avail nor recommend Tricity to anyone. Base on personal experience and observation during my stay in this hospital, most of the staffs were so rude, very unprofessional, the facilities look dirty but at least the cockroaches all over the admission room were friendly. Staffs shouting/laughing their hearts out loud everywhere, watching movies in their phone while on duty, a relative saw one nurse whose feet is up on the table, a lot of them are irritable, I could go on… After my surgery in the afternoon, a nurse told me that I need to eat and they will give me pain reliever medicine in a while. She never came back, we reminded other nurses about it a couple of times. I finally got the medicine the next day. I really regret that I didn’t read reviews before going here. It’s been a month but I’m still in shock. I have since wondered if public hospitals have slightly better service. If you’re bored in life and up for a stressful (and unreasonably expensive) adventure, Tricity is just here.

😠 If I can only rate with no star, I would. Despite this hospital being public, it’s very anti-poor, non-friendly, staff were very very rude β€” they will pressure the patient and would also imprint onto you that this is a public hospital, thus that is the only care they can give you. Very much toll to...

😠 Nurses at ER should display excessively professional atittude. They don't show respect to their patients. They are sarcastic and arrogant when being asked. I always heard ER nurse JM talks behind her co-workers back that brought negative vibes. Once, when I stayed at ER station, she mockingly talked...
