Fairly price $ . good services but not complete. Double swim-pool lake, nice view to sea. Hotel location is good for stay and relaxing, near other house-shop, restaurants, store & liquor store.

Great. But not a five star experience. Breakfast is delicious. Accommodations are good. Rooms are not spacious like any others else. Service is just ok. The swimming pool is clean though not big. Love the colorful beach view !

Must stay for few days or even a week, amazing location. Nice and clean hotel room recommend to take the second floor sea facing room great little restaurant nearby, definitely worth the 6 hour bus ride from Yangon !

Rooms are nice and simple. Hot water has to be requested to make the coffee provided. All basic amenities provided. Hotel has easy access to the safer part of the sea. Breakfast buffet is very basic with only a few choices.

It's a good hotel, room is quite spacious and clean, pool is a bit small but not bad, breakfast is good and provides variety of options, service is satisfying, communication with reception is great. My only complaint so far is TV is not good, poor quality, TV channels are limited. I have not had their lunch and dinner meals so I can't comment on it.

We stayed there with the sea view room on 3rd April 2019. There's no telephone in that room so if u want something , firstly u need to go to reception and ask there. We didn't see that they don't make any cleaning into the swimming pool and the Aircon is not cold even they fix it.But I gave 2 star because their staff served friendly.

Lovely place to stay and enjoy beautiful nature. But didn't suggest to go Before open season. When we arrived, room aren't fully prepared and sticky everywhere cuz of salty wind and humidity. Food was less than normal compare to other resort. Other than that, GREAT view and quiet stay.

i like the view and and quality of service. the only things i don't like is the the understaff problem and noise pollution

Since, this hotel is a three star grade hotel. I agree with the title. The rooms are nearly to full in weekend when travelling season. Mini-bar fridge, TV, clothing cabinet are provided at the rooms. The only thing to concern is that the electricity is provided during 1-3PM and 6PM-6AM with generator when EPC black off. I give 3.5 star to this hotel.

I think the hotel needs a refreshment.
