So hectic formalities as the doctor doesn't give their best personal advices to the patients. Staff is neutral. But they should guide the patients as their best. As when I go out there the doctor told me to do xray and then c.t scan as I was confused by this as C.T scan clearly shows the problem so why do I need to do x ray. Is there a need for it or he made it up? I don't know. But personally I don't liked this kind of hypocrisy.

Poor service provider during any surgery due to quality less staff, Good for minor consultation and cleaning of ears ect. But not good for surgery, self experience of vocal card nedule surgery was very bad on 15-02-2020

Hello everyone I am arriving at 9 :40 am and now time is 10:35 doctor timeing 9:00 am but doctor is not pancha and I will request to give my money and I come back to home the doctor don't know the value of time and patience 🙏

Have a place for bike parking and and waiting hall is also created for people. But waiting period is too long. I don't think this place best for critical conditions as they don't have patient value

Waiting time is so long. Despite of reaching at 8:15 am in the morning it is 10 am now and still not diagnosed by the doctor. Doctor's timing is 9:00 am, where he has not reached in the clinic....doctor is not punctual. He should understand the situation where in lockdwn we have reached his hospital at 8 and he is still not available. Not satisfied.

Doctor sahab is a soft spoken person and treats patient well. I would recommend this place if suffering any ENT problem.

Staff is not good they are busy with there phones and sometimes they talk to each other and they don't give any response to patients and about the doctor he is educated but take so much time. If somebody have serious problem they don't care about that patient the only they need is money. I think they should be careful in this situation. First and the foremost thing is that doctor is not coming on time.

doctor's are good but on the other hand their staff are irresponsible towards their work most of time they use their phones and talk to each other and don't get any response

I have cleared my ear waxing there , but i am disappointed with their waiting time. You have to wait for several hours for your turn. Really very disappointed with their waiting time ..
