Car quality and delivery services are excellent with English understanding staff. Got a brand new car driven only 600km. After working hours, car pick up and drop off service is also smooth. Got fully insured. Even though there were no scratches or anything during my trip. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED CAR RENTAL SERVICE.

Just Amazing! We arrived in Phuket Airport and needed the car for 4 days. We met the staff and collected the car, did all the paperwork there and then which took only 5 minutes. What was good about Pure car rent was that they were willing to deliver the car to the airport and drop it off in Phuket Old Town (as we were going to Koh Phi Phi from there). Compared to the other bigger companies, we didn’t have to go back to the airport to drop the car off as they have an office in Old town too. Car was in great condition and staff was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend! Thank you! :)

I had a great experience with Pure Car Rent. They were extremely helpful, picked me up from the airport and took me to the car. Was one of the only services that allowed me to drop the car at Rassada Pier, saving me a trip back to the airport or any other office. Their staff was present timely and both of these locations. Car was in good condition and drove well. Some features you might need to specifically ask for are back camera and apple car play etc should you need them. I would highly recommend them, they are a great local service!

We initially decided not to rent a car because didn't want to go through alot of paperwork/deposit. With Pure Car it was very simple and straight forward. From the time I googled them to the time I was driving the car, all of it within an hour or so. Best part was I did all of the paper work online while chilling in the pool and the car was delivered to my hotel. Clean car, well maintained, easy pick up and hassle free drop off. Highly recommend Pure Car Rent Phuket! Easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Friendly service! And we were happy to support the local company. The car was a little on the old side, but was clean and well-maintained and we had no issues. And yes they did hold my passport because we don't have a credit card. But I knew that in advance and it also wasn't a problem. If you have a credit card, then they won't need your passport. Overall, it was good to have our own vehicle and we would rent from this company again in the future.

Good service and communication. Reasonable rates and vehicle as advertised on their site. They came to the hotel on time to drop off the car and complete paperwork. I could just return the vehicle at the airport after hours by parking vehicle in the international terminal car park building as we had a late night flight and left the key and ticket in the car. Car was clean and in decent condition so didn't have any trouble during our 2 week rental. Very reliable and would highly recommend to use them if travelling to Phuket.

Walked in for a one day rental...reception is friendly...one day rental for a vios at 1400 baht isn't particularly cheap(with credit card number deposit) but they made it up with a no-fuss return.I offered to return at night because I have an early next day appointment and couldnt make the return time...they offered to let me park the car in my hotel(I stay nearby) and they will take it back from there the next day. For those flying in and/or out...they can let u collect and/or return at the airport. My excess is 8000 baht. Fuel policy is full tank.They gave me full tank and I returned full tank. The car isn't without cosmetic blemishes(Engine is fine)but just do your due diligence and I didn't find them nitpicking with the return.

It’s my first time renting a car Phuket so i did my research and chanced upon Pure Car Rental. Read the reviews and contacted them via email. Made a reservation and deposited 2000 baht. Balance to be paid upon collection. Replies via email was really fast and all information was given. We paid less than 5000 baht for 4 days rental + full insurance. 1 day before arrival, they contacted me via whatsapp to inform where is the pick up point. Shout out to their staff, Toto. He was extremely nice and patiently waited for us. He was very welcoming too. The car is parked at the airport carpark so you’ll have to pay for parking when you exit. Collection process took about 10mins. Take as much pictures as you wish. We got a 2017 Vios and it was perfect. Interior was clean and well maintained. I was worried that we’d get a sketchy old car but we didn’t encounter any problems! Great handling and had enough power for the hills. Returning the car was even a faster process. Their staff was already waiting for us. Prepared a trolley for our luggages, did the usual check and that’s it. We informed them that we were going to be late but they didn’t charge us any extra. I will definitely recommend Pure Car Rental to everyone. Do not hesitate as they’re very professional and sincere. Thank you Pure Car Rental!

The car was clean and handled perfectly. Aircon was super cold and engine was powerful enough to drive around, and up and down slopes. Staff sent me a reminder by WA one day before on where to meet. Vehicle was in multi storey carpark opposite international arrival/departure. Very convenient. Return was fuss free and everything was good. Highly recommended!

Super company to deal with and made our trip so easy. Car was delivered to us at the Phuket airport and we dropped it off at the airport departures drop off point when leaving. We had a burned out headlight on the first car and they quickly delivered a new car to our hotel. I would highly recommend.

Very good service. I rented a small car for 5 days with a baby seat, everything went smoothly with great communication all along and very competitive price. The big plus was the delivery and return of the car both done at our hotel, which was really easy and saved us a lot of time. Would use again any time !

Called them while in Thailand to book a car, hadn't planned on renting a car but our villa was far out. They sent me a link to make an initial deposit payment through their website and I was nervous to do that having not been to the shop in person, but trusted them because they had good reviews. Toto waited for us at the airport and he explained to us thoroughly on the car and what to expect when driving in Phuket. Polite person and the car is in great condition albeit the mileage being 100k. It’s an old honda city but my parents who sat behind felt comfortable. The return process was easy too. I had originally booked with a lower cost company but after reading so many horror stories of old, unsafe cars and being charged for damage they had not caused, I decided to cancel and book with Pure Car Rent. Although more expensive than cheap providers the service I received was outstanding. Fast and helpful responses to messages and the car provided was almost brand new and immaculate. Very quick response. Very good service. Door to door service delivery for the car. I rent for 9 days during my car's repairment peiod. But finally Only took 3 days for repairement. The Pure Car refunded the rest 6 days in the same day of returning the car. Highly recommended to the traveller with flexible rental time.
