    Very bad experience - I order take away and they forgot the order - when I asked about my food they recognized they forgot my order and didn't apologize; they just said I should just wait and should not complain - I waited 35 minutes for a 6 minutes dish.... No care about customer satisfaction and make you feel it is your fault.

    Well done Mr Pollo for providing vegetarian options. I had the crispetas de broccoli which were fine then the wok verduras. This was not a stir fry, more of a wet soup. The only flavour was sugar and the tortillas were like cardboard, very weird.
