Upon walking in, you are greeted with the sounds of cascading water from their water feature, which is a pretty unique experience going to a dental clinic. The reception for Bangkok smile is situated on the second floor, and the receptionists are all so smiley and friendly. Once you register yourself, a staff will ask you to sign your forms and bring you up to your dentist. I opted for their cleaning and scaling service and I am amazed that the whole procedure was not pain at all. A little bit sensitive on my front tooth but all is good. The dentist even prepped you beforehand saying that the cleaning procedure might hurt a bit. But she was gentle and fast. All in all, definitely a place you would want to visit if you want to get your teeth done.

Wonderful clinic - easy to communicate before and during the appointment, very responsive to emails. Appointment ran exactly on time and the rooms and equipment were high quality and sterile. I booked for cleaning and whitening; I changed my mind on the day and opted out of the whitening, and it was not an issue at all. I wasn't pressured into the treatment and wasn't charged any extra for cancelling this portion. The clean was very thorough and pain free. Much cheaper than equivalent dental work in Australia. Highly recommend coming here. Thank you!

Booked appointment 2 days in advance and loved the complimentary water! 💧 Full teeth cleaning, 3 huge cavities filled in my molars, one needs a crown but the filling will work until I have enough time in Bangkok to get a crown. Dr.J, her team and the reception staff are absolutely fantastic. Since Dec 2022, until March 2023, I have paid 9 visits and well over 25 hours in the chair. The staff is friendly efficient and never ceases to tend to you with a smile. Dr Utumporn is highly professional and talented always provides information as to treatment and results to expect. I was extremely impressed by Bangkok Smile. My UK dentist had proposed a dental plan that included 3 new crowns and a replacement veneer with a few fillings for good measure. Total cost 5000 UK pounds. After an initial consultation with an extremely competent prosthetic specialist dentist at Bangok smile dental clinic she told me that just the fillings and veneer were required and that crowning teeth just because they had small cracks was not always a good idea. Instead fillings should be the first step and the cracks kept under review.The required work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and at a fraction of the anticipated cost. In addition the admin staff were super helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Really impressed! Dentist was thorough and explained every step of the process. Very attentive and kind staff at every level. I got a filling replaced and they were transparent about the prices and no random fees like other top dentists in the city. Didn’t charge for sterilization or anesthesia, just a straight forward quote. Really appreciated that! Highly recommend! I only speak English, had no issues at all with communication. Free water and wifi as well.

Dr Sunisa is damn professional and give a heaps of time, patience and effort in explaining the whole progress on implants for me. A pretty underwhelming experience from staff you felt were going through the motions. My 3pm (15/1) appointment was closer to 3.30pm; with a half hearted apology and no reason given as to why the delay. The clean and polish was completed just after 3.50pm; approx 25 minutes. A no frills dental experience costing 1,500 baht at the Nana Malo clinic. Would I consider any other treatment options such as teeth whitening, Invisalign, filings etc? Definitely not. Would I consider returning in 6 months for scale and polish? Probably not. Would I recommend to others? Unlikely.

I have been so impressed with Bangkok Smile. It came highly recommended and my experience matches my recommendations. I’ve had a cleaning and consultations and I am going through the beginning steps of the Invisalign treatment process. My dentist was Dr Nantawan Kolakarnprasert, she was very professional, easy to communicate with & spoke English well & I was so happy with the result that my wife also has just had veneers and crowns done also & she couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
