A good resort to visit when there is a promotion. Good service and nice rooms. Sea view rooms are not immediate to the beach but still worth 5 stars - at the promotion rate

The room and amenities are good. Food also was not bad. The parking lot is spacious and the pool is great (It was abit dirty though). The seaview room looks pretty nice. I would give 4 stars for the room, service and decoration. But 3 stars for the breakfast buffet as the food was bad and refills are late. Maybe it's because moonsoon season but it should meet minimum requirement of it's standard. So I would give 3 stars for the overall.

The only reason I give 4 out of 5 for the room wasn't being soundproof but it isn't that much bad and it's on the level we can accept.Overall ,it's totally worthy to get the full stars so I give 5 out of 5.Thank y'all for giving the warmth and comfort you have created for us ✨ One of my memorable trip ever 🤍 *Point of View from Executive Seaview (2nd Floor)

The rooms are not really far from the beach even you have to walk a little. Room facilities are also perfect. Serves tasteful buffet breakfast and Staffs and security guards are also helpful. Location is great as it’s like the center of the beach so you can go other places in short time.

7am to 1pm no Air-con .That's suck. The rest of the services and staff are nice.Pool is big enough.Breakfast buffet is just meh.Room are okay.Hotel Beachfront has really nice waves at evening.

One of the best hotel in Ngwe Saung Beach. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is very good
